I'm a medical professional, and I must say that I've never been treated by a pharmacist so…read moredishonestly. They are in it for the $$, forget the patient-and they don't even hide it...makes me wonder why. I had to pay cash for my compounded topical prescription, and recieved 2 large containers. Months later, when I had the same exact prescription refilled,, but got 2 smaller containers, for a different price. I called and talked to Rich-he's supposedly the pharmacist who filled it, as his initials were on the bottle. He told me that they couldn't do it all at once, as it would outdate. So I told him if that was true, that for months that I'd not been getting my medication. He could not figure out how he got caught in this lie?? I told him I was aware that his initals were on the bottle, and he just smiled and looked away. What kind of a place does that? So by doing 3 bottles, they were attempting to DOUBLE THE PRICE. Also, the second time, my med was supposed to be mailed to me; instead, they called and told me I could come get it. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

This is completely unacceptable for an established patient, especially for a non-controlled substance. I stopped there on my way to word at 630pm to see if it was ready and was told "you can come in and wait for 30minutes and it should be ready." By 9pm It still wasn't ready so I called and after being on hold for 19minutes, the tech told me 15 minutes. I took my break at work early n ran across the street to pick it up before they closed and at 945pm it still wasn't ready and I had to wait even more. Horrible costumer service and no efficiency whatsoever. Go to literally any other pharmacy unless you want to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a medication that should realistically only take 1-2 hours to fill.
