Scott was the bomb!! I found him through Yelp, and he continually communicated with me until (and…read moreeven after) the job was done! I don't find communication through yelp very easy, so I just called and left a message after my initial yelp thing, and he got back to me right away. We worked on the options for the tire, I was stuck at a location (not a great situation as I had no free tow on my insurance), and he secured a new tire to match my blown out one and replaced it same day. I did nothing, he purchased the tire, balanced the tire, and had his man Richard drive to my location, change it, and dispose of the old tire, all for one good price. Richard was friendly, was prepared with his truck, and he even took video of the process. I didn't have to stand by the car or anything. Then I paid remotely. I don't know what I would have done without Scott and Richard. Struggle with putting on the donut and then losing time off work to drive around and find a shop? Or getting an expensive tow? Or being stuck at a hot, dirty shop for hours and hours while they skip over my small tire job and work on other people's cars with more profitable repairs? No thanks. Thanks again, guys, I gave your cards out to everyone.

Very disappointing experience with Rapid 3 Tires. I hired them to install a 2-inch suspension lift…read moreon my Lexus using the kit they recommended. After several delays and poor communication, they finally did the job -- but soon after, I noticed a squeaking noise from the rear suspension. When I took the car back, they admitted they had missed installing some rubber components. I paid for the missing parts and waited again, only to find out later that those parts were never installed. The manager told me the parts didn't fit and that the mechanics had replaced them with "rubber spacers" without asking me. That's dishonest and unprofessional. I spent over $3,500 and lost several weekends due to their mistakes. They refused to take full responsibility or refund me for the parts I paid for. I do not recommend this shop at all. They lack honesty, communication, and professionalism. Do your research and take your car somewhere else.

I would not recommend Rapid 3 Tires to anyone looking for quality work or honest pricing. My…read moreexperience was frustrating from start to finish. They upcharged me nearly $900 more than the original estimate, without properly accounting for what parts were needed or what I had already supplied. Because of their poor planning, I had to bring my vehicle back three separate times just to fix issues that should've been handled the first time. To make things worse, they charged me an extra $200 for "new" rear springs as part of my lift kit installation. Later, I found out those springs were actually used parts from a scrap yard and were already worn out. Now I have to spend another $195 to buy the correct, new springs myself. Overall, the lack of communication, organization, and honesty was extremely disappointing. If you're considering getting a lift kit or any serious work done, go somewhere else you'll save yourself a lot of time, money, and headaches.

Where do I start.... First I was told my car would be done…read morein 2 days..7 days later I finally get a call that my car is ready. I was told that multiple parts that they bought were bad. There was a major lack of communication until I started calling them to check on my car after 3 days. In the midst of my car being at their shop, it was driven from Coral Springs to lake worth and back without my knowledge until after the fact. Who ever drove my car ran over a screw and punctured my brand new tire. I got an alert through my Ford app that my front driver side tire is low. Called and told Jeff this and he said it must be a bad sensor... As for not having my car for a week, they offered me to get a rental car but this is out of my way so I didn't get one and saved them the money for that. So I finally get the call to come and get my car. I get there at 9:15, and I have to be out of there as quickly as possible due to a Dr appt at 10am. I get there and went to pay with my AMEX and was THEN told they didn't take Amex. Mind you I told Jeff that I would be paying with a credit card the very day I dropped my car off. That caused another whole issue with my bank. I also dropped my car off with a half tank of gas. I got my car back with only 45 miles left to E. I mentioned that to him while I was waiting to get done and he said sarcastically they could put gas in it. Once I finally get that settled and get my keys, I get into my car and it smells like the inside of a transmission shop. I try to drive off and see the Low tire pressure alert is on. I check my tire and immediately see the screw inside of it. IJeff comes out and asked me what's wrong at this point. I remind him that someone at the shop ran over a screw. His first reaction was to say they aren't liable for tires. Then he tells me to go next door and get it plugged. By now it's approximately 9:50 to get to a 10am Dr appointment. I should have been able to walk in and walk out with my keys. My tire should have been fixed before I got there and gas should have been put back in my car. Piss poor communication, horrible customer service. I only hope the work is better than the customer service. Mind you I didn't tell them I needed my car immediately as soon as it was done. So they had plenty of time to make those things right before I picked it up. As a fellow business owner I would be appalled if someone had gone through this at my company.
