Scott was the bomb!! I found him through Yelp, and he continually communicated with me until (and even after) the job was done! I don't find communication through yelp very easy, so I just called and left a message after my initial yelp thing, and he got back to me right away. We worked on the options for the tire, I was stuck at a location (not a great situation as I had no free tow on my insurance), and he secured a new tire to match my blown out one and replaced it same day. I did nothing, he purchased the tire, balanced the tire, and had his man Richard drive to my location, change it, and dispose of the old tire, all for one good price. Richard was friendly, was prepared with his truck, and he even took video of the process. I didn't have to stand by the car or anything. Then I paid remotely. I don't know what I would have done without Scott and Richard. Struggle with putting on the donut and then losing time off work to drive around and find a shop? Or getting an expensive tow? Or being stuck at a hot, dirty shop for hours and hours while they skip over my small tire job and work on other people's cars with more profitable repairs? No thanks. When they arrived, the owner text messaged me and we agreed on a time and location (I picked my office in Fort Lauderdale). Thankfully he was able to accommodate to my schedule and was able to come a little sooner than anticipated as I had an urgent errand to run in the late afternoon. I selected this Mobile Tire Experts to install my tires based on their ratings, and hoping that I would be in good hand. Unfortunately, the service that I received was downright awful and potentially dangerous. From the moment that the tires were delivered to Scott's shop, things started to go sideways. All of my calls to schedule an installation date went unanswered. It wasn't until I reached out to Tire Rack that I finally heard back from Scott-the owner. He held on to the tires for five days before he could come out and install them. This, however, was the least of my issues however. A few short hours after Scott had installed the tires, one of them started to leak air. I determined that the air was leaking out from the base of the valve stem. I immediately reached out to him for help. He proceeded to reject all responsibility and promptly told me that the tire installations do not include replacing the valve stems for new ones. He would now charge me extra to replace them. And since my tire valves didn't look too badly, he didn't feel the need to recommend replacing at the time of installing the tires. However, he could return to replace them at the low price of $6 per valve plus the cost of his trip. I initially paid him $140.00 for the four tire installations. After a few exchanges of text messages, we agreed that I would remove the tire from my vehicle and meet with him at a location that is convenient for him to replace the tire valve. Less than 10 minutes after I thought that we had settled the matter, I received a text message from Scott that says the following "sh*t I need to order some valves. I don't even have any." That was the last I heard of him. The following day I took the tire to a Pep Boys near where they replaced the valve stem with no questions asked. The tech would not even accept a tip. read more

They don't return phone calls. I needed my tires installed as quickly as possible. But since they didn't return phone calls, either to me or Tire Rack where I bought the tires, I had to get the tires reroute to another installer. I was driving around on one of compact spares. Since they wouldn't return calls, I couldn't make plans. So if you don't care when you get your tires installed and want to work on there sweet time go ahead use them, but I think you can someone who values their customers enough to call them back, really how heavy is a phone. read more
