Not only was he responsive, but he actually came to my house. He repaired the undercarriage, buffed out the damage, and repainted the fender. When he was finished, the car looked brand new. You would never know there had been any damage. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, convenience, and affordability. Sam was courteous, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. While I hope I never need auto body repairs again, if I do, I won't hesitate to call Sam. We were given a reasonable estimate to fix the dent in my side door and the hatchback. Their waiting area is very comfortable with a sofa and 2 chairs. There's refreshments, snacks and candies while you wait. They also have Dent Demon merchandise if you are interested. Grace, who is one of the owners along with her husband, explained the process of fixing a dent and showed us the tools that they use. She even brought us into the shop area (which was immaculate!) to show us a hood that they use to train their employees with the different techniques that they have to use depending on the type and depth of the dent. We were able to see the dent in our door being worked on. It was amazing to see how they fixed it. We couldn't even tell where the dent was after they were done! If you are a repeat customer, they will give you a 10% discount. Everyone that we met today (3/14), Grace, Sam and Paul were so nice! Their workmanship was impeccable. Not only did they repair the right front damaged light, they changed the left front light also so that the car was uniform in its appearance. The paint color match and blending was perfect. The car was completed in the time agreed upon with no delays. When I picked up the car they had polished and buffed the entire car. It looked like it came straight off the showroom floor! They worked with my insurance company directly to assure I was paid the correct pricing for the repairs. Their efficiency, professionalism and kindness was over and above any I have experienced. Unfortunately two days after my car was completed I myself was in an accident where I regretfully rear-ended the car in front of me as I approached a red light. I was devastated and drove back to State Auto body where Heman Cunha, the owner greeted me with a disappointed look in his eyes and tears in mine. He reassured me that it would be okay. This time my insurance company wanted to total my vehicle. Again he worked with the insurance company and had the repairs made rather then them totaling the car. The workmanship was again done to perfection at a reasonable cost within the insurance limitations. And beyond that my headliner was hanging down from the rear window and it was a few days after I picked it up that i realized my window was no longer obstructed. They took it upon themselves to fix this issue, never charging me or even bringing it to my attention. They are the true definition of excellence in all areas of service and customer service.
