We can home with multiple bottles of it. And, of course, you can't forget the cheesecake. The service was a bit slower, but well worth the wait. My biggest takeaway is if you're between two menu items: get the one with the Gouda!

Being middle of January we were literally sitting in our rooms in hats, gloves and coats. The staff did bring up some space heaters to help raise the temperature, which eventually worked. The wine pairing dinner we attended was just ok, but at 70 dollars a person I would expect more than using small plastic cups for the pairings. The food itself was really good, so my compliments to the chef. If the room price was more reasonable and not 450 per night I would be less critical. The cost just didn't match the expectation
