    Becks beer

Great experience with Lufthansa. The stewards came a few times with drinks, water and tea. First they gave us nuts for snack. Then they came around with drinks, I got two Becks beer. Later they came around with dinner, which was curry chicken or rigatoni. An hour later, they gave out bottle of water. Later on, they came around with tea. Lastly, before we landed, they handed out a light breakfast empanada eggs with coffee. The flight was smooth with no turbulence! Also, I had extra leg space on both flights. Especially, when I was seating on the emergency exit row!

Not bad for just an hour flight in Business.

Nice once you get off the ground. Always seems to be delays but they seem to make it up most of the time. Decent service.

I did not have a good flight with Lufthansa. The departing gate at Frankfurt airport wasn't the best experience. There no organization when lining up for your group number, it's basically everyone just standing around instead of being in an organize line. They also don't put on the TV what group number they are boarding so everyone just have to listen to the PA system with their low volume. The plane itself was not comfortable for long flights. The entertainment system is very slow and not reactive on the touchscreen. The window seat doesn't have a lot of leg room because there was a metal box there.

    CRJ900

Flew out of Frankfurt via Lufthansa Cityliner on the CRJ900 and it was a decent experience. Since I was transiting within the Schengen there was no security check, just a bus ride, a long walk underneath the terminal, and another elevator ride. As my incoming plane was delayed, our flight was slightly delayed. Counter agents walked by the departure gate to gate check carry-ons since the CRJ900 is a tiny plane. The inflight service consisted of a bottle of water, along with a piece of Lindt milk chocolate. There was no wifi for the 1 hour flight into Amsterdam. Cabin crew were available and seemed German. Once we landed in Amsterdam, we walked down the plane and walked back up to the terminal.

    Ruined Clothing

We spent over $2,000 on tickets with Lufthansa for the most important trip of our lives--our honeymoon--and they managed to damage not just our luggage, but the entire experience. Our suitcase didn't arrive "damaged." It arrived destroyed--like it had been dragged across a runway or run over by equipment. The shell was torn apart, deeply gouged, and covered in grime. Inside? Clothes crushed and stained, gifts ruined, and items missing entirely. Let that sink in. But somehow, the worst part wasn't even the destruction--it was what came after. We spent over 3 hours trying to get help, both on the phone and in person, only to be: Passed from one department to another Given completely different answers Sent in circles over and over Every single interaction felt the same: No ownership. No urgency. No real help. Just people who either didn't know what they were doing--or didn't care enough to figure it out. At some point, it stops feeling like disorganization and starts feeling like a system designed to wear you down until you give up. Imagine arriving for your honeymoon after 12+ hours of travel, only to deal with destroyed belongings, missing items, and hours of being bounced around like your situation doesn't matter. That's the reality of this experience. We've filed a formal claim and EVEN AFTER ONE MONTH have yet to hear back from an actual person to resolve our issue. For a $2,000+ trip, for a once-in-a-lifetime moment--this level of negligence and complete lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Business Class menu from Kraków to Frankfurt

The boarding process and service on the flight earns 5 stars. It was the unboarding to a bus that packed us in like sardines that lowered the rating. Other than that, it was a very good flight from Kraków to Frankfurt. Everything went well from check-in to boarding at the airport. We were initially concerned that our carry-on luggage was too big. Lufthansa is usually very strict on size and weight. The young lady at the counter said it's not a full flight. All was good in the world from that point on. Thankfully she was right. She was also the same person who boarded us at the gate. I recalled a childhood memory while watching the flight attendant giving a child passenger a pin and some chocolate. The same thing happened to me when I was visiting my brother in Germany at the age of 12. I fondly remember receiving a chocolate egg with a miniature Lufthansa airplane inside of it. It was cool to see that they still do that today. It's the no frills type of Business Class seating that is standard on smaller aircraft. The middle seat is left unoccupied. Actually, there were a lot of open seats since the flight wasn't full. It made it more comfortable. We were served a light meal. We weren't expecting that. It was probably the best unexpected meal that I've ever had on an airplane. A Caprese burrata, fresh brötchen, and a Portuguese egg tart. The brötchen had a cheese topping. It was all very good. At the end of the flight, we were all given a mini sized Rizzati Ferrara Nocciola chocolate praline. It made my day. Honestly, I wish the US airlines would do something similar to set them apart. It's those little things that give lasting memories. The service was great! As I mentioned earlier, the schengen shuttle to Terminal 1 was a cluster. That was the only thing that dampened the experience. It's Frankfurt Airport. What can I say?

Lufthansa helps disabled people in a fantastic way. I had a staff member with me at boarding and landing. It was very helpful.

I don't get the low reviews. Maybe people didn't do their research on Ryan Air. I loved Ryan Air…read morebecause it was ridiculously cheap. The downside is I assigned seat so it's like a free for all once boarding opens. I've literally ran to the plane to be able to sit with people I was traveling with. They do get you with baggage weight too, so you need to really plan what you pack.

I was super-hesitant to fly Ryanair but their prices were so cheap, I couldn't pass it by. So…read moreexpecting the worst, we ventured to Frankfurt airport to begin our journey to Athens for our long weekend Selected to pay for a carry-on bag ahead of time but wasn't willing to pay extra for a preassigned seat. So as expected, we both got a middle seat & the Mr got his about 8 rows up from me......but whatever. It was a 2.75 hour flight & we could definitely stand to be separated for that long. The price to pay to sit together was not worth it for such a short flight Also booked through kiwi & they took care of all the online passport registration and online check-in, which avoided more fees & we received boarding passes well in time to print them out because you guessed it, it you don't bring the paper boarding pass, you're paying a fee for them to print it for you. Um, ever heard of mobile?? So we took the buses out to the remote gate to board the plane, seats were cramped as expected but the flight itself was okay & again, it was so short, it was tolerable - which makes this an A-OK. We only flew them the 1-way & that was fine by me
