They clearly prioritize nail health and safety: super clean setup with dust collectors, gentle manicuring (no aggressive filing ), and they actually take the time to explain what services are best for your nails. What really stood out is how much care they put into prep--they properly clean and prep the nail so the application lasts longer and the final result looks way better. They won't just do whatever you ask if it could damage your nails or won't last, which I really respect. Liz did my Apres Gel X (natural almond shape) manicure and put so much care into the application, leaving my nails feeling healthy and strong. I also got the Pinky Pedicure with regular polish done by Chau, and it was just as amazing. Everyone was so welcoming, professional, and kind. I didn't catch the technicians name but she was young and very gentle. Even though I was just getting a basic pedicure, she still used a sugar scrub to exfoliate my calves and massaged my feet. I can only imagine how much more pampering their other pedicures are. I also appreciated the fact that the cutting tools were all in a sterile pack. My manicure was done at a table by Lily. I got solar nails for the first time, and she recommended getting the gel polish with them. Even though part of the process uses a dremel, she was very gentle and proficient. She also made sure I was happy with the nail length and shape every step of the way. It took 3 tries to get a color I was happy with, and she was perfectly patient with me. I wanted to get pretty nails before celebrating my 50th birthday this week, and thanks to Joe's Nails, I have them.

First of all, you sit in a badass massage chair here while your feet soak in water. Then the lady appears and does all sorts of relaxing things to your feet. She cuts and files your toenails and then she washes, scrubs, and massages your feet with pleasant-smelling goos. At one point she sticks your feet inside plastic bags of colorful hot wax. Afterward, your feet come out of it feeling all tingly and smooth-like. As a cherry on top, she will then paint your toenails with any color you can think of, but if that's too girly for you, there is the option to have them painted with clear polish so that none of your friends even know what you've done here. But in the end, your feet feel utterly fantastic. I kid you not, if you're a man who's never had a pedicure, then you're missing out big time. It's the best.
