So I was a little worried walking into this bal salon. There was no one there. It's not all cute like some nail salons. But let me tell you they did my nails perfectly. Quarantine nails.....missing my nail tech:( Well it's finally happened, After 'many' weeks past needing new set I can no longer extend my new growth with polish since one finally broke:( However I wanted to point out the 'quality' work Element nails provides. The transition at the cuticle, where my natural nail meets the acrylic, was so spot on I was able to apply polish to cover the growth and you could hardly tell the difference unless you were really close up! Also, there was no lifting/separation between my nail and the acrylic this whole time! I will note I do get the dip powder instead of traditional liquid acrylic because, for my nails, that process seems to stay adhered to my nails a lot better to not get that lift/separation. read more

After years of searching for the perfect pedicure cure place, I might have just found it. This place is amazing. For $35, that's the deluxe one, the regular pedicure is $25; I got scrub, hot towel, hot stone massage and then cream massage. It felt amazing after a long day. I'm definitely coming back here. Okay, I'm a guy so I'm not sure how qualified I am to speak on these things, but this was a great experience! My wife and I got our feet did today and it was most enjoyable. I think I might like this. Only got one once before, when I got married almost 8 years ago, but now that I'm older I think I can appreciate it more. There were only two people working so it was a short wait. I DO NOT like people messing with my toes. My feet, great! My toes, I writhe in anticipation as I feel they are about to chop them off. To be clear, I'm not good to my toenails, and I don't use clippers to cut them because I HATE PEOPLE MESSING WITH MY TOES. So she had her work cut out for her, so to speak. I was afraid she was going to get skin on several toes, but she was kind and gentle. I asked my wife since she's the one with experience. She was not 100% happy. She said it was pretty good, although her feet were still rough (as were mine) and she was surprised they didn't offer any upgrades. There's a men's grooming joint I'll check out closer to home. I've been a long-time customer; but now that the salon has changed hands, I'm going elsewhere. It seems the new techs are in training; and the work is far below the standard I have been used to. They all seem uncertain and looking to get you out as quickly as you came in. Not in the least impressed. I know most people get upset because of the wait and the fact that there's only two nail techs which happen to be the couple. I was a bit nervous on my very first appointment, but I was going crazy when moving to TX trying to find a new nail tech. I must admit, I like the fact that there's only the couple. I came here because all the positive Yelp reviews. I was served right away, although there was no wait for pedicures. He was very gentle, very precise. I was given a free bottle of water. Hot stone massage was nice. I had a toe nail that was damaged a while back and had the new nail grown in; he gently clipped the old stuff to make sure he was careful and clean about it. A little rushed, but they care for what they do here and how you will look and care of your nails. The man knows pretty good english so communication was easy. All in all I enjoyed it and feel $25 was well worth what i paid for. read more

My daughters, wife, and wife's friend all go here for pedicures and love it. I even got one once with my youngest. Sher won't let ANYONE touch her toenails except for the lady owner, Thao. She also fixed a painful ingrown toenail for her and was very gentle. Both are very good at what they do and very nice. The chairs are comfortable and when she did my feet she really cleaned up my toenails and smoothed my feet out. (I'm a dude, I don't really take care of my feet that well).
