Pepperoni and sausage stuffed style pizza

We went here probably over 10 years ago and remembered it was good but couldn't remember what. Haha we went back again and it alll came back to us. My husband got the 12" pepperoni and sausage pizza stuffed and was only able to finish 2 pieces it was so filling. Excellent pizza he said. Cheese stretched as long as he could reach! I got the linguini and meatball and the sauce was amazing! It doesn't come with cheese on top like the spaghetti does but honestly the sauce was enough to make it a winning dish for me. It came with a salad and cheesy bread which was also good. May try one of their other sides to soak up red sauce next time. We splurged and ordered a turtle cheesecake to go and honestly was the best cheesecake I've ever had. I can't wait to go back again sooner!

We stopped in for lunch on a trip up to door county after finding this place on Yelp. Food: pizza was hot and good with a great tangy sausage on our pizza. The Cesar salad was plenty for the three of us to share and was really good. Chicken Parmesan sandwich was just ok. Service: restaurant wasn't too busy and we were seated on the large outdoor patio. Service was a bit on the slow side-fairly long wait before we saw our waiter, slow on pop refills and slow with the check. Bottom line: decent food but service could be better.

French Dip with fries...this was delicious and the cheesesteak is just as scrumptious.

Definitely not overrated. My wife has been going to Luigi's for years and telling me how good the pizza and sandwiches are. Now I "always" trust my wife's best judgement so I was not surprised by my dining experience. This being said is Luigi's doing anything crazy unique? Probably not. Are they using some new technique or ingredients I have never heard or? Definitely not. But the food is good. The portions are good. And the price is fair. No complaints and I will be back.

In my opinion this is the best pizza in Shawano. It's always packed on weekends so it's hard to find a parking spot.

Out of all the place in Green Bay to celebrate my birthday I picked here. I regretted it instantly. No special anything EVEN though the reservation requested it. We sat for over 20 mins and no one came to serve us. I got up to talk to the hostess, she pushed passed me to seat a party while making eye contact, on her way back she stopped and whispered to someone and then he walked over to my table. She walked the other way to avoid a conversation with me. I saw him at the table so walked back. I'm still shocked by the whole ordeal. The server attempted to recover the experience but at this point I was already turned off. Nothing special even once requested, slow service, and the sauce on the food was cold. I'm assuming there BIG pots of the sauce and then that's pulled and added to our noodles. It was as if the sauce hasn't been stirred because parts were room temp, parts cold, parts warm. None of it hot like it should have been. The food was okay, definitely not worth the hype. Atmosphere is cute. Service could be so much better. If you are picking this location for a special celebration, I'd think again.

Ambiance: cute, cozy and intimate lighting which is perfect date night vibe and there were still some bigger parties accommodated. Arrived and it was packed and still not very noisy. Service: Nick was awesome! Knowledgeable, friendly and personable. There's a level of pride in the work that he does that screams unreasonable hospitality (IYKYK) and paced my courses out beautifully. Wine recommendation was on point and attention to others didn't lapse. All tables felt his presence. Food: House salad was easily the best red wine vinaigrette that I've ever had. The garlic was the perfect kick. Scallops appetizer were sweet and perfectly cooked through and the spinach/basil cream sauce that was under and surrounded the dish was amazing (and I don't or at least didn't think I liked basil!). For dinner I hate the halibut and mushroom risotto which was cooked to perfection. The risotto does have onions which I missed and didn't care for but they took care and offered me a separate bed which I thought was incredibly nice. For dessert I had the chocolate cake which was delicious. Coffee/espresso hints and perfect texture of cake to filling. I will be back for sure!

I…read morewas happy to hear that my wife secured reservations for us and another couple to try the restaurant out for the first time. Being the former Basil restaurant space, the interior is more intimate, darkly lit and a sure romantic spot for date night. The waitress was prompt and helpful selecting drinks off of their menu, inclusive of wine, beer and craft cocktails. Everyone at our table ordered a different drink or glass of wine and there were no complaints. For appetizers I ordered a bruschetta, which was served on a very crispy slice of seasoned bread. What was interesting was that the tomato topping (which was perfectly seasoned with basil, garlic and other spices) was served in a bowl on the side to allow everyone to top to their taste preference. It was a nice touch. We also sampled the cheese curds, which held up well to our Wisconsin standards, and a soup which I can't remember the name of but got high marks. Now for the main course. I was not expecting to be mind blown, by my god. The namesake dish, the Osso Bucco, was absolutely phenomenal. The veal was literally falling off of the bone and was easily, effortlessly separated with a fork. I have rarely had meat this tender. On the other side of the bowl was a fantastic risotto and a perfectly seasoned stew of carrots and onions. I did not indulge in the bone marrow, but I have heard it is a delicacy. Altogether this dish was worth every penny, and I will absolutely be having it again. To finish off this fantastic meal we opted for the tiramisu, which was elegantly plated in a creative manner I have never before seen. I enjoyed the wonderful ending to this delicious meal, and when you visit this restaurant I'm sure you will too.

They were extremely friendly and accommodating and had no problem getting all of us taken care of. I kept it pretty simple and got a burger and a beer. The burger was really good and everything came out well, especially considering how many of us there were. What really stood out though was the service. One person in our group is extremely picky about how she likes her steak cooked and ended up sending it back three times. Each time they were friendly about it and genuinely seemed more concerned with getting it right for her than being annoyed about having to remake it again. For us to come in with 25 people on such short notice and still have everyone be so friendly and accommodating was really appreciated. They handled our group incredibly well and never made us feel like an inconvenience. Definitely a 5-star experience and somewhere I would come back to.

It was a Trio Diavolo, a trio of protein with squid pasta, and a red sauce. I didn't understand that the proteins were diced bits that were stirred into the red sauce pasta. I actually thought the protein was separate from a side of pasta. It disappointed me because I generally dislike seafood in red sauce, but honestly, that wasn't their fault so I still gave them a high rating. Service was friendly and playful. Pretty efficient and seemed to like their job. It is a beautiful restaurant with a pretty amazing view, even if the water is at very sad low levels. Maybe this is natural, I've never been here before. All of the wildlife/birds really enhanced the experience. Flocks of seagulls (not the band), and surprisingly large number of pelicans were wonderful to watch. You can see the riverfront exterior and distant bridge in my standard and 360° photos.
