When you're ready to order, let the bartender know and you get a number. This indicates to your server you're ready to order. At this point you may be into your second + cocktail. Just go with the flow, you're at a Bavarian themed super club! Waitress will take your order and call you to your table when ready. Just go ahead, step up to the beautifully maintained salad bar with the best pickled beets, chopped chicken liver and soft cheese. We finished our salad and our appetizer of shrimp de'jonghe arrived bubbly and smelling of garlic. I had the tenderloin rare with the spaetzle my husband had the tenderloin tips, grilled shrimp and salmon trio. The salmon was the winner! Get taste and so moist. The food was not your typical Wisconsin type cheesehead food. it was actually pretty flavorful and good. they had some really interesting craft cocktails there, in fact some place that creates their own. I prefer this over the type of place that tries to convince you that a basic "lemon drop" is bougie. The dark wood here really gives a rustic but upscale wood cabin. I'd recommend for a nice evening out.
