I love this video game shop! My PS4 was having issues, I brought it in and they fixed it quickly, and gave suggestions on getting a small external hard drive. They don't sell external hard drives. They weren't attempting an upsell of stock, just wanted my video game system to work better for me and my family! If you know any gamers, they have all kinds of stuff, current to Atari 2600! It's been a few years since I've been here as I don't game as much as I used to. Great store with selection of games for every system you can think of (Atari, Sega Genesis, NES, Wii, Xbox, etc). Prices are fair and service has always been great. Had a Wii get hit by lightening and theyh attempted to repair it before offering to sell me just the console as I already had the cords. We were recommended to Tech N Gamer to look in to repairing issues with USB ports on a Playstation after a lightning strike. Once they had it fixed they called and gave a lot of detailed information about what they did and what had happened. The best part was the price, so much more affordable than I thought it would be. Upon pick up we found out they even fixed a couple other things they saw when they were repairing the USB port at no extra cost. For sure recommend going to these guys for any issue you might have with any of your gaming systems. read more

Been going here for over a decade, going back to the old store and George has always been a super nice guy and he can fix almost anything you need fixed up, at least game wise. Prices are relatively fair and the store is kept looking nice and new, with really cool decor. Okay selection of games and systems and accessories. Only real problem is one of the employees, a younger guy who while he is not necessarily rude, he certainly doesn't go out of his way to make you feel welcome, or communicate with you like George does and pretty much ignores you the whole time, but that's a minor issue, and as I said I wouldn't say he's "rude", overall you could certainly do worse than Tech N Gamer! read more

This store is absolutely AWESOME! If you're a big VINTAGE gamer, you will have a good time finding some old school systems and games here. Even if you aren't a big fan of CLASSIC video games, they have a wide VARIETY of the newest releases as well. I'm a huge Sega Genesis fan, and I found a nice collection of games that I wasn't able to find elsewhere, and the prices are definitely reasonable. It's a local game store in Grove City, OH that specializes in rare hard to find items, and everyone who works here is very nice. I took a Nintendo Wii in as it was not turning on. Guy running store(not sure of his name) said the Wii has this problem and unplugging it for about 10 mins normally resolves the issue. Sure enough he plugged it into the wall behind him and it powered right up. In my opinion, he could of sold me a new power cord or done something that cost me money. Instead he just plugged it and let me go about my day. Not making a dollar off me that day will have me coming back. Very nice guy.... read more

George, the owner, has anger management issues. He is unethical, condescending, manipulative, and a liar. George was selling games in the month of December that were being purchased as Christmas presents. He was stating that if you had a receipt on a used game you could bring it back. Then, December 26 rolls around and you try to return a gift back because it was a repeat gift, and George decides to yell at his customers, call them liars, tell them he doesn't care what you were told when you purchased it but it won't be returned now and there is nothing he will do for you. He actually raised his voice and yelled this at me! I have never actually been yelled at by an owner of a store until now. He will tell you what you want to hear to get your money, but if something goes wrong, you are out of luck. So, is this the kind of business you want to purchase from? Is this the kind of owner you want to support? For me, I will be taking my business else where from now on. read more
