On time (actually early) and very thorough job. We hired him for our regular car washes for two cars. I had scratches on the side of my car for the longest times and Luis took the extra step to polished them out. I didn't even ask and he took care of the scratches. Mr. Luis did an amazingly wonderful job on our car, 2013 Prius C, today! Our neighbors have this shrubbery next to our driveway and it dirties up our car so badly (its beyond annoying that it happens!). It had been a long time since I have been able to get our car professionally cleaned, considering I just had my 2nd kiddo and my oldest is only 2 1/2 years old, I don't have time to take it somewhere to get it cleaned to either drop off or wait for. I read the reviews on yelp and decided to reach out to Mr. Luis. He comes to your house (which is perfect for a mom with little ones) and said it would take about 3 hours (I was like holy moly my car has never had that kind of care). Mr. Luis arrived early and was so lovely! He was very professional and said his goal was to make our car look brand new again. Boy did he! He got the yellowie stuff that is on the glass of the headlights off plus all the caked on shrubbery debri that comes with being parked in our driveway. I am about to start back to work on Monday driving from Redondo Beach to Santa Clarita everyday and now I am looking forward to it thanks to Mr. Luis. We had another appointment later in the morning and we were able to leave him to finish up. You can tell that Mr. Luis takes pride in what he does, is thorough, trustworthy and knows his stuff. My hubby was so impressed by him as he was a little skeptical at first but when we got back and he saw the car and how long Mr. Luis worked on the car, which was a lil over 3 hours, he had me find out if he would do our family SUV and how much he would charge. I had a full size Ford E-350 van with paint that had been etched by some type of chemical at a drive through car wash in the Inland Empire 5 years ago. I tried waxing it myself, but all I got was a clear sheen on top of etched paint. I asked Luis to use rubbing compound on the entire vehicle then apply a high quality wax it and now it looks like a brand new paint job.
