It is very hard to pull in here. Try to come during the work day when maybe there are less people. I made the mistake of coming at noon on Saturday. It was PACKED. 2. BRING A BOOK! It took at least 1.5 hours. Also, even though it was VERY thorough, they did not wash the rubber floor mats. I thought they would. Every other surface was thoroughly washed / wiped. Next time, I will request that explictly.

The car was done in less than 10 minutes and came out faster than some of the basic washes. This was incredibly frustrating as I was promised one thing and was completely scammed. I came back yesterday to give it a second chance and they completely missed the front of my car and left all the spots on the interior for me to clean. I always tip 30-40% but always am so so disappointed and feel taken advantage of.

I was warmly greeted by Tracy and he was super honest and upfront with what I wanted for my car interior detailing. He gave me a fair price and time estimate, I left my keys with him and walked to you the shopping center 3 blocks up for a late lunch before my 3:30pm appointment. I came back 45-50 minutes later and my baby car looked immature. Tracy and his team member completely exceeded my expectations!! The exterior looks amazing and they literally removed 98% of the Golden Retriever hair in my car. This place is s lot closer to my place and Tracy was super loveable. He told me they are closed Sundays and he definitely impressed me with his work. I look forward to coming back here to Tracy again when I need another detail!

Now the headlights look brand new again on my 8-year old car! 2 years ago, I tried the same service at Rock N Roll Car Wash down the street, but they only got 80% of the haze off and struggled, passing the polish tool among 3 different employees and taking much more time before they could make progress.

Borys did a truly excellent job detailing my family's three vehicles. For each vehicle, he spent…read moreabout 3 hours total. His interior detail was most excellent, he made my cars look new inside - I'm not sure how he was able to clean the perforated leather seats so well! Great work dude! On the exterior, I watched Borys use a bucket of water with something like Optimum No Rinse. He then used claybar to remove surface imperfections, and finished up with a polish and sealant job using a polishing machine. I don't remember the exact products used, but he spent quite a while and quite a few different pads on the process, so it was very well done. Now, I hired Borys to detail my Jeep first. After he left I took a good look at it: The interior was perfect! On the outside, Borys used some kinda black plastic restoration product that made the cowl piece (black plastic by the windshield wipers) look unbelievably new. The paint surfaces overall were very good, there were some surface imperfections he couldn't get out, but I believe you'd need a far more expensive "paint correction" for that. I was so impressed I asked him for an appointment to come back and detail our other cars, one just 6 months old and one about 7 years old. To be honest, I was most impressed with Borys' work on our 7 year old Cadillac. Look at it! It doesn't look that does it. AWESOME work! Everything looks better than I'd expect to see in a showroom lol. So yeah, easily 10/10. I will definitely hire him again. I'll be telling all my friends too!

I came in on a Saturday after lunch and was one of the first customers. The guy assigned to my car looked like he didn't even want to be there--zero attention to detail. The job was rushed and sloppy: small spots of debris were left behind, and the back wasn't even properly vacuumed. I paid $30 for a "regular" car wash that honestly wasn't worth it--you can get better results for $7.99 at Costco. What's frustrating is that I trusted they did a good job, so I didn't check before leaving and even tipped. Big mistake. Management seriously needs to step in. If employees don't want to work, they shouldn't be there. It's disappointing to see how far this place has fallen. Do yourself a favor and don't support a business that clearly doesn't care about you or your car.
