He showed up right on time and got straight to work. He is also very responsive . This was my very first time getting my car detailed, and I honestly didn't know what to expect -- but WOW. He paid attention to every single detail. My car looks brand new inside and out! The interior is spotless, the exterior is shining, and everything looks and feels refreshed. I have a mint condition 2012 BMW 135i M Sport that's been garage kept since I bought it. Fast forward to fall of 2022 when I loaned the car to my son to take to college. When he returned the car in spring of 2023 it looked like the car had been driven across the Sahara desert on an episode of Top Gear. Scratches from bumper to bumper and scratched rims. There was even part of a wall that the poor car had scraped against on a too sharp turn. I called and made an appointment for them to come to my house to hopefully bring my car to its former pre-college glory. After a few hours of intense work, Carlos knocked on the door to let me know he was finished. Did it look like it did before the kid took it for nine months? No, it looked (and still looks) like it did when it rolled off the showroom floor with 3 miles on the odometer. This company is a rare find. They care deeply about the quality of work and it shows. One last thing. I was fully prepared to file a claim for repairs to all the scratches on the car. This is a long overdue review. I had my Lexus detailed. They were on-time and overall I am pretty satisfied, but I would say that some other places are slightly more detailed and made my paint shinier. The only thing that ticked me off was that they used my hose and my house water to wash the car. (It's a pet peeve of Mine when contractors use my equipment to do the job). Kike and his assistant were friendly and hard working. Some spots were missed in the interior , but were very minor. It was pretty expensive, so I have been going to other places that are cheaper and offer the same service, and places They don't use my house water.
