I specifically hired them for a move out cleaning. 1) Put out a mass request on Yelp and Luis was first to respond (in minutes). 2) Very flexible timing, I had to reschedule last minute and was both accommodating and understanding. 3) They came 10min early, worked fast, and still maintained high cleaning quality! 4) All wore masks properly and I felt that they took Covid precautions seriously. The main thing for me though was that they were extremely nice and helpful. My wife recently had health issues and thus I had to pack and move most of my apartment myself. I just couldn't finish it all in time before they arrived, as I still had to pack my kitchen. They helped me put the last of my things in boxes! Luis is an outstanding cleaning service: open weekends, fast, affordable, great cleaners, and they are detail-oriented. We are moving to a different apartment, and our new place needed quite a bit of cleaning. The oven was greasy, cabinets with cobwebs, and bathrooms needed a scrubbing. Normally, I can clean myself no problem. But, being 11 weeks pregnant, I decided to get some help this time. Luis is open on weekends and this helped us so much. Great go to for a move out cleaning! I arranged with Luis via yelp for a move out cleaning service of my old apartment. Before giving me a price, we arranged a walk through so they can see the apartment. That evening after seeing the apartment we agreed on a price and date. The day of the cleaner was a tad early, so she patiently waited for me to arrive. I let her in, walked through and pointed what needed to be cleaned and left to attend some other errands. Upon my return the cleaner was finishing up and the apartment was beautiful. The bathroom looked better than when I moved in, the kitchen and inside the fridge were spotless and the hardwood floors were well cleaned. Later that afternoon, I had the final walk through inspection with my landlord and even he commented how phenomenal the apartment looked. I needed a move out cleaning in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home and put in for bids on Yelp. Luis was the first to respond. He quoted $150-260 range which I confirmed through email. We planned a day and timeframe for him to arrive. I had to call on the day of to see if he was going to show. He sent his mother first who gave my husband a quote of $550! Luis called me back to explain that he didn't know that I needed a deep cleaning. However, the exchange on Yelp indicated that I needed oven/refrigerator/bathrooms, etc cleaned. There was complete transparency on my end. Luis wasted our time and ability to get another cleaner in a timely manner, so we had to clean it ourselves while trying to get settled in our new home. Luis and his staff did an excellent deep cleaning of our two-room with bath accessory building. The carpet was very dirty and they got out all the grime, and they also removed all the mold from the shower. The place looks beautiful, and the cost was very reasonable.
