Patrick and his helper Juan arrived nicely on time. They walked around the house to survey the work. They systematically washed all the windows and screens. It's a lot of work because our house has a lot of windows spread out over two stories. When the work was done we inspected everything and they did some touchups. I loved the water-fed-pole method which uses purified water and makes ladders and harsh cleaning agents obsolete. Wow, it had been 4+ years since Skybleu was out here. My house is a vintage home. Ground floor is an above ground basement. Main floor is elevated and I have a top floor. The last several years the windows and screens have been subjected to a LOT of grime due to wildfire smoke and construction. This cleaning was long overdue. Mirela and Patrick were able to get me on their schedule and I was delighted to find out they can also do skylights. My main floor has the original, vintage windows and wood screens. The top floor has all new windows and screens, plus the skylights. The back of the house has a new glass back door and new windows. They showed up right on time and efficiently moved through the house doing all the interior first and then the exterior and screens. I have walked from room to room smiling. The main floor and top floor windows and screens are gleaming! My skylights are finally CLEAN. I will definitely put them on an annual schedule. My vintage home and her windows look splendid. I had some drainage issues on the roof of my rental property and requested estimates to take a look. Skybleu was responsive and got a crew out to take a look. I am downgrading them because I asked them for an estimate before they did any work, but they just went ahead and cleaned the roof without letting me know and then billed me for it after the fact The work was competently done and the price was in line with other estimates, however, I don't think it is a good practice to go out for an estimate and then to instead just perform the work without authorization. I shared this feedback with Skybleu and they accepted that this was an issue. So, I would consider using them again. read more

Skybleu is a family owned business: Patrick and Mirela. They cleaned the 16 windows of my one-story house for me. I have some complicating vegetation near some walls of my house, making access cumbersome. Patrick and Mirela arrived on time with their assistant Jose. The cleaning included windows inside and outside, the screens, and tracks. The team was super efficient, and outstandingly thorough. The difference of looking through any of my windows is striking. Sharp contrasts of the outside world, and more light. I collected three estimates. One was way lower, the other was right along the same line with Patrick's. After conversing with Patrick I decided to choose his company, because he is clearly engaged with this work, and cares about the outcome. The same is true for Mirela. She explained at some point during the cleaning that they both enjoy the work, and this connection shows in the results. I don't know whether this is common practice, but Patrick and Mirela use a machine that removes all minerals from the water that they use for the outside of the glass. The result is the crystal clear view without any spots. I would instantly hire Skybleu again. They also do kitchen remodels, though I have no experience with that part of their business. read more

Patrick and his company recently painted our home and installed new gutters. The work they performed was perfectly adequate. Their prices were competitive and Patrick was friendly and good at making us feel taken care of. Unfortunately, that did not hold true to the whole experience. Several of the things we explicitly stated we wanted verbally while talking with Patrick were left out of the contract. Unfortunately, I did not notice until it was too late. It certainly was my mistake for not being more careful before signing the contract. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and now I am paying for it. If you do move forward with this company, make sure you get every little thing in writing. Overall, working with them has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. They smooth talked me into signing the contract, assuring me that everything we talked about would be taken care of. Then they were able to ask us for more money by showing that things were not in the contract. It was a good reminder to not give anyone the benefit of the doubt when money is being exchanged. The work they do is fine, but be careful! It is terrible to feel taken advantage of at the end of a large home project. read more

We had neglected our windows because other companies were flaky, didn't do a good job, didn't show up etc. I called Sky Bleu because of the positive Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. They were very clear during the quote phase about what they could a do and what to expect. Our whole house with about 21 windows and solar panels on the roof cleaned inside and out in about 2 hrs (they had a crew of 3), the outside was washed with non toxic water (important because we have a fish pond near some of our windows).
