They bleached my entire head. and I looked like Ronald McDonald. It was nowhere near the color I wanted. Then they gave me an attitude and tried to turn it around on me not once but twice. I would avoid this like the plague and just pay extra upfront at the other salons versus trying to save money because what cost me was more than $200 in the end plus a bunch of stress and hair that I never even wanted this color.
