Seatech Senior Tech Wade came and diagnosed the issue which did not require replacement of the unit, found the problem(s), made adjustments and completed repairs. Good as new! I asked about it and he said it was bent when he picked it up. Unfortunately for him, I was the last guy to transported the trailer and know it wasn't bent. Fortunately, he said he would bend it back before I left town. Well, the day before I left town he said he was too busy and couldn't get to it. So now I'm stuck. Too bad for both of us, I have to find someone else to service my boat and he lost a customer.
