Asked him for help, guy jumped out of the boat, showed me exactly what I needed and how to install em. Was super friendly. Walked me over to the office where I paid. I was kinda like, this is weird. These guys are treating me like a valued customer! I'm not used to that around boatyards and shops (lmfao) seriously though. I was taken aback and had to call the girl in the office a couple house later to say what a great experience it was. Not sure I'm gonna need anything from these guys for a while, which is too bad. I'd do business with people like that any day.

Seatech Senior Tech Wade came and diagnosed the issue which did not require replacement of the unit, found the problem(s), made adjustments and completed repairs. Good as new! Couldn't be happier that I didn't need a new unit and learned more about the boat from the experience. Will be back for additional help in the future. Thanks again !

I asked about it and he said it was bent when he picked it up. Unfortunately for him, I was the last guy to transported the trailer and know it wasn't bent. Fortunately, he said he would bend it back before I left town. Well, the day before I left town he said he was too busy and couldn't get to it. So now I'm stuck. Too bad for both of us, I have to find someone else to service my boat and he lost a customer.
