Ciro suggested going from our standard gates, which were 1" frame with 1/2" pickets to a thicker 2" frame and 1" pickets. What a world of a difference that made and being in a semi gloss powder coat ... wow! A lot of our neighbors have given us a lot of compliments on them. We are really glad we decided to do this project. Not only do they they look amazing, but they are sturdy and solid. We also added combo locks to both gates (front & side gates) with the addition of a doggy door for our 3 Labrabulls! Ciro's first doggy dog with a slide out, and he knocked it out of the park.
