I called Constantine about the scratches and he came over to look at them. Regardless he denie that they didn't do that. Unfortunately they were the only people to be able to reach 18' high ceilings. He then went to show me how they clean the window and how it doesn't leave a scratch. Obviously with a new and clean sponge that wouldn't happen. I believe that when I had some concrete poured on my patio before installing my turf, there were rocks that splattered on my window, and because the windows are tempered tinted film glass they didn't scrape them with the razor and went ahead and started cleaning the windows and the rocks got in their sponge and they dragged it all through my windows. It looks like there was a cat fight on my window, terrible. They did a good job on the rest of my windows but I didn't appreciate him not being honest with me or try to fix their mistake. Now my pride and joy which were my windows overlooking the gold course is forever scratched.
