I live in an apartment and didn't have a water hookup for a power washer, but he still made it work with the tools he had. He cleaned everything by hand using brushes and smaller tools (since he couldn't use a power washer like he normally would) and still got amazing results. There was a thick layer of dust on the panels that I couldn't get off myself, and he completely took care of it. In the photo, the top panels are the cleaned area and the bottom panels are the "before," so you can really see how dusty it was before he started. I'm honestly so happy with how it turned out and really appreciated how flexible and helpful he was despite the limitations. Very affordable as well. Note; they will not service existing gutters, they will tear out any existing gutters and replace, probably for the better. Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. Frustrating experience we've been dealing with all summer. Contacted for a DE filter replacement…read moreback in May 2025, and we knew what we wanted. Had trouble scheduling an installation date or getting calls back from the store - they finally came out and installed it, but it was not done correctly. The filter container was hanging off the concrete pad, they tried to feed DE through a skimmer with a sock on it, and the pvc piping wasn't done well. It took multiple calls to the owner and 2 additional visits for someone to come out and finally fix it. This was after they insisted they came to my house and "everything looked fine", but my Ring doorbell and gate confirmed they didn't come at all and must have gone to the wrong house. Immediately after the fix, the brand new filter started leaking from the seal joint, and no one will actually commit to coming out and looking at it again. I've been scheduled "on the board" for multiple service visits - but then they no call/no show and I have to follow-up again. I understand staffing is tough, but they've used the excuse of being "down" a pool tech all summer so that the owner is having to go out on calls himself. I also had a big issue with high copper in my water - it was filmy, blue/silver in the net, etc, and they said "they had never seen anything like this" and didn't know what to do. They didn't test the water or seem to have any ideas or solutions - I figured it out myself with a test. The price on the filter was ok and I was trying to find a more locally owned alternative to Leslie Pool. However, it's been such a hassle dealing with unnecessary issues from the installation that I would not recommend purchasing equipment from them.

He came by and checked the length of the gutters and gave me a quote. It was very reasonable so I hired him. He was here for about an hour and sent me pictures of the gutters after. I wish he would've taken before pictures too. We hadn't cleaned our gutters since we moved in about 2 years ago so I'm sure they were a mess. He even power washed the driveway and the patio. Highly recommend him for his fair prices and his pleasant demeanor. He does windows too!
