There's always something fun to purchase here! My daughter found a few tops and Ince she is getting ready to go off to college, I let her get them (t's also tax free week so that's a plus). Lots of cute skirts, tops, pants and more! I wish there were some items on the sale rack, but that was not meant to be. the salesperson at the checkout, Hannah was very nice and very helpful which was a pleasure! The return & exchange line is mixed with purchases and is wrapped around the store. There must be 75 people in front of me. The store is a mess with merchandise strewn all over. The line is moving & all the registers are opened. Funny, no one has new items in their hands. The staff was great. The return exchange was easy, and I was in and out surprisingly quickly. read more

10/5/2022 Today's Lululemon Fiasco After the previous bad encounters at the Boca Raton Lululemon, I tried to get my wife to stop buying from them. In fact, my wife, a 62-year-old petite woman was deemed a safety hazard to the Boca Raton store. However, they said it was ok if she shopped in their other locations. Guess she isn't a hazard to them. Go figure. The products are overpriced and much of their goods are made from polyester, a petroleum-based product. Their marketing team must be great and persuasive to get the vegan, environmental loving public to buy their clothes that are made from petroleum. On another front, how many skin cancer protective products do they have? As a melanoma survivor, I think that this is a market that they are missing or don't care about. So, my wife has been to other Lululemon stores in West Palm Beach, North Palm Beach, Ft Lauderdale, Cincinnati and Orlando since she was banned from the Boca location, and they all treated her extremely well and seemed to like her. Is it her or the Boca location? The manager from Cincinnati gave my wife her card and told her to call if she needed anything. She was looking for these pants called Add Flare Crop with slits. They were released recently and have been selling out of most of the colors. My wife ordered some but not in the colors she really wanted. The other day, at the West Palm Beach location, they helped her look online and she ordered the ones she wanted, Meanwhile, 4 pair in "merlot" and "plum" arrived at my doorstep. With the other ones on the way, I thought I would return these to our local Boca store. We could only return 3 pair, since my wife was wearing the forth. I walked into the store and approached the register area where one person was ringing up a customer and the other one was looking at her cell phone. She put the phone down and said she would assist me. I gave her the pants that were in the plastic bags they were packed in. She ripped the bags open and scanned the QR code on the tag. According to her, it said the pants were purchased on 7/7. I don't believe these pants had been released to the public that long ago. I know they were just delivered the other day. She asked if I had the receipt or order number. The information was on my wife's phone. The Associate said she could give me a gift card. I hesitantly said OK. Then she said the system would not let her do it. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said she was the manager. Seems like these stores have a lot of managers. Anyway, she would not help me, the customer in any way, blaming the company's rules. She took no responsibility. Some leader! So, I left the store, angry that they had screwed us over once again. I met up with my wife who showed me the order number on her email from the company. It said the pants were purchased on 9/22/2022. Today is 10/5/2022. How did she get July? Was the QR code wrong or was she lying because she saw on the cash register computer that my wife was exiled from that store? I walked back to the store and found her near the front of the store ready to leave. I showed her my wife's phone email with the order number and purchase date. She refused to help us. She told us that we would have to drive to another store. Nice way to treat someone who spends thousands of dollars on your clothing. I kept asking how she can deny what she was seeing in the email. I begged her to do the right thing. She kept refusing, saying that I was not allowed in the store. I made it clear that the nasty letter that Lululemon sent was specifically sent to my wife and not me. She said our behavior was the issue. My wife had an issue. I never had any altercation with them. I tried to get something purchased and they ordered the wrong size and then tried to return it. I was never singled out. I said my wife had gotten mad because they screwed up her order, order. She said she was there. I have never seen her before today. I was there that day, was she? I don't know but somehow, I doubt it. If she was there, she avoided the conflict, just like a good manager should...not. Now the manager, said I was not allowed in the store. I started asking who her supervisor was. I asked again and again. She wouldn't tell me but finally, she said she would refund the price of the pants if I promised not to come into the Boca Raton store again. Why wouldn't she tell me her supervisor's name? What was she scared of? Me, not coming to that store. That is not an issue, I hate that store and want to see it closed. However, if my wife has something to return... She refunded my money, which earlier, she had said was not possible to do. Is lying to the customer part of Manager Training 101? I am now home venting in this letter. It is hard to find good service today and I understand that customers are not always easy to deal with. What ever happened to management as shown in books like In Search of Excellence? read more

Customer Service was awful today. Three shorts that were ordered for Christmas came in stained (not the first time I've received stained items). Needed proof of purchase of course which is 100% understandable. They ended up exchanging the items but I don't think the girls working the front knew my fiancée was checking out next to me and started trash talking me and the reason I was there for everyone (including my fiancée) to hear. It's extremely upsetting that I am being trash talked at Lulu by their workers in front of everyone for something I couldn't control, especially when they went through with the exchange anyway. Won't be returning and I hope the girls at the middle checkout counters on 12/31 around 11:30 AM are held accountable for their mouths. read more

Called in to purchase an item over the phone. The employee (male voice) was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Probably one of the worst guest experiences at any store, Lulu or not. He was very passive aggressive and I felt unwelcomed, almost as if I was bothering him by calling for an item check. read more

Always a friendly staff willing to help you shop. Make sure to try everything on SMS check quality. Items are made in multiple countries do quality is not consistent. Today I tried on two colors of the same shorts and they felt differently. I noticed they were made in different countries. Sometimes lengths of tops will also differ based on color even though it's the same style. read more

The hours are posted as open until 7pm. However when my daughters and I went to the store, at 6:40pm, they refused us entry stating that they close the doors at 6:30pm. If that is the case then the hours should be notified to reflect the correct hours and employees should apply the policy to all customers. read more

I love Lululemon and i am not giving this a one star because of the quality of the product or the store itself but I'm giving it a one star because of the manager that was a blonde guy. He did not allow me to exchange a pair of leggings that had a tiny hole in it for a new pair and I got it less than a year ago. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company at this specific location (even the girl up front saw how much i have spent) and I have never returned anything so for them to do this one exchange which was within the policy and exchange time of one year I was actually surprised that he would not do this for me. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and nice I give her all the credit she was doing an amazing job helping me but the manager that was a blonde tall guy he was talking to me like he was reading off of a script and didn't even understand my feeling on how much I have spent with this company and what I needed. If you know anything about this brand then you know it's a super high priced brand with a cult following. You are paying for the brand name for the most part. I mean they do have some really nice items, but lately the brand has been having quality control issues, so I stay away from those items (their wunder under pants). I've been in to this store a few times and every time the staff is super helpful and knows the merchandise really well. Something that's hard to find in retail stores these days. I feel like when I go into a store, I usually know more about the products than the actual people who work there. So it's quite refreshing to find employees that seem to like where they work and know their stores product. The first time I was interested in seeing what all the hype was about so I tried some things on and asked a bunch of questions about the clothes. The girl recommended a bunch of stuff for running, which was nice since I literally had no idea what I was looking for, and helped me with sizes. I wasn't completely sold on colors so she told me, "if you don't like anything now, you should wait for something you do like." Now for the most part I find retail people just want to make sales and don't really care about the customer at the end. So when she said don't buy anything, wait for something you like better, I was surprised. The next time I went in I purchased a top off the "mark down" rack. That's the only way I can really afford the clothes. Being marked down brings it down to actual pricing that other work out gear is at. All markdown merchandise is final sale so you need to be sure you love it. Most of the tops that have built in bras have removable cups (like a bathing suit) but they keep them in drawers so ask about getting them when you get your tops. I forgot mine, so when I went back I was hoping I could get them without a problem since I did buy a final sale item. The girl cheerfully went and got a pair for me with no hassle. If I could afford to shop here all the time I would. Right how though I would recommend at least checking the store out if you're into yoga/running gear. read more

Not happy with them. To begin with I used to shop here very often. I ASKED someone who worked there if I should get a smaller size than I normally am in a certain one of their pants and was told "no, they're true to size". So I believed them and bought them along with $400+ of merchandise. They were lose and kept falling down so I tried to exchange for a smaller size. Had ALL tags AND receipt just not attached (as I believed the girl who told me they'd fit as my normal size there does, so took off tags). They REFUSED to allow it which is ridiculous customer service to me. Ridiculous. They lost me officially, 1000% as a customer. Have you tried Athleta? Walked right in there afterwards and bought five pairs of pants. They TELL you to workout in them to test them first! That's what I'm talking about. Every time I come here I have such a pleasant experience. The store is always packed with customers and although it can get a little hectic the employees are so nice and helpful. I always have a million questions about their products and they're very knowledgeable and extremely patient. The store is clean and well organized when I come in here (minus the pant wall which can get a little crazy). I came here the other day with my friend who had an issue with one of her pants coming undone at the seems. They have a seamstress that alters and fixes clothing but she was not able to fix them. The employees let my friend get a new replacement pair of pants without any problem or hassle. They even let her try on dozens of options and assisted in finding the best fit for her body. Jordan was working the dressing room area and since I was just sitting passing time while my friend tried on clothes I got to witness how helpful she was to all the customers. Honestly she really outdid herself, she provided such a good shopping experience. Staff is extremely rude. I asked about the R&D program and they basically laughed in my face, making it seem like being a competitive cyclist was not appropriate for the program when I have a friend who was let in because he plays hockey. I love the clothes, but the staff makes going to the store an unpleasant experience. One associate said in a snobby tone "Can you imagine what would happen if they let everyone in the program?" Yeah I can imagine you would have a lot of happy customers more than willing to provide free advertising to their friends, family, and acquaintances.
