I was excited for this Lululemon store as it's in a more convenient location for me. There's a big private parking lot and also street parking available. The store is in a cute Heights house. Cool concept but the store itself is small with limited selections to choose from in comparison to the Galleria and Highland Village locations. They did have every size available from the clothing they had to offer and everything is neat and well-organized. The sales associates are extremely friendly and helpful. There are about 3 dressing rooms and one bathroom. It took me a couple of years to justify spending all this money for their clothes but it is definitely worth it!! Their pants really tighten things up and give your body a nice shape but are still stretchy and breathable and soft and just feel so good to wear. Definitely worth the price tag because their clothing lasts for a long time. I really wish this location had more of a selection so I probably won't be visiting here very often. However this location does donate 50% of their proceeds to help fight the cause against human trafficking, kudos to that! Definitely a great reason to make a purchase here! read more

Customer service at this location is awful. They have three fitting rooms, and there was a long wait to get a room. The store feels cramped and small. The workers are the most unfriendly bunch, attitude and plain rude, with exception to the male worker working at the fitting room who was kind and very helpful. I visited this location for the first time today. I called ahead to ask what the biggest size is that they carry before heading that way since other brands tend to only carry smaller sizes. AJ took my call, put a pair of biker shorts on hold for me and assisted me the entire time I was there. When I checked out, the manager was rude and didn't even say anything, it was super weird. The inventory here is also less than most of their stores. I absolutely love this location and the staff is always so welcoming! I find their staff to be extremely knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. I've been to several of their after hours events and they are always so well organized. I choose to shop at this location because part of the proceeds benefit United Against Human Trafficking. This store does tend to have less merchandise selection but they always can order anything online and have it sent straight to you. Almost all the other customers were also vying for his attention bec it was very obvious how helpful he was to everyone he tended to. The store itself is quite small, but I knew exactly what I was looking for and it was a common item so they had it in stock. I like this location because it's Heights local - which can be dangerous because it's one quick walk away!! It's also super convenient and less crowded than other Lulu stores. This location is like a boutique as there is not a huge selection as other stores may have. This location doesn't have a great WMTM section either. Lululemon is my go-to workout clothing store, and I've been a customer for years. I've been to this location a few times, but I always experienced bad customer service. I walked in today, and I was just in casual/comfortable attire. I was checking out a pair of leggings as I was approached by one of the educators, and he said in a condescending manner, "have you ever had a pair?" I was pretty stunned. It was rude and snarky. It seemed as if he was insinuating I couldn't afford a pair. This location needs work on their professionalism. I ended up going to galleria because their customer service is amazing. read more

Jacob deserves a 5 stars. He's so knowledgeable and friendly. He greeted us and helped us selecting a bunch of pants. He patiently explained different fabrics and styles. Cute lululemon store, but it is quite small and doesn't have a wide range of leggings/tops/bras you would typically see at a normal store. I was immediately greeted by a very cheerful young guy who was so so helpful and assisted me throughout the process. However, I was waiting around to get checked out and the two female workers were just passing by me while I was waiting at the cashier to be checked out.
