This Lane Bryant is really nice. It's spacious and well stocked, and the staff are friendly and helpful too. This season's selection wasn't my cup of tea, but that's just personal opinion. It's well laid out and out and it's easy to find things. The one thing I never like at their stores - though I understand why it's done - is that the fitting rooms are locked. I went to exchange items I bought and was instantly greedy with attitude from the cashier. She very rude and said she was not going to finish my transaction. I ask her was she okay, because she is acting off. I was told to leave, get out, get out my store, and than said don't never come back. I did leave and reported this incident to their customer service dept. I left embarrassed with my husband for what just happened and yes I still have the two $58 Bra's that she refused to finish transaction. She was a short lady cashier and said it was her store. Now with that said, let's get personal! I'm pregnant and the girls are growing like weeds! I went to the infamous VS and was dang near drug out of the dressing room! With nowhere to run I turned to Lane Bryant and they took my girls in like two of their own! I was sized and helped personally until I had the right fit! She even helped me to pick a size I could continue to grow into! Ladies isn't this unheard of ?? After leaving this store I can now walk around with my girls and my head up high! Lane Bryant has always been my go-to when it's come to bras specifically. After dropping into Victoria's Secret and feeling defeated as always that they have not expanded their size range, I was excited to go next door to my safe haven of Lane Bryant. Unfortunately, I do no think this is the case any longer, at least at the Meadows Mall location. I was greeted with a "Hi" by one of the 5 associates behind the counter and they all shortly after continued with their "work". I was a little overwhelmed by the selection of bras available, and I guess I was wrong in thinking that someone would assist me like they during past visits. No one came up to help me, not once, even as I paced back and forth between all the shelves. Finally, I choose a few options but was not feeling great about it and I had to be the one to ask if fitting rooms were available. After trying on many options, I was not pleased and brought all the ones that didn't fit back to the counter so that the associates could restock them. Instead of noticing that clearly nothing was working out, the cashier just grabbed them and said nothing. I saw a rack of "non-wire" bras and also asked an associate how the fit is, and if there is support with these types of bras. All she said was, "it's up to your preference and how you want them to look." I left the store with a lump in my throat and two bras that I'm not sure I even like, and the thought of having to go back to return them is upsetting. I was more disappointed in the fact that this store is supposed to be comforting for women who want to feel normal shopping and I ended up walking out with more anxiety than I did when I left Victoria's Secret. I work in customer service and although I would say I have high standards when it comes to service, this visit didn't even meet the bare minimum. read more

This will be the last thing I purchased at lane Bryant  I purchased several bras. My Sister read the size wrong. When trying on braw the tag broke off . Upon returning. I was told that because the tag was off the I was not able to return it.   I lost 46.00 but you lost  a customer.   the lady was rude to me and said to have my sister buy it for getting the wrong size. More to it but not worth continuing when I won't shop any more.. what happens if you try items on in store and tags fall off. I dont trust the changing rooms. Selection is extremely limited, with very few items over size 22, and zero selection of pants for short/petite. Fabric quality and craftsmanship of clothing has also gone downhill. Has no intention on buying much other than one blouse but how did one spend $190? Tamiko! As soon as we stepped into the store she greeted us with a genuine welcome and smile. Offered to help us to shop. Didnt think we needed any help. " Just looking." I soon found myself gravitating to her as soon as I asked her about a type of blouse I was looking for. She wasnt pushy by no means. Very helpful, courteous and you can tell she really wants to help make the shopping experience a positive one. I opened a credit card to save $20 and darn scanner would not read the barcode. It took her a while and was very patient and made it happen. Will be back in Sept! I'm a regular Lane Bryant shopper. When they have items I like, I stock up because you never know when they will change stock and you won't be able to find those perfect cargo pants again. I prefer the jeans from Avenue to this place, but you can occasionally find decent jeans here. A recurring flaw with the Lane Bryant clothing line is this tendency to pepper clothing with glittery stuff, beads and busy patterns that look horrible on big girls. What the hell is that about, anyway? I'm also not a fan of putting 'skinny jeans' on clearly not skinny bodies. Give me a boot cut or a wide leg pant so that the thigh and butt aren't so clearly defined as massive. Hey, I can say it, I'm talking about myself here. That being said, when they have good casual wear, I'm all over it. I dropped $400 on this trip, and I love everything I picked up. From cargo pants to linen trousers and a couple of lightweight cargo type jackets that I am completely in love with. Staff at this store were amazingly helpful. I asked about the linen pants in a different color and they checked the back to see if they had them (they didn't) but they did get in a new jacket that matched the pants I was going to buy already and it was shown to me to see if I wanted it (none of the jackets had been put out on the floor yet). Kim, in particular, was a superstar. If I lived in Las Vegas, I would make this particular store a regular stop just because of Kim and the other associates who were all super friendly and helpful. I was here yesterday to get a bathing suit. Not only was this place beautiful the staff was amazing. I told one lady Meko my name and suddenly another lady (I didn't get a chance to get her name) checked on me and used my name. I thought that was so cool. I was on the hunt for a royal blue dress for an upcoming trip and stopped into this location. I did not find the royal blue dress, however, Meko found me a super cute dress that I could use as an alternative as the color was close and it's the end of the season for dresses. Browsed more, and after about an hour, Meko helped us with another dress, two strapless bras, and a long sleeve shirt! If you're struggling with the proper support in your bras, go see Meko! This is like the older womans Torrid, which is good for older women I guess. I've shopped here before in Colorado and I sometimes find sales. This time around I found thins bra thing for 7$ half off so it was 3$. The other clearance stuff was like 20-60$!! I know fatties need more material to make clothes, but seriously. I had gone to a few store including VS and no luck, they gave me these bras that made my boobs look terrible. Oh let me add I've lost 120 pounds so my new body is still foreign to me. Right before walking into lane Bryant I cried a little outside and my fiancé calmed me down so we decided to walk in. BEST DECISION EVER! This is my favorite LB store in Vegas. The best selection and the most friendliest, helpful, knowledgeable employees work there. I love going during the LB women's dollars and during their coupon discount as that is very helpful to have when buying clothes from there since it can get a bit pricey. But I always say quality is always worth it! Not too happy with the spring collection but I am hoping the Summer collection makes up for it as usually their Summer line is the best! As a new Lane Bryant card holder I have to already cancel my card. I get 2!! email ads everyday and when I called to pay my card off they said if I paid over the phone not only would there be an additional $9 fee, but I would have to pay by check. If I pay online there's no fee, but still only by check. If I wanted to use a debit card I have to go into a store. This is extremely inconvenient. It's 2017 and I never use my checkbook so I never carry it around. Why the $9 fee to pay a bill? Their clothes are way overpriced too so I don't think I'll miss anything. read more

Even though Lane Bryant no longer offers the spanx cami I was shopping for, my experience was great because of Miko! She was incredibly helpful, friendly and fun. She recommended the spanx with attached pantyhose and when I expressed concern about getting a run in such an expensive item, she described the best way to put them on. She also helped me to find accessories and lingerie for an outfit I was trying to put together and I ended up looking and feeling great in it at an event. I felt like I was shopping with a friend.
