I came here to pick up an order I made at the Studio City location because they didn't have the size I needed. The process couldn't have been easier. I prepaid at the other location, waltzed in here, and this nice young man was so helpful to assist me as soon as I walked in. I told him I was there for a pick up. He said, "Let me get it for you." He went in the back and got it for me right away and it was already pre-bagged with a stapled receipt ready for me to waltz back out, which is what I did. He even let me have their new mint green Lululemon bags that you get when you purchase an item. They finally branched past the black and white design. Amazing location! I came here on a Sunday right when they opened at 10:00 AM. Free Street parking was really easy to find. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by extremely friendly and helpful employees. My partner was looking for masc clothing and I was looking for their fem options. The various employees were able to help us both separately by providing very useful input, assistance with starting a fitting room, and assistance with bringing various sizes of clothing. They also informed us of the sale rack which was very nice as their apparel is on the pricey side (but it's very worth it). I appreciated how the employees didn't hover over us but also gave us an appropriate amount of support. Checking out what super easy and the experience made me want to drop a frightening amount of money on them in the near future! read more

Yeah no...never coming here again. I don't wanna call them racist but I was the only black person there and everyone was avoiding me like the plague. It's covid so I'm used to people regulating who comes in and what not. I stood outside for a couple minutes and no one had acknowledged me...finally I went inside and out asked someone if there was a limit of people. The guy said "Oh yeah...." and proceeded to count and then let me in. Then as soon as I got in I noticed the space was tight. Other people were getting help and many of the staff literally walked past me without saying "excuse me" or even ask me for help. ...I have a perpetually lost expression on my face and I was wandering the store for a good 20 minutes until someone finally asked me if I needed help in a mess than enthusiastic way. At that point I was upset but due to my job I don't have spare time to go to another lululemon. When I checked out the same less than enthusiastic person who asked if I needed help (maybe that's just her expression?) rang me up and became nicer when she found out I was a healthcare worker. When I was leaving the store they had staff next to the door and no one address me or took the time to say bye. Bad customer service! I was there on 5/23/2021 around 5pm. I purchased a pair of shorts and when I was at the checkout, the cashier had a terrible attitude. She literally said: phone number? (Instead of - What's your phone number?) Receipt printed or email? (Instead of - would you like your receipt oriented or email?) And simply handed over the bag without uttering a word as if she didn't want me there? On a side note, I was at the Beverley hills location two hours prior to coming this location and I also bought a pair of biker shorts there, the cashier there had much much much better customer service. Garbage policy. My girlfriend's family bought me a pair of pants for Christmas and gave me the gift receipt that came with it. The pants didn't fit me well so I went to the store to look for something else in exchange. The gift receipt says I have until January 24th to return (today is January 19th as I type this). I didn't find anything that I liked so I decided to just take a gift card and come back at another time when new items arrive. The pant has a price tag that says $128 on it, and when I handed the cashier the gift receipt plus pants she said "Okay you're gift card will be $108". I asked "But the pant was $128, was it purchased on sale?". And the cashier explained "With a gift receipt we don't give you the full value of the item. We can't see how much was paid". How can we be in 2020 but they are unable to see what was paid total in their system by scanning a gift receipt? It seems purposeful and a way to scam people out of money. I then asked what would the price be if I exchanged the item, and she said the same $108. I don't see how this is not theft. I looked at the gift receipt and original receipt now, neither say anything about them getting to decide what the exchange is worth. Good thing my girlfriend kept the receipt (at home). For the record, the full price paid was $140, not $108. We're getting a full refund and I'll never purchase anything from your stores again. You guys are crooks and don't deserve my business. read more

I came to this location after having trouble at the grove store. While at the grove I asked for some help and the person there was annoyed with me and offered my one choice. I was quite exasperated by the time I actually decided to come into the Melrose store, but I am very happy that I did. Neo quickly attended to me and asked me how he could help. Once I let him know what I was shopping for he gave me a range of options and very accurate details on the different items and what would work best. He checked in on me at least 6 Times while I was trying on my clothes and it was so extremely helpful to swap out sizes what I needed. I would not recommend any one of color shop at this establishment I was discriminated against as well as rude Lee treated by the store manager Khilha/Kaliyah has lack of knowledge of their store policy. She was very adamant on me not exchanging a pair of joggers that my boyfriend purchased for me for a pair of their newly beautiful red slides due to my skin color. Came here to have an awesome free yoga class and special shopping experience and instead felt completely awkward and don't really feel like coming back to this location. I have never ever felt like this at a lululemon location everrrrr and I have been to almost all in SoCal for years now! I only give this two stars because I have been here once and had a great experience with a previous employee who helped me and my husband out with advice of APLs and I ended up buying something on sale too. My 2nd star is really not even for this store but because the yoga instructor, Naomi, was awesome and the class was really great. So we were given a special discount after the class for attending. I spoke to the yoga instructor, and a few other people who were part of the event and they were all super friendly and great to meet. It's the employees here who ruined our experience. We get to use our discount up to 15 items, so yes I tried to take advantage and I was holding maybe about 6-7 items and my husband had about 3-4. Big items, like jackets and pants and shirts...no small accessories, no bottles, no headbands, nothing. One of the girls, a blonde girl with glasses approached me and asked if I wanted to start a fitting room. I was like oh sure, why not...she actually even apologized and said sorry she saw me from far away and thought I may not want to hold so many items...I thought it was weird thSt she apologized cause she was being helpful, but whatever. I even told her my husband had some too and that she could take them as well. Then my husband sees the same girl whispering to another girl, with long black hair, and staring at me and my husband. It looked exactly like she was telling her to keep an eye on us. First of all, we gave you all our items. Second, I'm not event carrying a purse or any type of bag. I had in my hand, my wallet and phone right after taking a yoga class that was held right inside your store!! Anyways, we didn't want to make a big deal. We tried on our clothes, picked out what we like and bought our stuff. We were helped out by the same girl with black hair that the other girl with glasses and blonde hair whispered to. Super simple. Asked for some gift boxes and an extra bag. She gave us what we needed and everything was good. Then we walk out the store, of course...the security alarm buzzes and right away she comes to us. Like right away...ready to check us and our bag. I wonder what the other girl was thinking at this moment. She even asked us to step away from the censors. Turns out, she forgot to remove one from one of my items. She said it looks like there were 2 on my vest...really? Lol. So she removes it and apologizes. So look ladies, I have no idea what made you want to keep an extra eye on me or me and my husband after coming to your event, holding no bags, no purse, didn't even touch any of your smaller items...gave you my items to hold at the fitting room, and your alarm goes off due to your mistake. Lululemon has always been so good to me whether it was just the employees, the manager, the ambassadors, etc. I can't believe this happened. I know with the holidays there is a lot of stuff going on, but I gave you no reason to do this. I was very happy but also terrified when Lulu moved to Melrose... because I work a block away from it and find myself there almost every other week buying SOMETHING. Favorite thing at Lulu right now - the align pants. You must try them on, it will change how you feel about your own butt. I prefer the 7/8 length but they also have full below the ankle and crop. I wear them to workout, go out, work, literally all the time. They do recommend they you don't do any intense exercise in those pants, but honestly I've been crossfitting in them since I bought my first pair in 2017 and they're still in great condition. But I have to definitely credit the employees there for always being so awesome, friendly and helpful. Particularly Chandler and Claire, you guys are fantastic! read more

This store is chronically incompetent. Had to order two items. The salesperson tried to do it but couldn't. Another person tried and said he did it. I walked home and received a copy of order and it was WRONG. I walked back to store and they said I had to cancel order. I asked them to do so since it was their mistake. They said they would take dare of it. An hour later they called and said the order could not be cancelled because it was more than an hour old. I came here thinking parking was going to be a nightmare. They actually have a lot that holds like 30 cars so I am SO happy I found this place. I came to return an item and service was friendly. I was in and out of there within 5 min. The store is on the smaller side compared to the other one on Ventura Blvd. There is another store in Beverly Hills, but I have not been there. The only item I own of theirs is their undergarments, but I love them, they are very invisible. read more

An associate had on leggings with pockets that were exactly what I was looking for. Yay for me, it was still on the rack. She was sweet and helpful. If my experience couldn't be better, the young man that rung me up swore they were on sale. After scanning the tag, it came up at regular price. Normally cashiers wouldn't care and just give you the total. But no! He insisted on attempting to save me a few bucks and walked off to double check with his supervisor! I've gone to this location multiple times as it is close to work. Each and every time I was welcomed and asked if I needed help. They staff has also always been helpful and attentive to my questions, or what I was looking for. Recently, I went to their run club as I am a big runner and am always looking for people to run with (running alone all the time is a dread!) As I know going to a new club is always daunting, their leaders and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We even lingered around for a bit because they were just so much fun! I had the rudest encounter with a floor associate named Danny (tall guy with a tan) on 5/27/22. He came to me asking if I need any help and I started explaining how I wasn't sure about the style of leggings I'm looking for and whether the leggings I was holding in my hand were the "align" style or if I'm wrong. Before I got to finish my sentence this associate literally said "you're tripping" and walked away..!!!! Without saying anything else. I'd never been treated so badly at any retail shop! I came here looking to get some yoga pants, and I found a great selection. The only thing is that I like folded pants and they didn't care any. The quality of the merchandise is excellent, and they have a great variety of tops and sports items especially for men. They​ have a couple of backpacks that were cool. I was in the area so decided to check this place out. I have to say, the parking was a bit confusing.. they have valet but the store and parking space was just right there. And there was no valet person as I drown in. I didn't want to take the chance, so I took the street parking. I was a bit nervous since Idk if they required permit. The place was average size and neat. A great selections and few dressy room. The fabric is nice. Basic style nothing too crazy. This is a product review of the Game On Boxer Brief, and how it could possibly change ur life as it did mine. "The Loins Of Hercules" I purchased these with great hesitation. You see I am a MAN, with a mustache that would make Tom Selleck blush, and a beard that could clear a forest with no axe. You see I am from TEXAS and when a man says "Lulu" out loud, well ud better be looking at the appetizers on the menu at ur local Chinese dive joint. The only place for a man at a Lulu store is OUTSIDE possibly harvesting dinner while his significant other gouges the joint checking account w no remorse, just for some athleisure. You see I played soccer and rugby my whole life so my thighs have names like "heart breaker" and "heat log" and whenever I fathom to workout in a pair of boxer briefs, they blowout quicker than a bad bowel movement post late night taqueria when u thought the "al pastor" smelled delicious and u "just had to!" Next thing u know my lovely jublies have now been exposed to world like sweet porcelain fruit, so smooth to the look n touch just please don't eat. So I decided to sack up, literally, and devised a plan to sneak into one of your organic fortresses and purchase the so called "holy grail of loins". After all of the diff scenarios I ran thru my head that $25 can accomplish, such as a quarter tank of gas, or a large water and half a kit kat at the movies, I committed to the Lulu. I dressed in all black, put my hoodie on, and faced down at nothing but the concrete, I slipped into ur store on melrose unnoticed to one of your auctioneers. Well their went my cover!!! Thanks Cheryl. Once I realized your establishment didn't except beaver pelts as currency, I quickly whipped out my non joint debit card and took care of the transaction. Again Cheryl yelled THANK YOUUUUU and as she reached for one of those to go burlap sacs that bear the scripture of a barista who writes her goals on her mirror every morning in permanent marker, I stopped and said, I've brought my own bag Madame. There was no way I was walking in public with that target, where I would've been roasted by my closest friends until my tombstone had I been spotted. I slowly took out my small brown paper bag, because well shit, I'm classy. Now I'm the only man who has walked into a Lulu Lemon Store and walked out with a tall boy. Once I got back to my layer I took off my Batman outfit and slid my new equipment on, one at a time over "Heart Breaker" and "Heat Log". The only way I could describe it is when Tony Stark yells "Jarvis" and next thing u kno every inch is covered in custom fitted freedom penetrating iron. I was ready to run the spartan race backwards. It felt like the gently heated feathers of a bald eagle with a splash of gold bond just encompassing my benny and his jets. FRREEDDOMMMM is what I belted from my rooftop, and man I felt it, why I was changing up there you wouldn't understand. Next I decided to put it thru the 48 hour stress test, we've all done it whether it be voluntary or involuntary we've all done it, and if u say u haven't well u just kick rocks. I slipped em on under a harvest moonlit Sunday night and watched them cascade off to a background of thunder and lighting on a Tuesday night. It was incredible, no crustiness, no stiffness, no "al pastor" residue, just smooth holding flexibility like a spider monkey, and fresh like a morning dew, not to be confused with doo doo. 48 hours people, and I felt like I was wearing baby seal fur obviously from a seal that died of natural causes, 48 HOURS! Lemme give u an equation real quick, hair plus sweat equals swamp ass which equals wedgie squared, but not even these loins would ride up on Harambe post Spartan Race. Lemme tell u something fellas, because I know ur here, in the comments section, on a Tuesday night, it's the best $25 u could EVER spend.
