It was horrible experience on Saturday September 2 when I decided to return 2 items which had very bad quality as a clothe. Looked cheap and undone. The store person first said she could only give me a store credit as it exceeded a few days of return policy (due to my travel I was not able to return it within the return policy frame) then I was like okay sure. Then all Of a sudden the girl was being pushed away by this so called "'manager" Amber with a very mean attitude without any apology telling me she can't take it back and that's it. She just hold my receipt and without even listening to me keep stating in a mean way that I can't do anything with that as it exceeded the rerun policy. She doesn't give me a chance to explain that the reason why I want a refund is I'm fully dissatisfied with the quality of item ( align short and cut out shirt ) that has a quality of very cheap clothe. I'm sorry $74 or something for that ugly short that has a quality of $3 clothe made in china you can order from cheap website. Why on earth to put such a price tag if you don't meet the quality ? This problem aside but behavior of Amber was unacceptable towards me and I felt like I would never want to go back to that store again. That also made me dislike lululemon. So many good sport brands! Why to bother ? They have horrible attitude! Poorly trained people who speak differently in each store. One said it's okay to rerun another said it's not. Lululemon has to better educate the managers and store people so that they don't show disrespect to customers. Amber had an attitude that she is a boss of the Lululemon. I went to the Georgetown location on November 8th and the associate in charge of the fitting room was rude and seemed to be annoyed with the idea of having to talk to me and many of the other customers. walked around georgetown just trying to feel something, my friend decided to take it to the next level and purchase some shorts from here. they were sooo cute, great quality, and really made her look snatched. so then we got to walk around with a lululemon bag in hand to try and fit in with the georgetown people. also the service was great. also i have to mention that the dressing room was FIVE MILLION DEGREES and we were fighting to stay alive in there. read more

Purchased my first pairs of lululemon leggings here and I gotta say, the hype is real. They are so nice. Velvety, smooth, stretchy, comfy, it's like magic. It can get quite confusing because there are so many different kinds of leggings but my saleswoman was amazing, she got me tons of different sizes and styles to try on and she asked me questions about my workout routine and what kind of leggings I wear. I really wanted one pair of leggings to wear out and about, not necessarily to work out and she recommended the cropped (because I'm short) align leggings and those feel like clouds on my legs, I could wear them for daaaayyyssss. But since they are cropped, I can't wear them during winter which I didn't think of when I got them, but they're perfect for all the other seasons! The other pair I got were the fast and free and those have POCKETS. That's all they had to show me before I was sold. They're my favourite leggings of all time. Absolutely worth the price. Staff has always been so nice at every Lululemon I've ever visited and I think that definitely adds to my overall enjoyment of their items. read more

This is where it all began. My love for Lulu. I only come to DC for two reasons: Cherry Blossom Festival and Lululemon. April 2011. I purchased my first Lulu pants from here. Size 8. April 2012. I'm now between size 2-4. Came back to the same store for their free yoga class! How does Lulu motivate me? Shrug. All I can see is results! I brought two of my friends to DC just to take their free yoga class on Sundays. They were wonderful enough to lend us yoga mats*. Friendly, helpful staff. The class was intense too! Today I went to Georgetown store because I was in desperate need for few clothing items that would fit a pregnant mother. I was dreading in store shopping but I am so glad that I was helped by Sophie! She listened to what I wanted and suggested several items. I tried them on and I literally bought almost everything she suggested as they were spot on and perfect for what I needed. I was in and out in no time and my experience was very pleasant. In the DMV area, there are 4 lululemon stores. Out of the four, the one here in Georgetown has the best staff imo. Over the weekend, I went to 3/4 of the stores because it was my birthday and I had a gift card. I got coffee on my shirt and I wanted a lululemon top, so it was a perfect time to get a shirt. I spent an hour in there trying on shirts. Now I love Lululemon and their gear, but finding shirts that is actually worth the price is hard for me. One of the ladies helped me, Taylor. She was very nice and helpful, and out of all the Lululemon stores I've been to (I think 7), Taylor has been the most helpful employee out of the 4 years I've been shopping here. read more

I absolutely love Lululemon Athletica. The people who work here are nice, the clothes and gear are wonderful, and the company philosophy is inspired. The only downside is the price... yes, it is expensive. But after years of buying workout clothes I have decided Lululemon is actually worth the hefty price tag... So I used to be in LOVE with these Hard Tail yoga pants: very soft, not too thick, fold over waist, slight flare, flattering cut... they were my favorites. And they were around $90 a pair. I thought, fine, I'll pay that for the best pants ever. And I paid $90... about 7 times. Because the little thing they don't list on the tag is that unless your thighs have a 2 inch gap between them, the seam will inevitably bust between your legs.... all 7 times. Now, understand me people. I have terrific thighs... they may not be Kate Moss, but in no way should my pants be bursting if I am buying and wearing the right size. My thighs were not the problem; the quality of those pants was the problem. Enter Lululemon pants... I've had about 5 pairs of pants from Lululemon, one pair in particular that carried me through a few rough months of weight gain. I think I wore those about 5 times a week at one point in my life and never ONCE did the seam even threaten to blow. I realized then that Lululemon was expensive because the clothes are very well made. Now the fat pants are put away (thank, God), but they are still intact and so are all my other clothes from Lululemon. Trust me... these are clothes that will work for you while you're working out. Today, I went into this store for the second time in my life. It will also be the LAST time. As, a poster below, Jenna C. said, the salespeople are incredibly annoying and, well, incredibly mindless and self-absorbed -- to the point where they insult their customers. I went in to get a pair of long, lightweight tights for indoor use, and I needed them to fit close to the ankle. I explained this to the first girl who asked me, but was met with a blank stare. Now, I've done tons of yoga, but don't do it anymore because the yoga teachers in DC just do not compare to those in California, where I lived for many years. So...I like yoga. In fact, I love yoga. But the fitness world does not revolve around yoga. I also run. But again, female athletes really can do other things besides yoga or running. So...after being asked repeatedly what I needed the tights for, I had no choice but to explain I could use an extra pair for deadlifting, which AGAIN means I need them to...AGAIN...be lightweight and fit close to my ankles (no bell bottoms). Of course, none of the salesgirls even knew what a deadlift is. My breath was wasted just as I knew it would be. I had to repeat myself about three times to three different people before being directed to....ta dum...an $80 pair of lightweight tights that fit close to the ankle. Then, I was trying on some jackets, which were cut very oddly, and a sales guy stands behind me watching me. He then asks me if I am "looking for some poof." Ugh. I thought I was looking for a jacket. He then directs me to some other jackets suggesting I might like them if they aren't "too young for me." WTF? I heard him describe another woman shopping there as "an older lady." Ugh. Great, just what a woman's athletic apparel store needs: a misogynist, ageist salesperson who can't help but insult customers because of his own mental stereotypes and lack of fashion sense. And the irony: the jackets were something just about anyone would wear. I mean really many older women wear lululemon. Who else can afford it? For the record, Sir, my ass (old as it may be) looks better than any of those 20-something salesgirls in your store who aren't even creative enough to wear something other than what is in their own store window and was put together by corporate for them. In fact, Sir, my old ass is probably more muscular than yours. And you'd know that if any of you knew WHAT A DEADLIFT IS. read more

I am new to the brand (I know! Late to the party!). I have been looking for gear that can be used for workout and hiking, and bought a ton of stuff at the Montgomery mall location and at the Georgetown store as well as online. Some items fit, some didn't. Some were too bulky. I called to find out if items ordered online could be returned in store. Fast forward to the store in Georgetown where I just had a very negative experience. When I walked in with a box and a bag of items to return, the sales lady eyed me strangely. When I began the return process, she tried to dissuade me from a credit to my credit card and offered me store credit. When I persisted, she did refund two of the items I had brought in, albeit grudgingly. The internet order she refused to take without the "original receipt" though of course it is a web order and so there is no original receipt. She said that a copy of the online order was insufficient, and did so in a hostile tone. When I indicated I would go home and look for it, she again stated I could have store credit without it. I said I'd like to have my card refunded the purchase price. Then, she offered to keep the merchandise there so I wouldn't have to haul it back and forth. When I asked for a receipt while I left the items there, she balked. But given her stern treatment of me (acting like I was trying to scam her and the store by returning a digital order without a paper receipt), I was reluctant to leave the items without a receipt. After a return trip home I was able to find the paper receipt. When I returned, I got the same sales lady who was just as sour as our prior interaction. The employees must be instructed to make it as difficult as possible to return items to the store, offering store credit and trying to dissuade people from having their credit card account credited. Beware hat even if you have your original receipt, which I did for the first two items, the staff here may be hostile. This employee's name is Katy. I was surprised by the treatment of a customer, especially one that had purchased (and kept) so much merchandise. I won't be going out of my way to shop at this location again. read more

I was headed to dinner in the area when I decided to drop by here first. I had a goal in mind: black workout pants with pockets. The salespeople were very friendly and attentive, and they helped identify where I would want to be looking in the store. I found about four pairs of pants I wanted to try on, and a salesperson immediately set me up with a dressing room as soon as I made my way to the area. I loved only one pair of the pants I tried on, but decided to try on a pair of shorts (I liked them, but I would get more use out of the pants I went with) and a different style of pants. Again, didn't have to wait around long for a store associate to set me up with a dressing room when I went to try these items on. I made my final decision on buying the original pair of pants I liked, took off for the register, and was out of there with my first pair of lulu attire. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with Lululemon. In Facebook terms - its complicated. I love their clothes. They are perfect for yoga, dance, and just about any other physical activity. They have nice designs, are good quality, and they are always switching up the color options. I am not sure what type of magical fabric they use, but they never show any sweat (which is probably TMI, but these clothes are for working out and I think it is a very redeeming quality, so maybe I won't be chastised). The other great thing about Lululemon is that they offer at least one free yoga class a week and they have a run club. I have taken a ton of the yoga classes and will probably never venture for the run club. The classes are hit or miss since the teachers are always rotating, but they're free so I will not complain, I will just enjoy. Unlike other area stores, the Georgetown location actually has a large second floor studio, and it is a nice studio. Lulu's downfall is in the price. Talk about sticker shock. I adore their crop pants, but they are $86 and it kind of makes me want to vomit. The other irritating thing about this store is that sometimes the people that work here are a little too eager. I don't want to sound like a negative Nancy, but wow, just let me shop instead of having each employee come over in 2 minute increments to ask "Is this the first time in the store?" and "Just so you know, our tops start out as least supportive and progress to most supportive on this rack." Thank you perky people, I appreciate the effort for top-notch customer service, but I really just need some time alone trying to rationalize spending $100 on a pair of yoga pants. read more

I don't think I can offer any more praise for Lululemon than what has already been stated. For anyone who knows me, I enjoy drinking the lulu kool-aid and wearing their threads on a daily basis. My theory is quite simple. To justify paying what I pay for my workout clothes, I'm going to use them and use them often to bring down my per wear price. (I'm married to a finance guy, so one must learn to think in these terms). And in addition to wearing them to run, do yoga, ride bikes, or really, do anything active.... They're so cute and comfy, its hard to reach for a pair of jeans to run errands when I can move so effortlessly in a pair of crops. This investment keeps me healthy, and alleviates those drama filled moments of having "nothing to wear" because half of my wardrobe (the non-lulu half) doesn't fit as it should.... There is nothing sweeter than knowing you'll fit into whatever is hanging in your closet. As shallow as it sounds, this is motivation enough to keep my body moving and my mind happy. It sure beats paying for therapy, doctor visits and ailment related medications! And as a side note - the staff here in Georgetown rocks too :) Come run on Thursday nights with run club!! read more

The female staff was great here- very helpful, professional, and pleasant- but the guy who checked me out at the counter was none of these things. Despite being polite with him, he managed to complete the transaction without making any eye contact at all, wearing a dead/blank expression, and even threw in a sarcastic remark. It appeared he just didn't want to be there and was focused on speeding through transactions robotically. I appreciate efficiency, and you don't have to go out of your way to be friendly, but at a minimum you can at least acknowledge that you're having an interaction with the person in front of you. read more

LULU LOVE =D This visit marks my fourth lulu shop (maybe I should start a lulu list on yelp!) and once again, I was not disappointed with my experience. Today, I had just finished (like literally, in the past 20 minutes) a 5k which took place over by the GWU campus, so I was in my running clothes, and the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and complimented on my running jacket. Next, as I browsed the racks (and stared longingly at the gym bags and manduka yoga mats) I came upon a magical section of the store - the clearance rack. There, angels sang and the sun shined right down on me as I located the hot pink running skirt that I had been scheming of purchasing; seriously, I had posted it online on my facebook page, thinking maybe some wealthy person might want to contribute to my physical fitness goals - but to no avail...but wait! Georgetown LULULEMON to the rescue! You not only had my size (I had read reviews to size up one) but you had the pink, AND it was marked down to $44! I tried it on - along with a few other pieces; just for good measure - and it was great. I practically leaped back to the front of the store, grabbed the pair of running gloves another educator had been sharing with me and paid, before I could give it a second thought - and another surprise awaited me there - the skirt was marked down even further - to $39! Sigh..it's an addiction. read more

I love Lululemon, in my limited wardrobe space in London, one out of the 5 drawers is reserved just for them. Yup that's how much I love them. Not obsessed (really). There's something about the flow of this store. The layout of this store that makes it more conducive to buying than the other locations. I walk in looking for 1 thing and walk out with a jacket and top and crop. Darn it but I love their fit, fabric and colors. Their sales people are good at what they do because they know the merchandise. They look like they live and breathe Lululemon. They asked, what activity was I going to do? They point out the features of the clothes that would help. Crops with waist string for running and crops without for yoga/pilates. The thing about a lot of their clothes is that it offers style and function. Like a slot for iphone/ipod. Sliver incorporated into the fabric to prevent funkiness. reflective strips for running. Gloves with Iphone tactile tips. I don't travel anywhere without my Lululemons. read more

What do you do when you find out that the temperature at marathon race start is almost 20F colder than what was forecasted when you packed? Answer: head to Lulu for the perfect excuse to get some cold weather gear! And get some gear, I did! My newest love is the capri running tights. Completely amazing. All the pockets and butt-hugging you want, none of the chaffing and discomfort that you don't. I love that such a last minute wardrobe glitch was so easily solved because of the confidence I have in my trusty Lulu gear. I know that anything I buy is going to support my sweating habit through thick and thin - even if there's not even time to wash prior to the maiden voyage. Worth every penny. Lulu, you saved my race. LIke I said before, LuluLemon is crazy expensive but it is high quality. I think a few good workout pieces from here will do the trick. I particularly like their tops - they are cute and have great support. Peole love the pants but at $120, I think I will stick to City Sports for Nike, Prana and Danskin versions, which are pretty comparable. This store is way bigger than the Logan Circle store and has better sale stuff too. They have free yoga classes on weekends and the staff is super friendly - although I think they are less friendly here than in Logan Circle. read more

lululemon is my newest addiction. i had my first lulu experience last weekend in DC. LULU, please come to Virginia Beach!!! (i know your stuff is sold at Hot House Yoga, but we want an actual lululemon store!!) lululemon has a variety of work out wear- mainly running, yoga, & then just regular gym wear. their pants are super cute & comfy. i'm a fan of the Groove Crop II style. (the gray ones w/ the purple stripe by the waist make my butt look even more fab than usual.) I didnt try on their long pants b/c i just prefer to work out in cropped pants, but they did have a huge selection of long pants as well. they also have a ton of cute (yet practical) tops & sports bras. i tested my new gym clothes at the gym over the past 2 days & found that they are just as comfortable as they are stylish. they're so cute that i actually looked forward to working out yesterday & today... now THAT i dont mind spending a small fortune on. that's actually why lulu got 4 stars instead of 5- they are too expensive. my cropped pants, for example, were $80 each... But am i gonna buy more? YESSSS! lastly, the people who work at lulu are ridiculously friendly. nothing worse than giving your money to a bunch of snobs. you wont find those type of people working at this lulu! FYI- Check their sizing guide. I was surprised that my usual size, 4, was a bit too snug. Then I looked at their web-site & saw that their sizing guide lists a 6 as a small. (4 is an XS) read more

Again, I was running the other day, and was doing some shopping along the way. Besides hitting Gtown Running Company for some shoes, I thought I would try to get something warmer to run in, considering it's like 26 degrees outside, I ran in to Lululemon and was excited to see actual running stuff for gals. A whole store for gals, yeah, and lots of yoga-wear, but running stuff! You never see stuff that's flattering and suitable for running. But they had it all. I found a great pair of pants with a fuzzy lining that were still wicking, reflective, and had drawstring bottoms so I could close them in the snow. They do free tailoring here, just in case my short legs needed it, but with the drawstring on the pants I didn't take advantage of the tailor. $98 is par for the course for good running clothes, but it still gets a star off for me. Probably cause I'm cheap, but I think there ought to be more affordable good stuff out there. read more

I work in Georgetown and live in workout gear, so naturally you'd think I would love going into the lululemon store. Um, not so much. While I'm not a huge fan of overwhelmingly, overbearing customer service, having been into the story about 8 or 10 times since moving to DC 2 years ago, I have only been greeted, never mind actually helped, maybe twice. LOVE their gear; and wouldn't complain about that on Yelp, but the staff at this location could use a little lesson in basic courtesy and human interaction. From now on, I'll buy online. I've been shopping here for a long time and this review has less to do with the store location than with the quality of the clothing. It has gone WAY DOWN. I used to not mind spending a lot on yoga gear because I practice 5-6 days a week, but now I am just hoping and praying someone else starts a yoga gear company that I can switch to. All of their brights fade after a few washes and bleed onto everything else when they're wet. If you do hot yoga and sweat a lot in them, the detergent you have to use to keep your clothes clean just fades and wears them out, despite the fact that the detergents are all specifically for workout gear and I NEVER put my lulus in the dryer, I hang them. Nevertheless, beaded fabric and faded out color in only a month. They changed the style of the wunder under to be awkwardly shorter (just below the knee) and too tight to pull down over an athletic calf if you wanted to, and lower on the hips which is totally obnoxious when you're doing forward bends. I'm a size 2 or 4, small and athletic, don't have a huge butt or anything so I shouldn't have to really struggle with the fit. The new power y is also made of thinner (and thus see-through) material, and is long and loose. SO now my size 4 tops fit my breast area but flop over my head in headstands and bends of any kind because I am too thin for the bottom of the shirt. I have no idea who they are making these clothes for anymore but I am so disappointed. The quality has taken a nose dive and it's no longer even close to being worth the money. I've bought my last pair of lulus I think. read more

This review is for the free yoga classes that lulu offers on Sundays at 12 noon -- though perhaps I shouldn't even be writing this, because so many others have caught on to the marvelous gem/not-even-really-secret-but-clearly-January-resolutions-of-doing-more-yoga-are-the-GU-thing-this-year... But in the spirit of spreading the yogi love, this class is great. Lulu has free mats that you can use, so you don't have to worry if you don't have your own. The flow is not for beginners exclusively but the instructor offers modifications that makes it very accessible. There is no coercion to buy the clothes, although heads up -- I have basically just stopped bringing my wallet to class because the clothes are really quite superlative and adorable, and it is tempting. There is also a free class on Wednesdays, usually at noon. Namaste! read more

I absolutely love this brand and was excited to see that the store moved to a new location in Georgetown. The store has two floors carrying clothing for both men and women. My friend and I were greeted several times by the store staff, and that was a good indication that they paid attention to the customers. However, one of the store associates asked my friend and I in a blunt manner if we were from the area? I am not sure what that was supposed to mean, but I thought that was pretty rude. Umm...do you think we look lost in the store or something? Perhaps it could have been a common question that she asked the customers, but one can take offense to it. The sales section was literally just one short rack of clothing. That was a little disappointing considering that it was a bigger store. I also noticed that some of the sale items were marked higher than the price for it online. Overall, they do have a lot of inventory to shop from. read more

I didn't intend on stopping in but stumbled upon the store while moseying around the neighborhood so of course the budding yogini I am I had to check out the premises. I saw and picked up a few things that I hadn't seen in my local store. Good overall experience from beginning to end. Smiley, helpful, and knowledgeable staff; inviting displays well-stocked w things in my size; and heaps of local yoga-esque info. Check your price tags and be careful with the "we made too much" (sale) section. All sales are final at lululemon. Months ago, I purchased a lululemon jacket on sale for $80 at the Georgetown location. Later that evening, I discovered the same jacket was priced at $70 online. And 36 hours later, I found the same jacket was $49 at the Logan Circle store. (Did I mention that it was tax-free weekend in the suburbs??) Given the $30 price difference (and the 60% markup), I contacted lululemon corporate online/call center about the situation. They gave me a $10 store credit (not refund) toward a future purchase. I didn't feel 100% satisfied, so I called lululemon Georgetown and the manager refunded $30 back to my credit card. I still love my jacket and get compliments...but the entire experience has made me reconsider future purchases at lululemon in general. From now on, I'm sticking to other athleisure brands which honor reasonable customer service polices and consistent sale prices. P.S. If you're still shopping the lululemon final sales rack, then Georgetown has more inventory but remember that every lululemon store manager -- including the online store -- sets their own final-sale prices. If you have time, do some price comparison shopping between different stores in your area. Heck, try a completely different CITY. I often wonder how much my jacket costs in middle-of-nowhere lululemon versus lululemon in DC. read more

Its no secret to anyone that knows me - I am a TOTAL lemon head. I actually made it a point to go to the shops on M Street to go to this shop and check it out - I mean, someone posted that this store was as large as the Canadian stores, so I HAD to check it out! No joke - they've got a great showroom of lulu gear, and a great studio up on the 2nd floor. The sales associates there are really helpful, very knowledgeable about the in store and upcoming products, and are super enthusiastic and friendly. The shop has a great selection, and has just about everything you'd find on the website. The men's section is also pretty beefy, and they've got all the cool bags and mats, and accessories! If you are a lululemon buff, this is a must on your Georgetown shopping list! read more

True confession: Huge Lulu fan. Always have been. Always will be. This is one of the larger Lulu's I've visited, aside from the Canadian ones. What's really great about this store is that, at the top of some stairs at the back, is a wonderfully cute yoga studio. I wandered to the back to browse the collection, and went upstairs where someone was in the middle of a yoga session. Cue that sound they use in the movies when someone has a heavenly revelation. Of course, this particular store is in Georgetown, which seems like a giant extension of the world of preppies and J. Crew. So if you're willing to wander out here, you best bring your best pastel, khaki-colored everything, naval stripes, and Uggs. read more

The quality, style, and fit of the clothes are awesome (their clothes are preshrunk so the fit is right the very first time). The price is not so awesome. They also do not have a sales rack, so most everything here is full price. They do offer free hemming though, which is a definite plus (they'll have the clothes back to you within 3 business days). I just got my paycheck today and decided to splurge on some winter running gear, as I'm training for a half marathon, among other things. I had a great shopping experience here. I'd say most of their clothes are dedicated to yoga wear, but they do have some great running apparel as well. I'd recommend any of their running tights, which are both stylish and functional, and I love the fact that some of them have color contrast waistbands. I love a pop of bright color in the dreary wintertime :) I also really liked their Cross My Heart Bra: it's very comfortable and would work great for both running and yoga. The Wunder Under Crop is something that I see as universally flattering and very versatile: you could easily wear it out, to the gym, or just lounging. Customer service ranges from too in your face to just right, it just depends on who you get. The girl who helped me today, Carrie, was awesome and helped me determine the right size. Be aware that unlike other companies after 30 days you cannot even exchange for another item or get store credit. Even if the item is new in the bag and you have been unable to go because of Covid. Absolutely shameful policy. Will never be buying from them again. read more

I stopped in here after strolling around the neighborhood searching unsuccessfully for a massage appointment. People at several massage centers were impatient when I asked if there were any last-minute, same day openings. But Lululemon had bulletin boards featuring yoga, massage, and related classes, business flyers and business cards from all around D.C. Several people working here approached me and gave their recommendations for other businesses. I was impressed at how friendly and helpful they were, especially because I was clearly not coming in to buy their goods. Knowing how they treated me, however, I would return here for gear before considering places where the staff was short with me. read more

my wife and I were visiting doc from Seattle a few months ago and we went into this store to shop for her. In browsing the men's section, I found some workout items that I liked and bought two shirts and two pairs of sweat pants. I was passed around during the visit and most of the employees seemed fairly disinterested, but the experience was ok. It was after the sale that the problems mounted: 1. The 1st issue was a minor inconvenience. They failed to remove the security tag which I learned much later when using my new sweat pants for a workout. 2. The 2nd is ongoing. They other pair of sweats were a bit long and I was told that it would be no problem for them to have them hemmed and overnighted to me. It's been over two months and nothing. My wife called a few weeks ago and they could not even find the purchase or any record of shipping. After pressing them, hey did acknowledge that we made the purchase and they were to be sent to us. This was over a week ago and still no resolution in sight. My advice is to have any alterations done on your own from this business read more

I went in today with no intention of really buying anything other than leggings but Elain went above an beyond giving us options and going into detail of the different materials that lululemon offers. She also kept checking on us in the fitting room and making sure that everything was ok! 5 stars for her and Kelly as well who also was very helpful and patient. The employee who checked us out was friendly as well! Great overall experience. Me and my sister ended up buying 6 items instead of 2 lol. Highly recommended read more
