(UNFRIENDLY & RUDE WORKERS) I received email , Arc'teryx DC was having a WATERPROOFING event. So I came to the store with one jacket ...and ready to spend money. I have never been so RUDELY treated in my life. I stood in front of the counter, 4 employees made eye contact but ignoring me. (5 minutes later) SALES PERSON asked "Are you here for waterproofing" I answered "yes" .... She handed me an iPad to type in my own information...(RUDE) STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVE A GREETING from anyone....Nothing worse than SALES SNOBS. After finishing entering my own information on the iPad. I was looking for new ski pants and pants for the season. So I looked around. (No one offer service) I came back to the counter. Ask a gentleman about a particular size. His short answer was "we don't have that size" ARCTERYX (Corporate) IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS? So I continue to browse, I noticed a employee approach a Caucasian next to me and offered him service.... totally ignoring me. Must've been because I was Asian. ARCTERYX (Corporate) YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER THEN THIS! (CLEAN HOUSE)... your business will be much better. I've been to the Vancouver store... 100% better. Check out Arcteryxdc Instagram feed. I've posted new stuff I ordered online. And not at Arc'teryx DC.

This store is legit! Want the best of the best search no more. Want a manager who takes care of you when she's not even working that day? Check Want a staff that knows their gear? Check Want someone to help you over the phone and calls you back the next day to take care of you some more? Check Want a store that has a huge selection of the greatest gear? Check Want a store that has demos to show you how awesome their gear is and how to maintain your gear? Check They even washed and treated my gear for me. What else can I say? Stop wasting your time with other stores. Let Vanessa take care of you like she did for me. Thank you so much Arc'teryx for life!

No service at all, the worst shopping experience ever. Clerks are all chatting, nobody paid any attention to you, even when you purchase.

Not a huge selection, but this place sells good stuff for cold weather and hiking. The shoes are very lightweight.

Visit to the first Arcteryx store in USA. The product are great but expensive. I prefer to buy online when there is discount and sales.

I need to report an extremely disturbing experience at a Nordstrom Rack store during a recent visit…read morewith my husband. We were shopping for outfits for our son's graduation, which should have been a positive and memorable occasion. Instead, I was subjected to unprofessional, confrontational, and ultimately abusive behavior by a fitting room associate. Upon approaching the fitting room, I followed the associate's directions regarding where to place my cart, although her instructions were inconsistent and unclear. Inside the dressing room, I found a shirt that had been left behind by a previous customer. After trying on approximately seven items, I returned them to hangers and exited the fitting room. At that point, the associate demanded that I remove and hang the shirt that I had not brought into the dressing room. I explained that it was not mine. She became visibly frustrated, entered the room herself, and then shifted her focus to insisting that I return all of my items to the exact locations on the sales floor where I had found them. I placed the clothing neatly on the rack provided near the fitting room, which is standard practice in most retail stores. I declined to return the items to the sales floor, as that is typically handled by store staff to ensure proper organization. The situation escalated significantly when the associate followed me out of the fitting area and toward the front of the store, continuing to confront me. She then called me a "horrible human being" and used an additional demeaning term toward me. Racially motivated ! Being followed and verbally insulted while exiting the store was both shocking and unacceptable. I think she forgot what her job actually was and that was too curate the clothing, and to rehang them up she had the nerve to continue following me and would have exited the store to follow me. Had someone else stopped her I am a 50-year-old customer who has shopped in retail stores my entire life, and I have never experienced anything remotely like this. This interaction was not only unprofessional but crossed the line into harassment. this incident be investigated thoroughly. No customer should be treated in this manner under any circumstances. I would also appreciate a response outlining what steps will be taken to address this situation and ensure it does not happen to others. Huge thumbs down to this store and this horrible little twit

This was a Lion and Tigers and Bears OH MY situation! It's quite crowded in here. Not cluttered but crowded. They have soooo much stuff and it's all in order. This place could be 2-3 floors easy!! I saw all of my fav brands at great prices. They have a huge selection of high-end wear for a great price. They have a huge selection of summer, spring and winter wear. The cosmetics and body care... chef's kiss!! They have everything in every color/ scent/ size!! Cool accessories, luggage galore, etc. I did not take a gander at the shoes as I had a show nearby to attend. I bought 2 gorge blouses and a short sleeve loose fitting denim blue top. I will revisit very soon for some more shopping greatness.

The edit is solid -- everything from Hermes (yes, I spotted a pair of immaculate riding boots, sadly not my size) to The Row, Prada, Chanel... even some more accessible gems from brands like Mansur Gavriel. I lucked out and found a pair of Prada Monolith loafers that are still available in-store at full price -- except mine were half the cost and looked like they'd maybe been worn once. Maybe. Such a good score, plus I got to support a small business, which always feels better than buying direct from some corporate mega-retailer. And shout out to Julia, who works there -- she was fantastic. Super helpful, super knowledgeable, and when the right shoe went missing (yes, really), she helped me tear the place apart to find it. I had almost given up, but then I spotted a Prada box... and there it was. Victory. All in all: great range, well-curated, and the kind of place where you just might walk out with a designer piece you didn't even know you needed. Definitely one to add to your DC shopping circuit.

Not only was the staff lovely and welcoming - the glass of wine offered was such a nice touch - they were incredibly helpful as well in finding me a gorgeous red Armani dress at a fantastic price. It only gets better! One of the employees (Krista) noticed that there was a small fix that needed to be done on the shoulder. Before I could even blink she had a seamstress in from a local shop, who came and got the dress to repair on their dime. I honestly didn't notice the issue until Krista pointed it out, she's got an eagle eye. Krista was amazing at coordinating the dress pickup a few days later. I couldn't get out of calls from work so she got the dress delivered to me! I cannot get over how amazing they are, and will ALWAYS recommend Ella Rue. Consider me a customer for life!
