Don't ever use PayPal to pay for Lululemon online purchases--returns and exchanges become nearly impossible. Lululemon seems to have an unspoken policy about this, which they don't disclose upfront. I only found out when I tried to exchange two full-price items in-store and was told it couldn't be done because I used PayPal. So upsetting. read more

I have been buying my teen lululemon for years. Invested thousands in the brand for her. She is now turning 16. A teenage girl conscious about her weight and body image. She is a size 2-4 in lululemon. EVERY time we come to this EATON location we are greeted by this 50 year old blond woman who is extremely unprofessional. My daughter was looking for pants and she very rudely told a teenage girl..YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT A SIZE 2 YOU NEED TO SIZE UP. There are many polite ways you can suggest perhaps trying on a few other sizes. How is this woman working there and talking like that to you girls who are already cautious of their body image. We are not going to this location anymore bc of this older woman. Every other location with younger girls working have ALL been amazing and sweet. Unbelievable that she treats young girls this way. Also other moms have mentioned her to me without myself brining it up. Unfortunately this location is going to see a hit in sales due to this one woman. read more

I love lululemon and have been a customer of theirs for about 11 years. That being said, I hate coming in to the Eaton lululemon store because my experiences have not been great. One sales woman in particular- an older lady with blond/light brown hair- has been AWFUL. She is unfriendly has a sour look on her face, and literally has conversations with other people when she rings me out because she refuses to acknowledge me. I have spent hundreds of dollars at a time at this store. I came in once with a return for pants that I realized would not work out for a trip I was taking. I had all tags on, had the receipt, bought them less than a week before, AND I never wore them. I said this to her, while she proceeded to snatch my receipt, give me no eye contact and the most ice cold attitude...I don't deserve that. I'm literally there to give these people business. I have chosen to just shop online. I can't stand to go in if I know she's there. Yes, that's exactly how awful it is. Two stars for the fact I do love the product, but this store needs to consider teaching their employees how to treat customers. read more

Well my daughter was so exited. I traveled 2500 miles to visit for her birthday. We scoped out the nearest store as she wanted Lululemon headbands. Specifically white. I had no idea that was tough request. A store that size charging that much could at least have white. But no, we left empty handed. really sad. read more

I have never been so disappointed in a store/staff. I have been a continuous lulu customer for 5-6 years now. I have spent thousands of dollars and know well the protocol for washing and what is defined as normal wear and tear on gear. However, today (after calling cust service for guidance) i walked in to see what could be done about a pair of pants less than 1 year old, that i clean carefully and dry correctly. i was greeted by an incredibly unfriendly older blonde woman, maybe 40s, who interrogated me about everything after i explained all of my procautions to the pants. She argued with me for a while then blamed the pilling on my legs on my purse rubbing against it? Nevertheless, I was given new leggings, but not before she cut the tag off of them before asking if i wanted a bag, and since my purse was full and i had more errands, i responded "yes please" and she rolled her eyes and reluctantly handed me the bag. I am not one to complain about anyone because i know people have bad days- but this vile human being absolutely ruined my day and i will never ever return to lululemon in Chagrin. My business will be given to the one at Crocker Park, as i advise you all to follow. read more

I contacted the corporate support team and they had me send pictures and after multiple emails they told me it was normal wear. I am a Lululemon addict and love this store! The staff is friendly and helpful, while not being pushy. I never feel judged or intimidated walking in, which I have felt at other stores. The customer service is top notch! I had a pair of leggings that started falling apart after wear. The staff instantly gave me options on how to fix the situation. They offered to fix them or replace them with a different color for free. I opted to get them replaced and couldn't be happier. The updated store is also beautiful and has more options in comparison to other Lululemon's in the area. You should for sure check them out! read more

I bought the align leggings in store. I got home and realized that the seam was coming undone in two places and there were several noticeable snags in the fabric. They were unworn, and tags were cut off in excitement but still in the bag with the item. I went to exchange them for a less damaged pair and they kept telling me that I was "wearing them wrong". I told them several times that they were unworn but they kept going on and on like they were completely ignoring me. They then suggested that the seam was coming undone because I was stretching them out!!! Literally implying that they were too small for me in an extremely rude, unprofessional way. They did not let me return them! For unworn $98 leggings you would expect better quality and better customer service. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never recommend this location. read more

Used to have this store rated at 5 stars but the last experience left me with a bitter aftertaste. I was making an online return but first was browsing. When I asked this lady (she's the half black employee, don't remember the name) for an item, they said they didn't have it in stock without even looking. I asked about a phone order and she said "yeah YOU can do that. Just call them yourself..." and walked away to help another customer. Turns out this they had THREE of that item and in my size and color in stock!! Now comes the icing on the cake, when I go to make the return (with a different rep mind you) all is going well when all of a sudden she comes by and says "he doesn't have the packing slip, we can't take this back." Their return policies state nothing about that and just require a proof of purchase (which I had already printed out). I called 1-800 number and they apologize for the experience and do the return over the phone no questions asked (they even let me keep the shorts). Very disappointed at the customer service I recieved that day... it's been a couple days since and it still stands out in my mind. When you're paying $68 for gym shorts, $88 for polos and $128 for sweatpants, I'd expect to have a bit better of an experience. read more

I Absolutely loved the staff! I went in today to exchange a shirt while also living in a completely different state. They were more than accommodating especially being such young girls as myself. I would visit the store over and over due to the fact that these teenagers were incredibly nice !!! However, there was an older staff member that wasn't as accommodating but I didn't let that change my shopping experience. This newly remodeled location has some great finds that other Lulu stores don't have. I've also gotten great customer service every time I've gone in here. Today I came in about a pair of my "in movement" leggings that were less than a month old that got a hole in them and one of the employees, Alyssa, helped me right away and let me replace them for a new pair. Terrible customer experience. I was appalled at the lack of respect I received upon entering the store and inquiring on a simple emailed discount. The employee literally laughed at me when I asked- infront of other people. Lululemon's clothes are great quality which is why I'm giving the store 3 stars. I think the crop pants are worth every penny for long distance running, and I love my enlite bra and other bras i have bought over the years. I have several pairs of shorts that are comfortable and very well designed. However I am not a fan of this location and suggest shopping online (free shipping and returns!) Or visiting Crocker park instead. I have visited this store several times as i used to work on the east side and the staff is not helpful and can be downright rude. I've had several of the girls at the west side store help me pick out clothes but the east side staff doesn't show as much interest. The last time I went in I had a reward from strava and a postcard from a recent event I attended that said I could bring it in for special deals. I asked about both and the strava award was a free shirt and the postcard got me 25% off two or more running items. I was pressed for time as I wanted to make it to a yoga class but wanted to take advantage of the deal. I told the lady that I would get my strava shirt today and come back Thursday for more shopping. I went into the dressing room to try the shirt on and she was not quiet about telling another worker right outside my door that I claimed I had a class to go to and I wouldn't actually be back. I mean, come on if you're going to talk smack about a customer don't do it while she can hear You! I had every intention of coming back as 25% off was a great deal, but I never went back to the store after that. Maybe it was just one employee having a bad day, but overall I feel like the people at this store are uppity and the west side folks are so much nicer and helpful. read more

The staff here are super annoying. They will follow you around and bother you the entire time you're in the store. They make ridiculous small talk - can't a girl shop in peace?! Especially at a place where you drop $60 for a yoga tank. Personally I like some of the lulu tops and pants - I had an issue with one pair of pants - the infamous see through version. Yikes! Their customer service via phone helped with the return and I ordered a different pant. Bonus - they offer free hemming in store. I'd rather order online though and avoid the sales people. read more

Friendly employees. They were knowledgeable about the design of the different products and the differences among them. The cashier had great attention to detail and notified me (even tho the tag already said it on certain items) which items were final sale asking me if that was okay. Their bags that you get when you buy something are great quality and the large ones can be used as reusable grocery bags. Clean well organised store. Yoga is not just for people with discretionary income to blow on yoga ware! really a pair of yoga pants for $99. teens can not afford this nor can families. really need to work on bringing down the costs because I can go to Boombha and buy the same pants for half the cost. And not all yoga people are small chested! All bras are too small for anything over a C cup. net to The Yoga Journal and found lots of new lines that cater more to the norm. This time Purchased $250 worth of clothes asked if I could return pants I purchased a while back and never wore , the way he answered to me as if I was trying to do something shady. When is someone in this company going to read all these reviews and do something about the gang of bullies that work at this Chagrin luluemon location. Two of us went there to EXCHANGE, not even return, two Christmas gifts. First thing, as we walk in the store the sales woman everyone complains about is behind the counter, sees us coming in with a bag, and leaves the register. We stand there for a while until she realizes she HAS to help us. After she can't seem to help me, I decide to be nice and have her help the others waiting in line and I will just look around. I find a pair of yoga pants, try them on for 30 seconds. I ask #2 sales monster if they have another pair in the same size because these are all wrinkled, dusty and stretched out and folded in the waist. Obviously worn and retuned. Monster said "Oh all that is probably from you". What? Nice! Went back to the counter to reluctantly make my exchange. Unpleasant rude sales person #3 told my daughter that the tag can't be ripped off while she was trying to made the exchange, the tag was still on the pants, we had a gift receipt and the email receipt. I pointed out that the tag was still on and I didn't even try them on or "fug them up". Snarky reply was the bar code was ripped and next time don't do that just black out the price. None of these sales robots looked at us, said hello, said sorry, thank you, or good bye...well good bye to all you and the tons of dollars we spend there. BTW I was trained in customer service by two of the biggest and best in retail. I know what I am talking about and they should all go away and be trained or be let go. I thought the sales person was very condescending. I asked the valid question "are the sale items returnable" and she said no and then proceeded to tell me in a very snippy/rude voice the "full price items" could be returned. Duh! Of course full price items are returnable. I was going to buy a lot there, but I left instead. Went next door to another shop with really nice sales people. Spent a bunch of money and felt like going back to LuLu and doing the "Julia Roberts" hold up the bags to the b%*^%--- in Pretty Woman. Btw I'm a middle age housewife, dressed nice and was polite. Sure having a small conversation may seem like a ridiculous time wasting concept these days, but I didn't mind talking to my sales rep and enjoying my time in the store. On the other hand, if you're here to run in, pick up and pay in two minutes, you shouldn't have a problem. Nice but overpriced clothing with a poor exchange policy. I was given a hat as a gift, it was clearly too large for me and not worn. The hat still had the tags on it and was purchased less than 2 weeks ago. Their excuse for not allowing an exchange was for cleanliness purposes but if they are concerned about cleanliness they would not allow patrons to bring dogs into the store. I also feel the staff can be a bit pushy when it comes to sales, do not be so pushy when you have such a strict exchange policy. read more

Ive been to lululemon quite a few times in different states etc. To be honest I usually only go when my handy dandy yoga tanks bite the dust. The prices are a bit high; however, I often remind myself that the quality of material lasts through significant wear over a significant period. So I went in for the tanks and ended up seeing teal shorts and other such things. The staff was super friendly and got me started with a fitting room. They gave me enough room to breath so I could browse in peace. Once in the fitting room, the fitting room attendant checked on me... but not too much. I know in other stores it seems like every 2 minutes you hear " Hey *insert name*, hows everything going in there" in a super perky slightly grating voice. This time it was more laid back and I could actually make up my mind on purchases. When I came back out I was still between the teal shorts and trusty black. One of the staff came over and lets just say she helped me choose teal (it was a great choice). Good experience but my wallet definitely left crying ha ha read more

This store only receives 1 star from me because of the lack of respect I receive when I go into this store. The customer service is so poor it's ridiculous. The employees barely speak to me when I walk in and I am not sure if it is because I am a black woman or not (because they tend to cater to a certain population) but there is no reason to be rude to a customer who is spending their hard earned money in this store and I have done so for years. I have complained on this particular store multiple times because of the terrible customer service I have received when shopping. Therefore, I will not shop here anymore and I will not buy from this company again. You cannot pick your customers and who likes your clothes. Period. read more
