They have awesome daily sales too! Today the door buster I got was buy 1 get 2 free of assorted shirts and pants for my toddler. On top of that, their rewards program can save you even more. After an oddly brief looked through of my items, they claimed that my items were "outdated" and unsellable?? I'm pretty sure 6 months isn't outdated? Plus isn't this a thrift store? It was condescending and an unnecessary thing to say to anyone. even if my clothes had been older than they were. Honesty hire better staff and outline a better procedure for what sellers should expect. But I highly doubt that will happen with this place. We came in here for no particular reason since neither of us has children, just to browse - maybe for our nieces and nephews as part of the massive 4 hour walking tour that we did at the Beachwood Mall. This place has cute clothing for children. In some cases, probably too cute, since I don't think any school dress codes allow girls to have their shoulders on display. Ridiculous. The dress codes, not the outfits here. Their clothes are moderately priced. I can find stuff for the nephew here easily.

I don't know if I'm alone on this, but it was overwhelming. I prefer to see racks of like items, maybe different colors, but there was very little of that here. The majority was racks and racks of clothes, different styles and sizes all together. While I know a lot of people like to find a deal at and enjoy the hunt, that's not me when it comes to digging and digging through racks of differing styles. I didn't really pay much attention to the prices, as I didn't see anything that interested me, but I imagine they're decent like their sister stores across the country.

It is a pretty standard new style overly fancy shopping centre located in the Cleveland Ohio area. It's expensive and it's fancy (did I mention fancy) and it's outdoor (and fancy) which isn't always a good thing in this region, especially during winter months. It's one of these outdoor (did I mention it's outdoor) shopping villages (and fancy) with all the high end stores, but it's still cool to have it here, and it provides a nice shopping experience for people in Cleveland that are sick of indoor malls.

As soon as we ventured to the suit area I walked up to Chris for assistance. He immediately gave us the suit jacket size and gave us the run down on suits. Basically no suit is the same and each has it's on personality ( fit,style, cut). Chris was attentive and patient. Once the suit was chosen we were sent to go try it on and get measured for alterations. The alterations lady was able to accommodate with a quick turn around time for a very small fee. Once he was all fitted we had to tackle the shirt/tie situation. Chris had a shirt and tie laid out for us. The service we received at this location was excellent and I would recommend this store to anyone.
