It's amazing what you see when you get into a big city. During our foray through the Galleria we found this Lululemon Store. It was open and airy and there was plenty of stock. Don't let you're wives or girlfriends fool you - there's both men's & women's clothing. There was a much larger selection of men's things than we had seen in the past. Plus most styles, sizes and colors were in stock. So we stocked up & found some significant savings on the close out rack. We made need bigger suitcases for the trip home. read more

I've found my new obsession.. Yoga gear! Not just any kind of yoga gear.. Lululemon yoga gear. I've been cruising this store for a while and finally decided to buy a pair of their Kung Fu pants. WOW! I have never worn something so freakin' comfy that is suitable for gym use. The materials and fabric used in their clothing is very high end, hence the price tag. You get what you pay for, that's for sure! GOOD STUFF! Anytime I walk into this store, I am instantly greeted by one of their friendly employees. Everyone is super friendly and attentive. If you want to try something on, they personalize the experience by adding your same to the dressing room you will be using. If you can't find a size in store, they can easily order one right from their handheld Apple product. The pants I bought were a bit too big, usually if something is too big I immediately just leave it and look elsewhere but Lululemon provides tailoring services that are complimentary to your purchase. I thought that was freakin' awesome. They invited me back to try out their complimentary Yoga services, I'm pretty sure they said these are on Saturdays. read more

Absolutely the nicest group of employees i've ever met. The store was surprisingly size inclusive, and it was wonderful being able to share my fitness/body journey with some of the women. I understand that each store can make their own decisions regarding how to operate during COVID, but when I found out I had to wait 40 minutes in a virtual waiting line to get in the store, I was a little annoyed. That meant I couldn't really shop in other stores within the Galleria because I had to stay nearby. When I got into the store, I understood why. It is SO cramped! I cannot imagine how it would feel with tons of people. I could barely see the merchandise because I felt like everything was caving in on me. It was overwhelming. I went in planning to buy much more than I ended up getting because it was just too stressful to sort through everything. Saul helped me out though and he was FANTASTIC! Customer service at the location was great. Clothing in general has declined in quality and now vanity sizing... I was mailed a piece of clothing that was altered from the store and the security tag was still on it. I was offered nothing in terms of the ass pain to drive over an hour to have the tag removed. Yeah, Yeah Yeah, who spends $100 on yoga pants, or $60 on a top. Why would someone do that? Well, I'll tell you why. The pants will last you forever, if you wash them correctly and take care of them. I've had a couple of pairs for years now, and I can easily get lots more use out of them. Some of the tanks and tops same story. The clothes fit your body, and make your booty look sick. No joke. This location always has super friendly employees and helpful. They always ask what kind of work out you are doing, and make suggestions based on that, which is very helpful. You don't want to buy an open backed tank top for spin class, trust me on that. Every single guy I have turned on to Lulu, they are immediately smitten. They also offer free yoga classes on the regular, and offer free tailoring. If you have the extra cash, do yourself a favor and grab a pair of wonderunders. read more

Obsession is an understatement. The clothes here will change your life. Lululemon just opened up their their 3rd store in the greater Houston area in the almighty of malls, the Houston Galleria. This is bad news for my pocketbook. The new store is not quite as large as the the Highland Village store, but still very large in comparison to other lululemon stores I've visited around the country. They have a great selection, plenty of space, beautifully organized shelves and racks, and very friendly sales staff. Seriously though, I can't speak enough about their clothes and how amazing it is. Everyone complains that it's expensive, but this is the Mercedes Benz of yoga and athletic apparel. This stuff is built to last (guaranteed for 5 years!) and made up extremely high quality. It's also extremely flattering and defines your body to make you look good in all the right places. As a fitness instructor who works out 6 days a week, I can attest that even after wearing the stuff week after week and washing it constantly, it's still looking and feeling great! My newest obsession..and probably not a good one for the bank account! I just made my first lululemon purchase at the Woodlands Market Street location yesterday and today I already found myself at the Galleria location buying three more tanks. The Galleria store is bigger than the Market Street location and had lots of colors in a variety of sizes, which is why I drove all the way here to get the tanks. Another perk is they are the only location in Houston that opens until 9 PM! Other stores close at 7 PM on weekdays =( Park in the Green lot (near the new Macy's) and take the escalators to the second floor and it's at the corner. I was greeted by friendly staff members and everyone was so bubbly and helpful just like the employees at the Market Street location. It's always comforting to experience excellent customer service! =) Everything is super organized here...by color, style, size. It makes shopping for what you need really simple and less of a headache. Prices are a little steep, but the quality makes up for it and everything is so flattering on. Went into lululemon for my first set of their running attire. I've been envious of ladies in lululemon for ages and have finally slimmed down enough to become "one of us... one of us" in the cult. The staff is amazing at this shop!!! I was walked through, educated on the different qualities of their workout clothing (laced with silver for anti-stink?! Ok!), taught about proper washing and care, etc. I'm so excited to take my new, cute gear back to London town and get running in style! I love Lululemon! Oh yeah they are pricey, but love their style, material & service. I own 3 of their tanks and just bought a crop pants. Whenever I enter this store, someone always greets me. There are a good number of employees here, but i dont feel like im being watched or anything (not like in some stores you feel uncomfortable just browsing) They are all very friendly and always ask me if I need any help and things like that. Today, I was determined to try their bottoms. Someone there was very thorough in explaining their crops. Which ones are recommended for running, yoga, gym and stuff. I bought a shirt for 20% off during a sale and went to exchange it for the exact same shirt but different color (since the original shirt was a bit see through). However, the manager said I would have to pay the regular price if I want to exchange since the sale is now over. This definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. I was one of those people, I would see the lululemon brand on peoples clothes and scoff do you really need that? {the answer is yes} I was having a really bad day in the Galleria and went in to look, and they were so nice and friendly, warm and inviting. So I tried it, and hot damn if it didn't look better than any other work out clothes I own. The girl put me in a bunch of clothes, some of which I loved some I didn't. When I said I didn't like it they didn't try to force it one me! So i came back about 6 weeks later to see if this was just a one time thing. Nope. So nice and helpful. I can say the clothes have held up nicely to washing and air drying. Very pleased. I also got a rash guard for a beach trip to keep the sun off. Now if they only made clothes for work! read more

This is our favorite store. The men's selection is larger than the other locations and the sales associates are high energy and super positive. I've had great interactions with them about the products as well as what activities we both enjoy while my husband was trying on clothes. They're also super helpful in locating merchandise. I had seen a scarf at this location, went back days later, and they searched the store to make sure they didn't have any more. They found one that someone had placed on hold but never picked up. When I was worried about the colors bleeding, they said if I had that issue, bring the scarf back in and they'd take it back. Lululemon has definitely stepped up their game in the quality control department. The staff and store are both awesome. read more

The customer service is non existent here. I went in looking around, this is my first time buying athletic gear. I start my new program tomorrow, and thought I would go in to try clothes I saw online. I could not tell who worked there or not, everyone had on workout clothes. So, I am guessing the people standing in the middle of the store, talking to each other were the employees. I walked around the store looking clueless, and still not one person asked if I needed help. Walked right over across the way, and was helped by Lily. It's a pricey store, but you get what you pay for. Their clothing uses great materials and looks great on! They have some sale items in a rack in the back, so that is always worthwhile to check out. The manager gave us so much trouble on Dec 10. If it seemed like I had attitude I didn't mean to, he was just so rude when we were trying to use an athlete discount. Said he couldn't do it because my boyfriend shouldn't be eligible for the discount even though his athlete account got approved an everything from lululemon. So how is he going to deny us the discount that my boyfriend has been approved for? I don't know. I don't know why it was so difficult. I don't wish anything bad upon him i'm just so upset how he thinks he had the power to not let us have a small discount when we spend so much money at lulu stores. Like come on it's a corporation you work for, you're not losing you're life and it's not even affecting you! Either way the worst thing was that we had proof of the approval for a discount and he said that he physically couldn't put in the discount if it wasn't linked to the right phone number which it accidentally wasn't, but I've worked in retail for years and I know how cashiers work. So i just left frustrated and I didn't feel like arguing anymore because now he was just straight up lying so I didn't want to deal with his bullshit anymore. Lesson learned: don't ever try and use a discount even if you're eligible for it at the lulu store in Galleria. read more

I love this location. They are located near lucky brand, urban outfitters. Much better experience than at the City Centre location. They helped me find some workout/lounging clothes that are just so super comfy!!!! Even for a more curvy shorter woman. They have free hemming. I highly suggest you check them out.
