I love Lululemon and am constantly buying clothes from them. However, this location is my least favorite. The service here is terrible and the staff is actually quite rude. They refused to help my daughter find what she needed as they didn't view her as a legitimate or "worth while" customer, which is just not right. It seems as if the staff thinks they are better than the people shopping in the store, which is not the vibe I get in any other Lululemon store. read more

I recently purchased my first pair of Men's Lululemon underwear. I slid them on, and had an out of body experience. Lulu then sent me an email askin if I could write a review for the "Game On" boxer brief. I usually respond with a swift click of the trash can button to such requests, but these bad boys right here, I needed to serve them justice. So here u go lululemon..... The Loins Of Hercules I purchased these with great hesitation. You see I am a MAN, with a mustache that would make Tom Selleck blush, and a beard that could clear a forest with no axe. You see I am from TEXAS and when a man says "Lulu" out loud, well ud better be looking at the appetizers on the menu at ur local Chinese dive joint. The only place for a man at a Lulu store is OUTSIDE possibly harvesting dinner while his significant other gouges the joint checking account w no remorse, just for some athleisure. You see I played soccer and rugby my whole life so my thighs have names like "heart breaker" and "heat log" and whenever I fathom to workout in a pair of boxer briefs, they blowout quicker than a bad bowel movement post late night taqueria when u thought the "al pastor" smelled delicious and u "just had to!" Next thing u know my lovely jublies have now been exposed to world like sweet porcelain fruit, so smooth to the look n touch just please don't eat. So I decided to sack up, literally, and devised a plan to sneak into one of your organic fortresses and purchase the so called "holy grail of loins". After all of the diff scenarios I ran thru my head that $25 can accomplish, such as a quarter tank of gas, or a large water and half a kit kat at the movies, I committed to the Lulu. I dressed in all black, put my hoodie on, and faced down at nothing but the concrete, I slipped into ur store on melrose unnoticed to one of your auctioneers. I picked up the only thing that had my motto on it which was GAME ON and I made my way to the counter for payment, but not before I roundhouse kicked a mannequin, that's for u Uncle Norris! I slowly slid the equipment to the yoga pant bearing cashier, her aura was bright as all hell, you could tell her shakras were def aligned, she looked like she dates the real Trader Joe, then she decided to yell "ALRIGHT, WE GOT SOME NEEEWWW UNDERWEAR WILL THAT BE ALL FOR YOU!??" Well their went my cover!!! Thanks Cheryl. Once I realized your establishment didn't except beaver pelts as currency, I quickly whipped out my non joint debit card and took care of the transaction. Again Cheryl yelled THANK YOUUUUU and as she reached for one of those to go burlap sacs that bear the scripture of a barista who writes her goals on her mirror every morning in permanent marker, I stopped and said, I've brought my own bag Madame. There was no way I was walking in public with that target, where I would've been roasted by my closest friends until my tombstone had I been spotted. I slowly took out my small brown paper bag, because well shit, I'm classy. Now I'm the only man who has walked into a Lulu Lemon Store and walked out with a tall boy. Once I got back to my layer I took off my Batman outfit and slid my new equipment on, one at a time over "Heart Breaker" and "Heat Log". The only way I could describe it is when Tony Stark yells "Jarvis" and next thing u kno every inch is covered in custom fitted freedom penetrating iron. I was ready to run the spartan race backwards. It felt like the gently heated feathers of a bald eagle with a splash of gold bond just encompassing my benny and his jets. FRREEDDOMMMM is what I belted from my rooftop, and man I felt it, why I was changing up there you wouldn't understand. Next I decided to put it thru the 48 hour stress test, we've all done it whether it be voluntary or involuntary we've all done it, and if u say u haven't well u just kick rocks. I slipped em on under a harvest moonlit Sunday night and watched them cascade off to a background of thunder and lighting on a Tuesday night. It was incredible, no crustiness, no stiffness, no "al pastor" residue, just smooth holding flexibility like a spider monkey, and fresh like a morning dew, not to be confused with doo doo. 48 hours people, and I felt like I was wearing baby seal fur obviously from a seal that died of natural causes, 48 HOURS! Lemme give u an equation real quick, hair plus sweat equals swamp ass which equals wedgie squared, but not even these loins would ride up on Harambe post Spartan Race. Lemme tell u something fellas, because I know ur here, in the comments section, on a Tuesday night, it's the best $25 u could EVER spend. Love the ambiance of this location! I was shopping for a jacket, and a sales associate came up to me to see if I had any questions. I expressed my hesitation with buying one jacket. I previously bought a similar one, and the zipper malfunctioned and the material was pilling. She told me I could bring it in and exchange it for a new one for free, no matter how much time had elapsed and whether or not I still had the receipt. Sure enough they honored their promise. Amazing! Love this place and how much they listen to customer feedback! read more

I was not expecting to get what I wanted when I came here. I had a pear of leggings that kept falling down and I was looking to hopefully get some store credit towards a new pair since they had been worn. But the salesperson let me just go ahead and exchange them and helped me find a pair that wouldn't fall down, since it turns out I bought a size too big. They are great here! Thank you ! read more

I love lululemon and the quality but this store is not my favorite. My bf and I came in to check out a few things. No one greeted us, no one offered to help, and the girls were in a corner talking and gossiping. To think it's in the promenade, they have to be more active on assisting customers since they have a wide selection. I've been to other stores and I have never been to one as rude as this. read more

Oh Lulu, how I love you so. This shop in particular has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Everyone today was super helpful, attentive and accommodating. When on vacation, we bought a pair of pants in the Pacific Northwest that couldn't be hemmed but that was too long. Even though it was bought out of state and the employee there gave us wrong information about being able to hem the pant, this store fixed it quickly! In no time at all, 2 of the lovely ladies working the dressing room and floor found us great alternatives and made the switch incredibly easy. Love. read more

I went to this Lululemon location when I visited LA for spring break. I went into the store and was greeted by two amazing associates who asked many questions and made me feel comfortable being in the store. They told me about how they had a special going on where if you purchased something from the store you could get it press printed with one of the designs they had available for $10. I thought it was a cool idea so I agreed. It was a simple t-shirt and the design was the coordinates of Santa Monica (pretty small and not complicated). The male worker told me he was the best at doing it so he did. It came out wonky so he told me he would redo it. The only thing is that I live in St. Charles, MO and they didn't have the same shirt in stock. He told me that they could order it to the store, re-print it, and send it back to me in Missouri. I thought this was amazing customer service! Up until a month later when I never received a phone call, email, or any communication with the store. So, I called them and the store manager informed me that the shirt was shipped to their store but was never printed or sent out to me. The worker INFORMED ME and PROMISED me he would keep in touch. I love Lululemon overall I am just very frustrated that I had to take matters into my own hands, a whole MONTH later, to receive my shirt that they talked me into. One worker can ruin an entire store image. read more

I've stepped in a few times before, but never knew that this place was Lululemon. Obviously heard about it several times and I was at the Promenade and was going to take my first spin class later that day. Lauren at the front was super sweet to me and when I came back the second time, I asked her for her help and she was wonderful! Yes, it's a bit pricey. We all know. But good workout clothes are hard to find and especially the kind that is designed to fit for YOU. The gals there were all super helpful and even gave me tips with my first spin class. This was my first time finally setting foot into Lululemon. I wanted some athletic and leisure clothing, and was not sure if I would like their clothing, or the prices. There was a whole wall of yoga pants, how was I to decide? But the sales associates were super cool, and explained to me exactly how all the pants were different, and which ones I would like the best. The pants hold up well and look great, for 100 bucks they better! I could only find pants, because the tops are all made for women with small busts. They also have running shorts with built-in underwear, which was neat. read more

I have to update this review to show the positive response I received to my complaint. I feel like my issues were heard, addressed and truly understood. I just had a GREAT conversation with Annie who is an assistant manager at this location. The most important part of being a customer is feeling valued and heard. Today I went to this new store and I was impressed with how large it is! Of course like always the staff was friendly and helpful but I didn't find what I was looking for... Their location is great- smack in the middle of the promenade. I will defiantly visit this store every time I am in the area. read more

There were only 2 other potential customers in the store and none of us were acknowledged at all. The dressing rooms are in the back and that's where most of the employees were folding clothes and talking to each other.. The store is large and spacious but it didn't look it like it had a sale section. The Glendale location is more compact but 100x's better in every other way. read more

Went in to get a shirt replaced that had absolutely terrible pilling that I hadn't worn in over a year because it had gotten so bad. While the people were somewhat nice about it they basically said "that happens over time" and because the item was over a year old refused to replace it or make a similar exchange/gift card as I've had done with pilled leggings at other locations in the past. The fabric was such poor quality they don't even make shirts with it anymore, which the sales associate pointed out. Will not be back, as this location definitely does *not* honor Lululemon's quality guarantee. Go to a different location if you want the service expected when you shell out this much for their apparently hit or miss items... read more

Love the clothes, but unfortunately customer service here is very hit or miss, and they have zero loyalty to frequent shoppers. In the last two months I have purchased the following from this store: 2 pairs of make a move shorts, 3 free to be wild bras, 1 pair of pants (don't recall name- around $98), 1 free to be bag, and 4 shirts (don't recall name- each around $60). Unfortunately, Not a single item was on sale, so safe to say I spend a large chunk of my budget here. Previously I came during lunch, and there was only one cashier with a large line, as the other cashier was on the phone with a personal call. When I say there long enough she finally put her call on hold and checked me out, but I don't understand how to took 15 minutes for her to figure out that she should prioritize checking out a customer. Today I was in around 10:00 AM, and the store was pretty dead, as the promenade can be at that time on a Saturday. There was only me and one other woman trying clothing on so I asked to be put in the large fitting room (the small fitting rooms are tiny and you have to leave the fitting room to really see what the clothes look like on you with a bit of distance from the mirror). The large fitting room is the handicap stall and before asking I knew that if someone came with a disability I would need to move (I sincerely hope they would move me in this case). However, upon making the request, the saleswoman started going off about how "if a woman came with a stroller, they would need to move me, or an older person, or anyone with a wheelchair... And that certainly does happen that we get older people..." When she realized I stopped responding she finally stopped. Now, feeling guilty and terrible, I tried my items on, and was afraid to ask for a different size for fear of another lecture. I found some clothes I would have loved to purchase, but couldn't bring myself to continue to support this brand or store. I have also had some great experiences with customer service here, which are not mentioned, but for consistency, I think I'm going to take my business to Bandier and Revolve. read more

The people at this store were so kind to my boyfriend and I. I have been to some Lululemon stores where the staff were so snobby and stuck up, but these employees were very helpful and went out of their way to tell us more about the products. We ended up buying a lot more than we had gone in there for and it was due to their wonderful customer service. read more

I recently made the mistake of buying something from Lorna Jane and realized how poor their customer service is compared to lululemon, not to mention the quality of the crap they sale in that store.
