I have worn these clogs every day for the semester and I was able to stand long hours even while pregnant. They are truly water proof, very comfortable and anti-slip. This year, after orchestrating a rare visit to town from my mother (who has dementia): I thought I would take her there and get her stocked up on Fall socks. Because she has memory issues, she can get a bit confused, so I had to model a pair of socks for her, and had gathered the ones we'd chosen to buy in a pile near the cash register, when suddenly I heard the owner (who I thought knew me as a valued customer) start shouting at us. She called my startled (elegant, fragile) mother "Gross!" and said "Get out of here! You disgust me!" (this was in front of 5 customers, who were also trying on socks and shoes). I informed her that I had intended to buy the socks and that my mother was ill, but she continued shouting and humiliating her and insisting we leave. I told her her behavior was unethical and shocking, and that I would never shop there again. And I would urge any future customers to do the same.

Customer service is a mess here. They used to have some good staffs and lost them. The shoes no long look that good, neither the price. I went in wanting to buy some designer glasses and another customer was already running around the store trying to get someone to open the cases to try on some glasses. Once she found help for us, I asked if I could try a couple on too. I was told by the sales associate that only one person at a time can be helped. Fine. I waited for another 10 minutes for the other client to choose which glasses she would buy. The sales associate then told me she had to go help them at the register and needed to find the cases for the glasses too. Another 15 minutes went by. At that point I just left. They're clearly not interested in making a sale. Such a shame because before this lock up situation, I used to buy all my glasses from this location. Looks like I'll need to find another store.
