Like many of the other reviewers, we were tricked into the monthly charge. The phone number shown on this page doesn't work. When you call the 719-735-5763 number, it goes to a clearinghouse for many car wash companies. He asked what company had charged us and then my license plate. He supposedly refunded one month and cancelled the account. We'll see when the 5th of next month rolls around. Glad I caught it after only 1 extra month. read more

Vibe: several thousand miles across lots of states required a Carwash Quality: good wash Customer Service: excellent Price: was upgraded and given an additional wash to come back for Lots of vacuum stations, some even included compressed air nozzle to get in tight spaces. These people are crooks. They used my credit card to sign me up for their car wash club, without my knowledge. I had not been checking my credit card statements but recently checked my statements, and they have been charging me $30.99 a month for the last six months! I called theIr home office and they agreed to refund the LAST MONTH ONLY. I told them that was not good enough, but they sad that was final. The Aiken County Sheriff's Dept. needs to be notified about this. Folks, please beware, and do not allow them to put your credit card into the slot, like I did. I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and have no feeling in my fingers, so I asked the attendant to swipe the card. I just signed up this morning for the unlimited mid-range car wash and was so impressed with the personal service and help I received. The manager, Nevaeh, was professional, courteous, and so pleasant when she helped me. The new technology of reading your license place is wonderful, and the staff is well trained and smiling (imagine that!). There are towels and solution to clean the interior, and the suction on the vacuums almost took the paint off my car. (Joke) I had been going to the car wash starting with an S and I couldn't believe how far above the service was here compared to what I was used to. My only regret is that I didn't come here last year. The location is very convenient to my house, also. I am a very pleased customer. read more

Yeah, they got me with the membership that I didn't know I had asked for they started taking money out of my account, I just asked for the 23.99$ wash and the next month that was taken from my account again I didn't sign up for a membership. what a scam too bad the staff are friendly and since I have been charged for another month, I will use the wash for the month, I have already canceled the membership I hate when businesses do things like this. read more

This place is scamming people! You go there for one wash and the next thing you know you're on a monthly membership you didn't sign up for! I didn't figure it out till many months later because I thought maybe my husband was going to Lulu's. When he told me he had never been, I realized we'd been ripped off to the tunes of hundreds of dollars! When I called they only reimbursed 3 months worth (they've been charging us for more than a year!) All this because I went through one car wash!! After I cancelled my credit card and got a new one just to be safe, they STILL managed to charge that card too somehow! I'm infuriated. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This is completely unethical! Not to mention; after my one and only car wash at Lulu's the paint on the front of my Lexus started peeling! There was no problem with the paint before that car wash!! Tiffany is consistently the difference and most helpful since initially coming to this location. I have a membership yet reliant on her or staff close by to allow access. Please upgrade access means and test this system more. There are times once finish the entire rear of my SUV is not even rinsed. Though full-sized, it's occurred before. read more

I went for a car wash in April and was told they were having a special if you got the premium car wash you could come back as much as you wanted for the 30 days following for no extra charge. No one mentioned a membership or any recurring charges. I then began receiving a recurring charge of $30.99 in May and June. When I called to find out why they told me I had a membership which I had never authorized. They told me they sent me terms but couldn't tell me where they sent them, and even so I never agreed to those terms. They then said they would remove the June charge, not the May. I said I had no idea I had a membership and that I'd never used the car wash in either of those months. Instead of removing May as well they then pitched me on a discounted membership. Go here at your own risk. It was a very dishonest practice of signing people up for memberships. read more

My wife's SUV needed a little Spring cleaning! And apparently everyone one else's vehicles did too! The line was ridiculous! Normally, I get the Puppy Wash. Since I hadn't been here in a while, I grabbed the Top Dog... and Kendrick Lamar was on, so I kinda had to upgrade! Took some pics since I didn't have anything else to do. I absolutely love the simplicity of this car wash. My husband and I live on post and this is the closest one to us that we enjoy going to. It is always such an easy and timely process to get through this car wash. Everything is in plain sight and they have signs everywhere to let you know how the process works which made our first time go by like a breeze. The prices are decent as well, similar to most car washes, and just like other car washes the do have memberships you can purchase which let you take your vehicle x amount of times per day/week. It does look a little run down and like an older car wash but it doesn't really bother us when we are just trying to get a clean car lol. We have never had any interaction with the workers there aside from when they guide the vehicle. Overall, this is the place to go if you are just someone like me who is only focused on having a clean vehicle! read more

would have given an even lower review if a lower one was available. Went here for about 1 year. Noticed that my roof and hood did not get clean. One attendant said I had oxidation and I needed to get my car washed more frequently. Finally got an attendant to "fess" up. It seems they don't lower the cleaning mechanism for the $15.00 model car wash. She told me I needed to get the more expensive version. Well, THAT won't be happening. And don't bother calling their customer service line...it's not manned. read more

me and my wife have the unlimited car wash and mainly use the car wash on old edgefield rd, over the past 6 months the service has went to crap! I went this afternoon and almost got out and scrubbed the vehicle myself because the boy that was suppose to be doing this just sprayed a little water on the windshield and walked off, when the blower was drying off the vehicle about at the front windshield it quit blowing and I cant remember the last time the brushes at the end have came down and dried off the windshield anyway if I didnt work over in aiken and use the lulus over ther which is 90% better than the one in N. Augusta I would have canceled my account, something needs to be done about the service there read more

This place is great! I was already convinced that the auto drive thru car washes are the best, but this one has really outdone themselves. Super nice and clean. The employees were very attentive. They scrubbed down the bumpers, power washed the wheels and wheel wells and checked the bed of the truck for trash or anything else that was left in there. After the wash, you can pull into a stall and vacuum out your car. Of course we didn't need to vacuum the inside so we didn't try the vacuums out, though I noticed that it looked like they had air hoses at every station (hubby thought to spray out your air vents and get inside all the nooks). somehow got signed up for a monthly subscription when i never asked for that. i went to get one single wash and an attendant walked up to help me, next thing i know im getting charged another $30.99 this month when i never requested a monthly subscription OR said it was ok to sign me up for one. the customer service line is a joke. they should learn way more about customer service. if you request a refund they can't give a timeframe because they say there has been so many refund requests and they are behind. wonder why that is? when i told the representative what happened she was quick to say "i cannot verify this happened because i was not there"..... completely rude on the phone and not helpful at all. they did cancel my membership but in order to submit a refund request she stated i had to give her ALL of my card information. i wasn't doing that so guess I'm just out $30.99 at this point. i wouldn't recommend anyone going here. read more

This is my new favorite place to go to get a car wash. They had great prices and every wash get a free vacuum clean. They also had towels to wipe down the inside of your vehicle which was helpful. Definitely recommend going read more
