I have a monthly membership and have been coming for some time now…read more The staff is not very nice here but there's not much interaction which is ok. My problem is the number of vacuums that DO NOT work. They also do not routinely restock the cloths and refill the spray containers to clean your vehicle. To me, this is a necessity as I could easily switch to another car wash that does provide those things. Please improve the experience for your customers by making sure the vacuums are working properly and the supplies are maintained and restocked more frequently.

I was super impressed bc after you go thru the car wash, you can pull into a stall to vacuum your car. But they had clean clothes, cleaning spray at the stalls. And also, if you needed air for your tires, it was free and at each stall next to the vacuum. Totally new experience for me. Staff was friendly, but you know there little to know real engagement at these places. But they were courteous. I'd def encourage those in the Augusta area to check it out if you haven't. Dropped it off and it took nearly 8hrs before he called me to pick it back up but my car had never looked so good. HE DETAILED AND CLEANED MY ENGINE AS IF MY CAR WAS A SHOW CAR! He's got an overall friendly and happy attitude. He offered multiple levels of service, wasn't pushy or aggressive in trying to get me to purchase a higher costing package and actually did an additional service for me (replacing the broken latch on my truck tailgate). I was just so impressed with the entire experience. He offers about 3-4 different electronic methods for payment, in addition to checks. I used PayPal.
