I initially reached out on Yelp to inquire and was told I needed to call. I lost the spare key fob to my suv but was hesitant to get replacement key fobs after previously getting a quote from the dealership when the other key fob was lost. I had also hoped I would find my spare, which I still haven't! I called and was given a reasonable estimate, I asked if it would be cheaper on a weekday and that I wasn't in rush (hoping to find the spare) and I was told nope, same price. As a lot of services pay extra for weekend services. He gave an estimate of about an hour and called when he arrived. Momo was extremely personable, professional and extremely efficient. The quote is exactly what I paid for. I was in such a relief to have to only pay the quoted price given the bad timing of the holidays! I paid less for their services with two key fobs than one key fob from my dealership!!! My car was unlocked so not sure if that made a difference but he cut keys to key fob, programmed a set of key fobs and I haven't had any issues for the past few days I've driven my car. I would highly recommend! He came to arlington and despite the distance it was affordable and even better, a stress free comfortable and warm experience. He did tell my husband that his vehicle would cost more to get replacement fobs, but it's a luxury European car. I had 2 fobs for a 2012 Hyundai Genesis that were not working after I put in new batteries. The car has been sitting and not driven for a year. I thought the fobs needed to be programmed and called Lulu's. Momo came out and recharged the car battery and said that the fobs worked fine. Such a relief! Then I needed the fob on the 2009 Azera programmed and mentioned that I also would like a duplicate key and fob for it too. Just like that, Momo came up with it and I now have 2 working keys and fobs for the Azera. Then he noticed that the fob was not opening the trunk which has been a problem all along as the internal release inside the car has not been responding. The trunk could only be opened manually using a manual key which was annoying. Momo checked the trunk lid and then opened the glove compartment. Inside apparently, there was a release for the trunk which he pressed and, miracle of miracles, the trunk release button on the fobs worked! After the whole night trying to get a locksmith to come to our house to open my son's car trunk because he accidentally left the car key inside, the next day I call Lulu's and got a tech to call me back within 10 minutes. He then proceeds to let us know that he will be at our house between 30 to 45 minutes. I had an amazing experience! I called Lulu's in the evening to get a quote to replace my Subaru's keyfob which has never worked.
