Quick response to the Yelp request and hence was chosen. Rekeyed five locks including a front door lock that needs to be replaced now since a part was broken. Should have delayed rekeying it until a decision was made on the lock. Could have been more helpful in identifying a more suitable replacement lock, when a replacement part for the broken portion was not available. Would have preferred to receive more duplicate keys for the four other locks that were re-keyed. Got only 2 keys. Had to go to Home Depot to get additional replacements made. read more

Momo would not guarantee that he could do it based on hearing that multiple others failed, but something still made me confident in giving him a shot rather than having my vehicle towed to a dealership. Momo found that I had an aftermarket alarm system installed (which I was completely unaware of) that was causing the programming issue. They were very responsive. They said because I was local I wouldn't get charged for them coming out. I was in need of a new key for a 2015 car. At first he said the price would be around 240 if I were to pay directly through Zelle or cash app (and other services). He said there would only be an extra tax charge if I payed with card though afterwards he charged me $270 + even though I used Zelle. I found out my 2010 audi's emergency key would not work. I have a 2nd keyfob (always have a spare key) that had an uncut key. I called a rival firm on yelp and they told me that the key would cost $500 to cut that key!! Then when I said no thanks, they called back and price dropped to $400 through an "authorized manager's discount". Lulu's was $150 to drive to my home and cut my key and was kind enough to cut a second key to put on the key ring of the keyfob with the incorrect emergency key. They came out promptly and it took little time to make the keys and then demonstrated to me that both emergency keys would open my vehicle's door and trunk. The technician was highly professional.
