Niagara seems sad these days... so many places shuttered or dingy. This little cafe had good coffee, amazing bagels. Service was good.

Stopped for breakfast on our way home from a family vacay. Food was spot on, staff was friendly. We didn't have to wait long for our food or drinks. We had omelets and they were huge! So glad we stopped. read more

This Spot coffee was a great place to go to by the falls. It is in really close proximity to the American side of the falls, and it's easy to just grab your food to go and sit by the falls. All of the food was great, especially the Belgian Waffle and the Caramel Macchiato! read more

I was really looking forward to checking this place out, but unfortunately I had an awful experience. I shouldn't have to wait 45+ minutes for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The staff was extremely rude and unpleasant, there was no social distancing enforced whatsoever, and the food was simply average and overpriced. Will not be returning or recommending. read more

If you are looking to tip above $15 without being notified, then this is the right place for you to go! The worst thing was when the barista/cashier told us how she "hated" when the register machine does that... C'mon! At least more honesty would be appreciated. She told us that we had pressed on the screen some button to tip her that high (and WE DID NOT!) We had 2 sandwiches $13 each, 1 Mocha Smoothie $5.80 (plus whatever the soy milk adding fee is) and 1 Cranberry juice. The total came up to $54 US. I feel bad that this place takes advantage of visitors this way. Niagara Falls is amazing and a MOST DO if you haven't experience it yet, but if you are planning to stay on the US side, unfortunately there is not much to do on that area, nor many restaurants open due to COVID. Worst service ever!! Wait was almost 45 min for two chai lattes and two breakfast sandwiches. Was going to miss my tour after the ridiculous wait and requested a refund. They told me it processed and later found out I was charged for the meal I never received. Place is ran unprofessional. Allow a lot of time for breakfast! Ha ha, Spot just responded to a review I left in the summer, trying some damage control, to little, to late. They are probably starving now? Not impressed. I've had better Lattes at Starbucks. I didn't have to wait long. It's comparably priced to other coffee joints. Only thing is that the coffee is weak and this latte is essentially a $7 cup of hot milk. read more

We stopped here twice during our trip because we loved it so much! My boyfriend and I agreed their smoothies were the best we've ever had. We tried the straw-banana and wild berry smoothies. We also ordered a hummus wrap and veggie burger. Both were delicious! For breakfast, we also tried the California Veggie Omelet without cheese. Unfortunately they put cheese on it and we had to ask for another, but they accommodated well. Their croissants are delicious, too. My chai tea latte was excellent; it had a unique flavor. I also adored the vibe and interior. It was clean, modern, and comfy. They have some outside seating as well, which was nice (especially because of COVID). Each staff member was warm and kind. The prices are a tad high, but the food quality and environment make it worth it! read more

The restaurant is located a minute away from the holiday inn, which was a life saver because the breakfast served at the hotel was cold and expensive. Spot coffee is right across the Niagara river and you can hear the river and falls as you eat. We only ate breakfast here but it was so good we came multiple times. Wow! When we got her at 11:00, they said a 30 minute wait for food. We were ok with that as we didn't have to get to the airport til 1:00. Here it is 12:12 and the food is way NOT ready. We were smart enough to get some baked goods with our coffees so we aren't super hangry. As time goes by , however- it's gets worse. We might not make our airport time. We certainly do t have time to eat at a table. We will eat in the car en route to the airport. The coffee was just ok. Not that strong for a coffee shop. The breakfast for 4 was $100 including tip! After a disappointing experience at an upscale restaurant we stopped for a consolation dinner at SPoT. Two paninis and two pieces of cake later we were stuffed! The food is delicious (trust me: upgrade to the focaccia bread), the staff are friendly, and their social distancing measures are admirable. Food is amazing!! One downside is they are serving all of their food in plastic containers. Other restaurants do not do this, and it perplexes as to why such an awesome restaurant would put awesome food in plastic containers even if you dine in. Unfortunately their trash cans were overflowing with plastic containers and plastic ware. The service and food were amazing!! Stayed in a nearby hotel so came here for breakfast every morning. The food and drinks was great and was well priced and was nice they had outdoor seating (despite being attacked by wasps) the staff were very friendly and were helpful when needed. If I come back to Niagara Falls I will definitely be returning to have food and drinks here read more

This place was recommended by the hotel staff where I'm staying. It is a very unique, warm, clean and nicely decorated place. The food was average. I ordered an overpriced omelette, which was presented nicely but overcooked and in some areas burned. Maybe it was just a one time mishap but I probably will not be going there again. read more

Will change my review after a manager sees this. I just don't know how someone makes an espresso taste so bad. Use light roast beans. Never use too many flavor pumps. When asking for a double espresso, that's two shots of espresso - not four. The barista was fast and cordial - seems like a great guy. But an espresso or a macchiato should be unfuckupable. Yano? Machiatto is finished with a dollop of frothed steamed milk. Or frothed cream. This is the 3rd Spot location that has made mistakes with a clearly and politely explained macchiato order. read more
