Not sure where to begin. If in Wilson, NY or Niagara Falls area this place is a must try. The food is freshly made and plates are generous in size. Local pastries are made on site. The service and even other patrons are extremely friendly. Our server explained menu options clearly and with passion that made us interested in all their choices. A couple in a booth next to us, even made a map for us to check out sites in the area. I recommend this place to everyone!

We were in Wilson and looking for a place to have breakfast on a Sunday morning around 9 am. The place was about half full. The ambiance is comfortable and the service was very professional. I enjoy Eggs Benedict and order it when I have breakfast out. To me the hollandaise sauce determines how good is the Eggs Benedict dish. This sauce tasted home made with a nice taste of lemon. I really enjoyed it. Stop in and try it for yourself.

My girlfriend and I came to Niagara Falls for a one week vacation away from South Jersey. Since the first day of coming to Knead the Dough, we've made it a point to do so everyday for the rest of our trip. To start, the service is amazing. Every person on the waiting staff was incredibly kind and treated us like family. The food was absolutely fantastic. Hands down the best pancakes we have ever had. I give my regards to who prepared our breakfast each morning. The restaurant itself is a quiet but loving environment that i'll be sure to come back to someday. If you are in the Niagara Falls area and are looking for a bite to eat, you'd be foolish not to come here.

I find it to be very unfortunate that I have to update my review of Knead the Dough in such a manner. Up until this last Thursday, my husband and his family (family comes from out of town) have really enjoyed dinning here. The LA Cinnamon Toast is amazing!! The prices, you can't beat. Plus, it's locally owned! The reason for my update and big drop in stars is because the owner, or whom I suspect to be the owner, is extremely abrasive with her employees and in front of customers! The last 3 times we went she has reprimanded her employees loudly either in the kitchen (It's open and you can see everything. You can also hear everything if you're in the first half of the restaurant) or in the dinning area. Like I said already, she is abrasive with them, makes her scolding known and it has disturbed my dinning experience! This last time was the worst! Three times in less than one hour, she reprimanded/corrected them in a demeaning manner. There is a time, place and tactful way to correct someone. Not in front of your customers while they're trying to enjoy brunch! This last time stressed me out and I couldn't wait to leave! There are other affordable, yummy local restaurants to spend your money at. Very unfortunate. I feel bad for the employees!

Absolutely outstanding service and experience. We stopped here for the first time to enjoy a nice lunch. It was my little guy and my lovely lady and myself. It was a tad bit busy, but nothing like some of the weekends where there were no parking spots available upon driving by. Our waitress was super sweet and kind, and very nice. She welcomed us and was honestly a fun waitress to have. (I would mention her by name, but I honestly forgot ) The restaurant itself is quaint and homely with all kinds of decorations and signs on the wall. There's also some handmade crafts you can browse. For the food, I ordered a ham and cheese omelette, my lady ordered a turkey/apple sandwich that was on special, and my little guy wanted pancakes. The omelette was delicious, the turkey/apple sandwich was very unique but good (she let me try a bite) nonetheless, and the pancakes came out shaped like a pig, nose and all! It was very obvious that this place takes pride in the service and food they offer. We will definitely be going back soon! Maybe even tomorrow!

Coming from Buffalo the ride to Ransomville was peaceful and relaxing with rolling estates, the river and blue skies all around. The restaurant is adorable and the staff thoroughly engaged and ready to serve. It was moms birthday and she and dad ordered the special - peach pancakes, I ordered the French toast and my sister the famous $2 cinnamon roll and sausage and eggs. Kim our server was a delight - even bringing a singing staff and lit candle for moms birthday. The taste of everything was perfection, the portions hearty and satisfying, and the prices sooo reasonable. I'll be back!!

Went during lunch crowd the parking lot was so full we parked across the street. I got the City Farmers Breakfast with home fries/potatoes added on. The egg was cooked perfectly, bacon just right and my husband ate the sausage from mine and said it was great! The pancake was fluffy and taste good. I didn't care for the potatoes they were a tad under cooked for my taste. Husband had grilled roast beef with cheese, onions & peppers. He asked for wheat instead of the hard roll it wasn't a problem. He gave it 4 stars an didn't leave any behind. We all so bought an order of raisin bread for home. All of that including coffee & tea came to $23.83. Great prices! Our serve was great! A few tips: Seat yourself, they only take cash and you bring your check/bill to the front to pay.

Best comfort food around! Yum! Excellent service and friendly staff. It's busy on Sunday mornings but week worth the few minute wait.

I was surprised to see I haven't written a review but I always have a good experience here! For my mom's birthday, she wanted to grab a beer flight and dinner at Live Edge Brewing. We arrived on a Saturday around 4:45pm and took a parking spot close to the entrance. They have a good-size parking lot so no concerns about finding a space. We walked in and saw the "wait to be seated" sign and soon afterward, a young woman came over and asked how many in our party and where we'd like to sit. The three of us decided to sit on their back patio. We picked a table and our waitress soon followed with drink/food menus. All of the tables outside had umbrellas to help shield from the sun, which on this Saturday was out but the temperature was perfect and there was a slight breeze to cool it down a little. The one oddity we had was that our drink menus didn't match as my menu had more taps listed compared to the others I was sitting with, so I ended up getting a drink in my flight they never saw. I slight hiccup but honestly, you can't be too upset with a drink in your hand! Our waitress was young and incredibly personable, friendly, accommodating, answering all our questions about the food and customizing our orders how we wanted them. We might have let it slip that it was my mom's birthday - Our waitress brought her a birthday cake shot to celebrate, which she loved! Our waitress let us take our time sampling our beer flights before placing our food orders. The wait time for our food was very reasonable, maybe 10-15 minutes, I can't remember as we were having too good a time chatting and sipping. For dinner, I ordered their Nashville Hot Chicken Sammy, which is a hand-breaded toaster-oven-baked chicken breast topped with provolone cheese, pickles, and their Nashville hot sauce between a brioche bun and served with a side of tater tots (a small upcharge from their default chips). The sandwich was delicious! Now, for you spice lovers, I didn't find this sandwich very spicy, it was more about the flavor, the tang of the sauce. I didn't mind it not being that spicy, the flavor was excellent! The pickles were thick and had a nice crisp to them and the provolone cheese paired so well with it all. The tater tots were fried perfectly with a crispier exterior but hot, pillowy-soft interior - For the small upcharge, ~$3.00, they were worth it. The portion sizes were perfect as I was perfectly full, I wasn't uncomfortable. The price of my meal was reasonable as well, especially seeing how everything's costing more in 2026. Live Edge Brewing is not only a family favorite but for me, it's a hidden gem. The friendly, laid back, yet still attentive service and country atmosphere have us continuing to come back each New Year's Eve, and now, this could become a new birthday tradition!
