We called again so he came back and was charged $25 since "there was no customer" the first time he came. He was lazy the first time, when he simply could've gotten out of the truck come and knocked on the door to truly see if anyone was home. I went ahead and payed it but I should not have been charged for the laziness of the driver. Overall I was charged $300. And $100 of that was for the dolly cause the car wouldn't start and unlock the tires even tho I did attempt to put it in neutral.

On March 20, 2026 I purchased a new battery for my car at Costco and brought it home. A helpful…read moreperson who had come to give me a painting estimate, offered to help install the battery, and did so. Later I tried to start the car, and it wouldn't make a sound. I had no way to get my 2006 Lexus into the dealership to find out what was wrong. I called my insurance company and they put a request out for me. Kotowing Company said he could come soon, and he did. He put battery testors on the battery several times! He said the battery had power but something else must be wrong. I consented to the tow and he took it to my dealer. The Lexus dealer service department sent me a picture of my battery which CLEARLY showed the black plastic cap on one pole of the battery had not been taken off!!! They couldn't believe it someone towed it in! The tow driver SURELY noticed this, but chose to not tell me; and just take off the black plastic cap. He towed the car to my dealer when it didn't need it!! This is fraud, taking advantage of a 76 yr. old woman.

My Lyft driver got into an accident with another vehicle on our way to my university . Fast forward…read morethe car had to be towed and Marietta Wreckers came to pick it up. The guy who picked us up was nice and welcoming. Then we get to the customer service of the front desk. The blonde lady who works the window inside is incredibly rude and not at all friendly. She seems to hate her job with the attitude she has. But back to the point I being an uninvolved party in the accident that took place wanted my luggage. I had to be at my job in less than 30 minutes and needed my luggage that has all my essentials at my dorm asap. She proceeded to be difficult and say they have to get the car logged into the system before they can get my stuff. What does my luggage have to do with the accident? Then I had a ride waiting for me so I can leave to my job and they are over there taking their precious time. All I wanted was my items and it wasn't until 3:48pm I got my luggage back. We got there past 1:30pm when she said I would get it soon. Overall the service is awful, tedious and not welcoming whatsoever.
