I paid $400 for two trailer tires that blew out that same day. Luckily i was left stranded on the side of the road instead of seriously injured or killed when both tires blew. he did not tell me he was bringing used tires or that they were 10 years old. It started off normal enough. I called to have a flat tire repaired.....the tire was repaired. However, in the end I ended up purchasing 4 tires from him (it was time). I wanted to keep two of my old tires and use them as spares. However, because I didn't have enough room in my car, he said he'd hold onto them, and we could meet up later and I could get them from him. I called, left messages, texted, etc. No response. I called 303 when my tire came dismounted from my wheel. It took them about an hour and a half to show up. The technician was polite and courteous. I mentioned to him several times I had just had my wheels refinished so please do not scratch them when he mounts my tire back on. I even had him take pictures of the wheel before he took it to ensure there was no damage.Sure enough when he brings my tire back I've got a 3 inch abrasive mark on the outside of the wheel. I contacted the person in charge and sent him a picture of the damage. He said it was out of his hands and that he didn't see how they could have scratched my wheel. I am now having to re-finish this 3 piece bbs wheel to the tune of $300. Had they acknowledged the damage and taking care of it I would've given them three stars because other than the damage will the service was OK. read more

My wife's car had to vent rims. After jacking up her truck and removing her front most front tire successfully. I was found with a dilemma of trying to get the replacement tire on. I was unsuccessful. I called one mobile repair business and was told there was a 30+ minute wait at $85. I agreed to let them come but did another search and found 3030. I was told by the really nice dispatcher, the tire tech would be 25 minutes or less and to fill out the text form that I would receive. I obliged quicker after she called back warning that I'd lose my spot. The tire tech arrive 15 minutes after submitting my form and he put on both tires. He was really nice and very articulate. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you 3030 for coming to the rescue so quickly. They got it right!!! read more

I needed a car battery. 3030 came out and installed the battery. Within the warranty period of the newly installed battery, we experienced problems with the battery. They promised to come take a look and if it was really dead, it would be replaced via the warranty. They never came out. I called multiple times over several weeks. Sometimes they'd pick up and promise to come. They never did. Then they stopped answering my calls. Better hope you never need to utilize their "warranty" service. I could NEVER recommend them. After calling several other roadside assistance places I found 3030 and I'm so glad that I did. This was a completely unusual circumstance and they understood my problem completely (hit a pothole, tire separating from rim, have to get back to another state, impossible to find tire) and we're very responsive. They were willing to come get the tire and run over to another place to get the new tire, mount and balance it then bring it back and remount it on the car. It is an almost impossible tire to get so the fact that they were willing to do all that astounded me in the beat way. I ended up being able to limp it to the one place with the tire and called them to cancel their service and they were still very professional and kind. I needed a simple jump start today in the heart of Buckhead and called in at noon. Timing and location would seem to have been quite simple to accommodate...WRONG. On the phone I was quoted an arrival of "about 45 minutes" which felt perfectly reasonable. After an hour and a half of not hearing anything from them, I checked in to see where they were and was then told it would be another 25 minutes. Okay that's a little frustrating, but no one will be able to get here quicker, so I stuck with it. Well another 25 minutes went by without an update, then another 40 minutes...nothing. All in all I waited 3 hours without hearing anything and finally decided to cancel. Still haven't heard back on the cancellation, but I strongly encourage everyone to avoid this service and only use as your last resort as they are unreliable and don't communicate. read more

Previously I used 3030 last year in September. The woman dispatcher before was so professional and handled my situation with a white glove. Not only was she fast, but she was so understanding and efficient. So naturally I wanted to use them again due to my previous experience. I called in on rainy day, and expressed to the dispatcher that my tire needed to be changed because I hit a pothole. Unfortunately, the whole experience was awful, dispatcher sent the driver to the wrong location, which was about 50 mins away from my address. Once the driver arrived he was upset and very short with me about the safety of my vehicle, and scratched/dented my rim. I called the dispatcher to open a potential claim and they informed me they would call back, and never did. I called to speak to the manager, and they informed me that they weren't going to assist. I wish I would've written a review on my previous experience because it went so well, I'm still in disbelief that it was awful. I wish they'd work on their management team and truly understand customer service at a basic level. read more

Called on Friday to repair a tire at my home. They told me they were busy, so it might be later in the evening, or sometime on Saturday. It was my brother's car and he wasn't getting back from the airport until Sunday evening, so either would have been fine. I didn't hear anything on Saturday, so I contacted them again and was told that the driver would be over to do the repair and would be in touch with me. I heard from him around 10 PM and he said he would let me know when he was on his way. Around 1 AM, he texted to see if he could still come. I was awake so I said sure. No response until 3:30 AM, when he said he just saw my text and did I still want him to come. I asked if he could come during the day on Sunday and he said sure and that someone will be in touch with me. By noon, I had not heard from anyone. I texted the driver and he said he was going to head over at 2:30. It is now 5:45 PM on Sunday and I've had no communication and my brother's tire is still flat. If they had told me on Friday that they would not be able to perform the repair, I could've found an alternate vendor. read more

I was parked in front of Kroger when I realized I had a flat. It was already 10:15pm but 3030 was still open so I gave them a call. They answered immediately and were at my car in 15 minutes to help me. Instead of just putting my spare tire on and sending me on my way, they assessed my tire, took the metal out (I had run over a key) and repaired it there on the spot! I was headed to an appointment after not being able to drive for a month. I barely get one mile from the house and got a flat tire. My foot injury rendered me useless to change the tire myself, which alone is very frustrating bc under normal circumstances would not be an issue. We called at 1:15 A.M for help to get into our house. The guy said it would be 45 minutes and we waited over an hour and half. We tried calling him over and over and got no answer. I was immediately texted back and given a price for the service. My wait was longer than I anticipated and I was given a discount for my wait. Called this service on a Friday night to change a steer tire on one of my trucks. They said it would be a while but that is understandable given that it was in Atlanta on Friday evening. The initial call was about 1930. There was communication from them through about midnight and they still had not shown up. I ended up calling another vendor to fix the issue. The second vendor had to come from 60 miles away. They came out, changed the tire, and was gone and still no contact from 3030. We were on a three stop Amazon load at the time. Never again. Ever. So unfortunate. I called these guys for service, and they didn't deliver. First they told me they would charge me $40, and that it would take over an hour to make it to my side of town. I'm by northside hospital less than 15 mins away from the advertised address. Then they no showed/no call, and wouldn't even pick up my calls when I tried to see what's going on.
