My only complaint is that I texted and asked for a follow up appointment and she told me she would ask the store owner to add the eye lash extensions that I wanted on the menu. I said ok sounds good and waited for a response. I still have not had a response and I have texted the tech and also called the store and no answer. I went there for extensions in the past and other services and did not have this problem. I was trying to give them business but I guess I have to go somewhere else. Other than that the tech was awesome and the service was amazing the store itself is beautiful.

And apparently I should have known this because of information on the cancellation page. Hmmm. The person I got didn't remove my eye makeup - asked her and she said it works through mascara. Except it didn't. Came home to racoon eyes and no tint left on lower lashes. When took off eyeshadow that night (had asked technician and she said okay to do and I was extremely careful) most of the upper lash tint came off. Total waste of my time and money.

The esthetician was friendly, boisterous, loud and immediately jumped into performing the service without instructions or warnings. She did a good job applying the under eye patches, tints, etc. When it was time to take the tint off she dug cotton balls into my eyes - way deeper than was necessary and without care - that toxic dye got in my eyes and it was SO painful. She washed my eyes out with saline like 6 times because I demanded it but they still stung. She never apologized - just "yep, it stings don't it", like I was some sort of torture subject. I don't think she was properly trained! I have had my brows and lashes tinted dozens of times in other salons and sure there is a little sting but the esthetitian knows how to carefully remove the dye so that the sting is minimal and she is compassionate and thorough with the saline. I don't think this woman got all the dye out because my eyes still stung for the rest of the day and into the night, extra dry, red on the inside of the eyelid... 3 days later my eyes are still recovering. Google says the dyes are not FDA approved and can cause serious damage to the eyes - I was freaking out. The place is cute but I would NEVER go here again.
