I had a very disappointing experience at this place. I originally went there looking for a deep facial cleansing, but Luz recommended a microneedling procedure that she said was on promotion. I was told that the $400 would cover three sessions and that after my first session, I would return in 21 days for the next appointment. When I traveled from Anaheim, CA for my second appointment, I was very surprised when Luz told me that the $400 only covered one session. She also told me that I had never been there before. When I arrived, she was calling me by another person's name and appeared to confuse me with another client who was scheduled for a treatment. I felt very disappointed and misled by this experience. In my opinion, there seemed to be a lack of organization regarding clients and their treatments. From the beginning, the price of each procedure and the number of sessions included should be clearly explained before asking someone to pay. I had a very bad experience and would recommend that future clients get all pricing and treatment details in writing before paying. read more

This place provides Ultherapy without proper license and supervision by medical professionals. It was not done by a nurse or physician assistant. The owner who is also the esthetician performs the Ultherapy service herself. Estheticians or other unlicensed individuals are not permitted to perform medical-level procedures like Ultherapy, even if they work in a medical spa in California per the law. I had Ultherapy on my jawline before so I know how the process works. The service was not as described or expected. The numbing process was 20 mins. The actual Ultherapy was only about 5 mins. Other places that I went to, it was done by the nurse or physician assistant and oversaw by medical professionals. Other places spent at least 25 mins on my jawline, chin and focusing on multiple layers on my skin. The service that I got was so quick that the esthetician did not even need to sit down. She stood and glide through my faces really quickly. Even faster than getting hair removal done. She was rushing through. Even though I paid less for this service, the value of the service is not there and doesn't worth the money and the effort. At the end of the service, I was supposed to get Hydro jelly mask and LED light as described on the service description (pictured) but I was not given those. She put on sunscreen for me and said it was done. The tightening feeling after the procedure was not because of the Ultherapy. It was from the numbing cream and makes you feel tight and can't feel your face. I also got some bumps and burned marks on my neck and cheeks after the procedure which she said it would go away in few days. However, it has been almost a week now and the burned marks and bumps are still there. Overall, I would not recommend this place and this service. Go somewhere that is done by medical professionals and make your money worth! UPDATE: the owner responded back stating 1) she is a licensed esthetician 2) I should buy full face package instead 3) I left the tips for her 4) I didn't address during the procedure. Please allow me to give you a breakdown: 1) licensed esthetician is allowed to perform non-invasive treatments that only affect the epidermis (outer skin layer). Ultherapy affects tissue below the epidermis, it is treated as a medical aesthetic procedure and should be performed by medical professionals such as: nurse practitioner, physician assistant, physician (MD/DO) or registered nurse. That's why other legit spas that I went to have registered nurse performs this service. Licensed esthetician is not medical professionals for the record. 2) I compared the service performed for the jawline area not full face. Other places did 25 mins on the same jawline area and this place only spent 5 mins on the SAME area which was a huge difference. So don't get bait thinking that you would get the same service with other places. Note that other customer commented she bought the full face package and it was done mainly on the jawline. 3) I left the tips out of courtesy not because I was satisfied with the service and liked the service. I should have not given the tips!!! 4) Like other customer mentioned, I left with confusion and disappointment. I thought I may have misread the service description. When I got in the car, I checked the description on Groupon and confirmed that Hydrogel mask and red light therapy are included in all packages (even on the jawline package as pictured). Regardless, if it was advertised that Hydro mask and Red light therapy are included in the package, it is expected that customer receives this in their service. If you only give a portion of the service hoping that the customer doesnt address or remember, isn't this a form of cheating your customers!? This was FALSELY advertised!!! read more

I came in for an ultherapy session and was told I would experience lift and that it would help with my smile lines,which was my main concern. I waited over a month hoping I would see some results but to my disappointment it never happened. I would have been satisfied with any results but to experience absolutely nothing was beyond disappointing. My session was 700$ for full face and neck. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is! I left this experience feeling a bit unsure. I purchased a Groupon for a full-face Ultherapy treatment, but most of the session focused on my lower face, with no treatment to the brow and below eye area. When I asked if this was considered a full-face treatment, I was told that it was, which left me a little confused and disappointed. I wish I had just purchase the lower face Groupon (which I was originally leaning towards before I decided to treat myself.) My first time here and Luz is AMAZING!! She is super sweet and took great care of me. I bought the Groupon for the full face and neck Ultherapy and was surprised to have received an amazing lymph massage, facial, mask, numbing cream and ice before she even started with the Ultherapy. It was my first time getting any type of treatment on my face, so I was very nervous and she made me feel so comfortable that I even fell asleep. Overall, it took a little over an hour and I could totally feel the skin tightening effect. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was shocked that I could already see my jaw line (it's been a while). I'm excited to see the results in the coming weeks.
