This is a very long overdue review. The Ultimate Facial is a shop run by Amelia and Michael - a mother son tandem. What drew me in initially was their sign. I mean, it said the Ultimate Facial. How could they do me wrong? So off I went. Ample parking, clean facilities, proximity - quite ideal to my location... But the star of this review is Amelia and her products. Amelia is wonderful and totally dedicated to her craft. Her methodology is quite different from the usual spa like facials you get in fancy places. Different but worth it because it works! I've had multiple facials from multiple places. My problem is or should I say... was melasma. I still have some stubborn spots, but the "map" is gone! In the past, I've bought this cream, I've bought that cream but the blackish marks wouldn't go away. But Amelia and her products were able to make it fade a lot which is something the other places were not able to do. Her prices are comparatively reasonable and most important of all, her methodology and products work. And work well they do! Words cannot express how thankful I am to have found this place. Correction, my mother was the one who discovered the Ultimate Facial and after seeing her amazing transformation, my aunts and I couldn't resist but try it ourselves. First off Amelia, the owner and her son Michael are the kindest people ever. They truly want to make everyone feel confident, comfortable and beautiful in their own skin. This place is not your ordinary shop that provides the facials/peels you see flooding groupon or your ads. It's a needle in a haystack. Amelia is as knowledgeable as they come and has adopted techniques and products from the best vendors, facialists, etc. She has beautiful skin and results from her clients posted in the shop to show for it. My mom used to have dark brown spots, lack of color and radiance in her skin mainly due to stress, age and other events. With the help of Amelia and Michael, her skin looks better and even more youthful than mine even though she is 21 years older. I swear my mother gets complimented everywhere she goes. She NEVER wears foundations, but looks as if she has matte/dewy professional air-brushed skin!!! Photos posted are a bit old, but her skin looks even better now :) Personally, I suffer from adult acne and get hormonal breakouts often. They offer extractions, peels and needling. However, the real ingredient to having beautiful year-round skin is using Amelia's products. The products combined with facials have made my face dewy and given me a better complexion (less redness /spots). To see results, you must be consistent with the product. Facials definitely help, but if you do not take care of your skin at home, your skin will not reach its potential. Wow i found this place by accident, i asked for facial and it was the cheapest around. I thought i was gonna have some lotion and scrub and remove black heads. AMELIA is a sweet lady she sat me down and showed me before and after pics of other patients, i can tell there not photoshop because she is 72 years old with old skool style camera, hella cute. I sat down and she pulled open her cabinets and you see noting but electronics and facial equipments. I said to myself "whoooa where did that came from!" I was laying down she used this sucker thinking then she used this heated machine gizmo, i think its infrared, then she used another suction super vortex tool. Then and facial electric that made my face tighten. Then she use her black head removal tool. And scrub, lotions, toners and massage.This sweet 72 year lady is a mad scientist with her facial game. I walked in the place looking like a WWE wrestler and walked out looking like brad pitt. I swear this place surprise the hell out of me. The Ultimate Facial is not a place I would recommend at all. Their main purpose is to sell you a product to help clear your face but they don't tell you what the ingredients are. I got a facial there which was not worth $65. The process was only completed half way so I had to come in again and was charged another $65. The "facial" I got done was not worth $130 waste of money. read more
