I've been trying to find a good facial place since moving to Orange. I have tried Club Gym Skin in Villa Park...wasn't a fan. I tried Skin Laundry in HB...definitely wasn't a fan. It's a new year and I want to be good about my health and skin, inside and out. So I decided to try this place which I found on Yelp with good reviews, decent prices and only 5 minutes from my house. I made reservation for the Diamond Glow Facial 2 weeks before for Monday at 4 pm and requested Olga based off reviews. I received a reminder text the morning of and sent my confirmation text back. I arrived 15 minutes early and was greeted by Olga. She was extremely nice and told me what the Diamond Glow Facial included which was the microdermabrasion, light peel, facial massage, etc. all about 60 mins. Tip: Do not wear a necklace because they really massage your neck and chest. The massage was awesome. It was not half-assed at all!! She took her time, went into my shoulders, upper back and scalp. I've had a microdermabrasions before so I knew the process. The light peel...never done any peels before but Olga said no downtime and just to moisturize often. Didn't feel anything crazy at the time of the facial. So, we shall see. The whole experience was so relaxing and comfortable. I like that at the end that there were no sales pitch and no pushing me to buy any products. It was more of hope you enjoyed it and will come back for more. Which, I will. Prior to Olga, I'd been going to Club Skin Gym in Villa Park, and while they have the fancy machines, I felt my experience with Olga was much more satisfying. Such a nice and quiet spot tucked into a strip mall in Orange. I really didn't expect it to be so quiet and spa-like in here but it was lovely. I came by for a facial and was able to book the day before. I just got the basic purifying facial because I had been noticing some skin issues lately and I just wanted to start fresh. Maria did such a wonderful job. This place is a bit no frills compared to your average day spa where you might get services done but that doesn't mean they skimp on quality. My service was soothing and relaxing. Maria explained every step as she did it and the products felt high quality. I called and spoke with Olga and made an appointment and she was very knowledgeable on what services will work best for what I'm looking to achieve - Microdermabrasion with extractions. It was a very relaxing 50-minute session and my skin looked SO good right after. So soft and rejuvenated. It was still red in some areas, but it eventually faded and calmed a few hours later.
