Each facial lasts about 1.5 hours and is customized to your skin at the time (e.g., it looks congested, she might do a hydrofacial and extractions; it looks dry, she'll focus on moisturizing..etc etc) My main concerns are hyperpigmentation from sun damage and smile lines/jowls with a focus on doing all we can to preserve the elasticity in my skin. I've dealt with acne scar for 6 years. They take up a large portion of both sides of my face. It's taken an enormous toll on my confidence and self image over the years. I've spent countless dollars on skincare products, chemical peels, laser treatments etc. This is the first time I've seen a large and noticeable improvement. My scars are still visible, but much less so. I had 1 syringe of Bellafill and the procedure took around 10-15 minutes and wasn't very painful. I wish I did this years ago because it was a much more drastic ~and~ instant improvement than chemical peels or lasers, not that those aren't great for other skin benefits. Giving 4 stars because a.) I'm one month out and am supposed to wait 1 more month to see the full effects, and b.) my scars are still pretty visible. But it has been a great improvement. I give them two stars because the first time I went there the Botox worked. The second time it was a total loss of money. Total cheat because my guess is they used maybe one third of what i paid for?! It's not my first rodeo. I've been getting Botox for more than 10 years. This place, both times they were trying to convince me that I need fillers and so on. The lady probably thought if she cheats on Botox then maybe I'm stupid enough to believe her and go back or fillers. Here is what I have leaned: if from now on no matter where I go, if they don't show me how many units they are putting in the seringe I'm walking away. Not honest at all! In response to your comment I'm writing this: 1) my wrinkle between my eyebrows is not deep at all because I've been treating it with Botox for over 10 years 2) don't assume I need education because Botox is supposed to paralyze the muscle and the second time didn't work at all. 3) I don't go back where I lost trust. 4) don't lecture me about your products, I've been around and know and researched enough to know. 5) forgot to also mention how the first time you were trying to sell me $3500. Treatment of fillers. 6) I have a great skin and very few wrinkles and I have aged very gracefully and you can't beat my confidence down so you can sell me something I don't need. Before i get started on my actual facial experience here i just want to say they try to sell you a skin care package made up of 8-10 treatments for almost $2000 before they even get started on you. Of course I refused and said i would not do anything like that until i tried the service first. Boy was i glad i did! When I first got there i spoke to a lady about my skin and my history. The main reason i was in there was because i have mild acne and that week i had a lot more breakouts then normal and i wanted a deep cleanse and i thought id try somewhere new. So the lady convinced me i needed a facial with some 'special' mask that was going to cost $135 for 80mins. I wasn't expecting to pay that much but my mistake for not getting prices over the phone (i was desperate and wasn't thinking). I normally get a 80min for $85 The facial: The facial was good but i've had the same results at a cheaper salon. The esthetician knew what she was doing and i was happy with the deep cleanse. So everything was going well but at about the 60 min mark i could feel the lady putting a moisturizer on my face and was getting me up to get dressed? i thought this can't be right i was told its an 80min facial for $135 and now I'm being told to get dressed 20mins early. WTF? I told the esthetician that i was told it would be 80mins not 60mins and she told me 'oh but that's how long it took etc and your skin was dry I couldnt work on it anymore'. I refused to pay the full amount and spoke to the lady i first dealt with and she told me that 80mins is only approximate. That is SO midleading and had it of been 5 mins early its fine but 20mins c'mon!! They lowered the price to $100 i still tipped $20 to the esthetician but boy i wouldn't be going there again! Lesson of the day was: Always ask for the price and get more information over the phone BEFORE you go into a salon. AFTER that then you can decide if its worth going there or not. read more

I got the aromatherapeutic facial...got lotsa glob on my face, mask, etc. etc. neck and shoulder massages...all good. Then when I finished, I went to the bathroom to change, looked at my face and I had gray circles under my eye from left-over eye liner make-up. WHAT???? I thought facials are supposed to CLEAN your face, obviously, my face is not thoroughly clean if I still have eye-liner left over. They wrap you up on a heated bed and then put this gauze on your face before they slather on a thick mask. It's very Avatar cocoon-like except no euphoric world of flowers and giant blue people trying to off you via humungous bows and arrows. Just some light classical music playing on the stereo in the background and the sound of aestheticians working away. It can get a little claustrophobic because it takes a while for the mask to dry so it's probably best not to drink any coffee of caffeine before the treatment. If I didn't have to drive home afterward, I'd pop a couple of lorazapam and maybe really find myself in Avatar-land. Totally kidding. Drugs are bad. Anyway, its pretty calming otherwise. They massage your feet and arms during the treatment and go to town on your face with all sorts of different exfoliators, creams and gels...all according to the individual needs of your skin, of course. They're good at assessing what your particular face requires for beautification. Everyone's different so I really appreciate that attention to individuality instead of placing you in a "skin type" and then putting all sorts of shit on your face that ends up making you break out afterward. Clearly an experience I've had elsewhere, on more than one occasion, in way more expensive spas, no less. That's another thing about this place...if you are expecting a luxurious spa experience, don't come here. It's not a spa at all. It's more like a skin care clinic. Overall, I think this place is pretty great. It's definitely a full-service facial and you get your money's worth. I don't actually know what that is exactly because my visits were a gift but I'm pretty certain it's an excellent value. The ladies are all very nice but all-business...as Korean women usually are. Don't expect that this is a place where you can pay someone to listen to you spill mindless chatter for an hour while they provide a service for you. Uh-uh. That is not how Koreans roll...well, unless you're a Korean ajima (lady) that goes to the same church or something. But you're probably not one so best just to keep your mouth shut, smile politely and enjoy your facial. Most of the ladies don't speak much English anyway. read more

After two facials with Jenny, I am in heaven. My skin has been having a hard time adjusting to the dry conditions in CA so there was a lot of extra dryness to address. Jenny was careful and thorough in my facials and after each session, my skin felt extremely hydrated and less tight. I had my appointment with Sarah and she recommended to give me a lymphatic facial which to me sounds interesting, while she was giving me the treatment, she was nice and professional, she gave me a background about the treatment which she learned from her uncle who practices acupuncture in South Korea. Followed by a cold vitamin c infusion which was totally relaxing. I would definitely go back for another treatment. About the price? I would say she is reasonably priced she offers quality skin rejuvenation and I think you get what you paid for.
