Her catalog of work on social media was the number one reason I reached out to Kristine and I was impressed with how quickly she responded and her flexibility in making my appointment. She reached out to me beforehand to ask me some health questions that seemed very standard for a basic procedure like this and asked if I had any concerns or if I wanted to do a skin test ahead of time to check for any adverse reactions... I wasn't too worried and declined the additional skin test. When I arrived at my appointment I noticed everything in her office was clean/ sanitized and of course we wore out COVID face masks throughout the duration of the appointment. In mapping my eyebrow I noticed she was very thorough and allowed me to be collaborative on my preferred shape and size of my eyebrows. The entire appointment took less time than I anticipated but it never felt rushed and I know she took care to make sure that my eyebrows were perfectly symmetrical.
