Delicious Filipino food truck with tons of vegan options! We found it stationed at Beach Cat Brewing in Bellingham. They had a vegan special that was loaded baked potato lumpia, and it was a trip! Mashed potato with vegan bacon bits and cheese in a lumpia shell. The vegan version of traditional lumpia was also delicious (we love the sweet & spicy chili sauce), and the vegan pancit was great too. And vegan dessert lumpia! Banana with ube coconut dipping sauce. The folks working there were also super nice and got us a side of spicy chili crisp for the pancit. I hope to have their food again sometime! The food truck is outside the brewery, and seems great for the summer, but we went in December so brought our food inside Beach Cat, which was a great place to hang out and have tasty beer. read more

We were leaving Glacier, WA yesterday and needed to drop by Graham's to put back some key fobs and noticed this food cart in front of the store. We saw it was lumpias and were like, omg we must get some for our long drive home! We ordered: - pork lumpia (3 for $6) x2 At first we were like, oh there's only 3 per order? But they are big lumpias (aka egg rolls) so 3 was plenty in a serving! They were delicious! Would def stop by again if they are around next time we are in the area! We checked out the Lumpia Luv food truck recently, outside of Menace Brewing, and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. I had never tried Filipino food before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered the pancit and traditional lumpia combo. The lumpia was so flavorful and delicious (my husband also tried their cheeseburger lumpia and said it was really good!). The pancit was so good with the clear noodles and the veggies had the perfect stir fried crispness. The pricing was super reasonable too. Lumpia Luv catered a large HS graduation party for 4 families and many friends this June. They served 3 types of lumpia rolls and both veggie and chicken pancit noodles.
