I have ate here several times now, each time I enjoy their food. I love that they have Menudo on a daily basis. If dining in, you'd order and pay at the counter, and they will bring it to your table. Food and the variety is good Service is decent Price is reasonable Definitely a local favorite

Their taco truck location is a bit hidden. They are a mile or 2 north of their original La Gloria market. Their food was decent nothing outstanding. Their tacos have a good amount of meat on them. I had a gringa as well and that was by far my favorite. Their prices are inexpensive. They have several seating areas outside in a garden type setting. They also have a small market next to the truck, not much products to choose from except for drinks and a minor selection of bread, candy and other miscellaneous items. Customer service from some of the staff was nice others not so much. We seemed to be a nuisance to the cashier which is always a turn off for me. I'd go back for the 'gringas.'

Excellent tacos for Bellingham. My favorite here is the Pastor tacos, maranated pork with pineapple.

The morning after my daughter's wedding and we craving for some nice breakfast. Went to Birch Door Cafe, because we heard some much about the place. Unfortunately, the wait was an hour. That was not going to work as we were already getting hangry. Checked on Yelp for other local restaurants and found this place. Drive into this small strip and wasn't sure about the place. When we walked in and saw how busy they were, we were encouraged. The foods were pretty good. The steak was a little bland but they supplied extra salad to pour over the grill steak to get more flavor. Also the grilled jalapeño were the best if you can handle spiciness. The drinks were great except too sweet, you can ask for extra water to dilute the sweetness. Overall, we had good experience. It's on the return list for future visits.

    Looks great!

The workers here are really nice and generous. They give large portions and don't cut corners. They really understand their culture and business. Food was wonderfully delicious, one of the better Mexican restaurants around. In fact when I think about it now, I'm getting hungry for more. Fresh tortillas, authentic sauce, thick chips, and well seasoned, perfectly cooked, steak. I'll certainly be back when I can.

Pastor burrito with avocado and side of jalapeños. Perfection!

Best burrito in town! I have been searching for years and eventually gave up for a while. Mexican food in Bellingham just doesn't do it for me. I guess that's what happens when you grow up in CA. Anyways, this food truck is exactly what I have been missing!

Coctail de Cameron. So yummy I ate half before I realized I wanted to take a photo for yelp.

My husband had tacos and really enjoyed them. I decided to try the "Coctail de Camaron" and it was very delicious. Lots of avocado and shrimp. We ordered from Door Dash and we received our food quickly. I'm putting this on speed dial.

I moved here from California and it's hard to find good Mexican up here....but this place is the only Mexican place that comes close to what I am use to. So good! Fries only cost $7! If you haven't tried this food truck I suggest you do!

Stella Sopra Italian - Best eggplant parm ever!

If you find yourself anywhere near the Tulip Festival, make sure this spot is on your list…read more During our weekend of tulip sightseeing, Stella Sopra ended up stealing the show. We came for the flowers, but this little food truck parked at Tulip Valley Winery delivered the kind of meal that sticks with you. There's something magical about pairing genuine, well-crafted Italian food with a flight of local wines. Chef Alberto runs the whole operation himself cooking, serving, sharing stories, and making you feel like you've been invited to Sunday lunch at his family's table in Italy. His passion shows in every bite. I've had plenty of eggplant parm over the years, but this one? Best I've ever eaten. Served in a simple plastic container yet unforgettable perfectly balanced sauce pasta cooked just right, and eggplant that was tender and full of flavor. My husband ordered the chicken mushroom ravioli, and I was tempted to sample half of it. Big, pillowy pasta filled with rich, savory goodness an absolute win! We also split a Caesar salad (because veggie balance is important) and ended on a high note with tiramisu. It was airy, creamy, and just espresso kissed enough to keep you going back for another spoonful. We lingered on the patio glass of wine in hand, soaking up the scenery and wondering how a food truck in the middle of tulip country had turned into one of our favorite dining experiences in ages. The Stella Sopra truck travels between Bellingham and Mount Vernon. If you see it parked anywhere don't overthink it. Order whatever catches your eye. You'll definitely leave happy.

Inside the truck the team was hard at work dropping fryers and flipping burgers so we didn't have to wait long to place our order. First off, the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. Breaded chicken, lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese, ranch, and of course bacon all placed elegantly between two large golden buns. Very delicious and with Swiss cheese was a unique choice that I appreciated. Next we shared the Cowboy Burger... when I went to pick up our food I knew we had made a great choice. The server handed us a hefty beef burger that was stacked high with cheese, bacon, tomato, pickles and onions rings, smothered in bbq sauce with a crispy onion ring on top to give this burger the golden crown it deserves. Be warned this burger stood almost 8 inches tall. A couple of criticisms I had were that it was difficult to enjoy these delicious burgers on a small food container. I would definitely like to see this food in a brick and mortar restaurant one day so I can properly enjoy these monster burgers. Secondly the fries were very greasy. I know some people may enjoy them but they are not my favorite. In conclusion this was a great food truck and I will definitely have to try some more items on their menu next time!

I've heard of El Pollo Feo, but hadn't had the chance to check 'em out until I recenty found myself drawn to K2 on a sunny Saturday afternoon. I ordered their basic smash, which was just $10 (a screaming deal in today's economy). I did pay for quite the generous $4 side of fries, too. It was allll so good. The smash burger was dripping with cheesy goodness, and the shoestring-style fries were perfectly crispy, salty, and a lovely accompaniment to the burger (and my Oktoberfest beer). I will most definitely be returning soon and trying one of their other burger options. They also have chicken burgers!

In fact I'd like them better then Texas beans. Texas Does a Charro bean which to me is not beans.. The brisket was flavorful moist, mostly lean with a very thin fat cap. Pulled pork was finished up perfectly with a touch of Carolina vinegar.. The ribs were awesome. Had a nice labor. I got the end of moore center cut guy, but they were still good a little dryer than I like because of the end but I guarantee you if I would've got the center they would've been beyond perfect. The coleslaw, unfortunately, was pretty bland and disappointing, especially considering the large order cost $18 and looked more like a small 10-ounce serving. We also never received the cornbread, so I can't comment on that. My husband did enjoy the mac and cheese and said it was very good. Our total came to about $195 with food, tax, and tip. Based on our experience, I'd recommend ordering the meat from here because it's excellent, but making your own sides at home. The brisket alone is well worth it but still pricy, but the sides didn't justify the price.
