I was told that there wouldn't be any additional charges to my credit card, even though the car was returned 2 days after the due date, due to my trucks repairs not being completed yet. fast forward one month and my credit card statement has $99.99 charges for two days. I call and talk to Nathan and he proceeds to explain that the insurance company refused the additional charges. Had this been discussed at the time of drop off, I could have called the insurance company, but now the insurance company has to go back to claims review, which according to my phone conversation with them, most likely won't be in my favor. My issue mostly is with the fact that I was SPECIFICALLY told there would not be any additional charges. plus, now my conversation with Nathan (still very professional) but with a slightly edgier tone, now that I'm not a potential paying customer. well, I'll just have to use a different rental company next time and see if they're better. too bad. This was by far the most friendly, thorough, and best priced of all the limo services I called in Akron. And I called most of them. And when I did call, I was walked through each step of the process, everything was priced up front (and he even told me the recommended tip range), and the quote was far and away better than every other service I contacted. Pat showed up a half hour early, was friendly and cordial, even all the way until 2am when he dropped us off after the bachelor party, in which he took us to three different places and waited nearby while we ate dinner and trotted around Cleveland.
